< Ephesians 6 >

1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.

2 “Honor your father and mother” (which is the first commandment with a promise),

3 “that it may go well with you and that you may have a long life on the earth.”
“Bintu nibimwendelenga caina, kayi nimukekale ne buyumi butali pa cishi capanshi.”
4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath; instead, bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
Ne njamwe bamashali, kamutambilanga bana benu maswi eshi kubakalalisha, nsombi kamubakulisha ne kubalela pakubeyisha ncebela kwinsa mubwikalo bwabo bwa ciklistu.
5 Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear and sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ.
Amwe mobasha, nyumfwilani bami mbomulasebenselenga, mwela kubatina ne kubacindika ne moyo wonse mbuli ncemwela kusebensela Klistu.
6 And do this not only to please them while they are watching, but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart.
Kusebensa kwenu kakutaba kwa kwena kwa kuyandowa kukondwelesha bami benu, nsombi kamusebensani eti basha ba Klistu balenshinga luyando lwa Lesa.
7 Serve with good will, as to the Lord and not to men,
Sebensani ncito kamuli mwakondwa moyo kubeti mulasebenselenga Mwami Lesa, nkamulasebenselenga muntu.
8 because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good he does, whether he is slave or free.
Ishibani kwambeti Lesa nakape cilambo muntu uliyense nambi muntuyo ni musha nambi nteye musha pancito njalikwinsa.
9 And masters, do the same for your slaves. Give up your use of threats, because you know that He who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with Him.

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.
Pakupwililisha ndambangeti pitilishani kuba bantu bayuma mukwikatana ne Mwami kupitila mu ngofu shakendi.
11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can make your stand against the devil’s schemes.
Kamufwalani byakufwala bya nkondo byonse, kwambeti mucikonshe kwimana cituloba pakutingana ne tumpindamangobe twa Satana.
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world’s darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (aiōn g165)
Nteko kwambeti tulalwananga ne bantu, nsombi tulalwananga ne mishimu yaipa ili mu misena ya kwilu ilayungunga bantu kwinsa byaipa, aba ebami ne bendeleshi ne ngofu shili mumushinshe wacino cindi. (aiōn g165)
13 Therefore take up the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you will be able to stand your ground, and having done everything, to stand.

14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness arrayed,
Lino imanani cituloba, kamuli mwafwala bintu ibi. Lisungeni mubukome ne lamba wacancinencine, bululami bubeti cishikungilisha cali cenu,
15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness of the gospel of peace.

16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
Kusankanya pali ibi, kushoma Lesa kwenu cindi conse nikukabeti cishango cinene ncemwamanta nceti mukakonshe kulitabilisha ku mifwi ilabangilinga mulilo ilafumunga kuli Satana.
17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Tambulani lupulusho ndwalamupanga Lesa, pakwinga nilukamucingilisheti cisoti cacela, kayi tambulani Maswi a Lesa awo Mushimu Uswepa ngokute kusebensesheti cibeshi.
18 Pray in the Spirit at all times, with every kind of prayer and petition. To this end, stay alert with all perseverance in your prayers for all the saints.
Insani byonsebi mumipailo, kusenga lunyamfwo kuli Lesa. Pailani pacindi cili conse pakutangununwa ne Mushimu Uswepa, kamubani bacetuka cindi conse kwakubula kutyompwa. Paililani bantu ba Lesa bonse.
19 Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel,

20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it fearlessly, as I should.
Ame ndamwimanina Yesu Klistu nambi cino cindi ndasungwa mujele cebo cakwambeti bantu benshibe Mulumbe Waina. Kamumpaililako kwambeti ncane ngofu sha kukambauka Mulumbe Waina kwakubula buyowa mbuli ncendela kwinsa.
21 Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know about me and what I am doing.
Lino kwambeti mwinshibe cena sha buyumi bwakame kayi ne ncetulekalanga kuno, ndatumunga Tukiko kuli njamwe mwanse wetu kayi musebenshi wa shomeka mu ncito ya Mwami, nakese akamwambile byonse.
22 I have sent him to you for this very purpose, that you may know about us, and that he may encourage your hearts.
Encendamutumini kuli njamwe kwambeti mwinshibe ncetulekalanga ne ncetulenshinga kuno, kayi kwambeti amutontosheko myoyo.
23 Peace to the brothers and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Lumuno ne lusuno, kayi ne lushomo lulafumunga kuli Lesa Bata ne kuli Mwami Yesu Klistu bibe pali njamwe mobanse.
24 Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.
Kayi kwina moyo kwa Lesa kube pali bantu bonse bakute lusuno lwa ncinencine lutapu pali Mwami wetu Yesu Klistu.
