< Deuteronomy 27 >
1 Then Moses and the elders of Israel commanded the people: “Keep all the commandments I am giving you today.
Musa tare da dattawan Isra’ila suka umarci mutane suka ce, “Ku kiyaye dukan umarnai da na ba ku a yau.
2 And on the day you cross the Jordan into the land that the LORD your God is giving you, set up large stones and coat them with plaster.
Sa’ad da kuka haye Urdun zuwa cikin ƙasar da Ubangiji Allahnku yake ba ku, ku kakkafa waɗansu manyan duwatsu, ku yi musu shafe da farar ƙasa.
3 Write on them all the words of this law when you have crossed over to enter the land that the LORD your God is giving you, a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the LORD, the God of your fathers, has promised you.
Ku rubuta dukan waɗannan kalmomin doka a kansu, sa’ad da kuka haye kuka shiga ƙasar da Ubangiji Allahnku yake ba ku, ƙasa mai zub da madara da zuma, kamar dai yadda Ubangiji Allah na kakanninku, ya yi muku alkawari.
4 And when you have crossed the Jordan, you are to set up these stones on Mount Ebal, as I am commanding you today, and you are to coat them with plaster.
Sa’ad da kuma kuka haye Urdun, ku kakkafa waɗannan duwatsu a bisa Dutsen Ebal, kamar yadda na umarce a yau, ku yi musu shafe da farar ƙasa.
5 Moreover, you are to build there an altar to the LORD your God, an altar of stones. You must not use any iron tool on them.
Ku gina bagade wa Ubangiji Allahnku, bagaden dutse. Kada ku yi amfani da wani kayan aiki na ƙarfe a kansu.
6 You shall build the altar of the LORD your God with uncut stones and offer upon it burnt offerings to the LORD your God.
Ku gina bagaden Ubangiji Allahnku da duwatsun fili, ku kuma miƙa hadaya ta ƙonawa a kansa ga Ubangiji Allahnku.
7 There you are to sacrifice your peace offerings, eating them and rejoicing in the presence of the LORD your God.
Ku miƙa hadayun salama a can, kuna ci, kuna farin ciki a gaban Ubangiji Allahnku.
8 And you shall write distinctly upon these stones all the words of this law.”
Za ku kuma rubuta a fayyace dukan kalmomin wannan doka a kan waɗannan duwatsun da kuka kakkafa.”
9 Then Moses and the Levitical priests spoke to all Israel: “Be silent, O Israel, and listen! This day you have become the people of the LORD your God.
Sai Musa da firistoci waɗanda suke Lawiyawa suka ce wa dukan Isra’ila, “Ku yi shiru, ya Isra’ila, ku saurara! Yanzu kun zama mutanen Ubangiji Allahnku.
10 You shall therefore obey the voice of the LORD your God and follow His commandments and statutes I am giving you today.”
Ku yi biyayya ga Ubangiji Allahnku, ku bi umarnansa da ƙa’idodin da nake ba ku a yau.”
11 On that day Moses commanded the people:
A wannan rana Musa ya umarce mutane,
12 “When you have crossed the Jordan, these tribes shall stand on Mount Gerizim to bless the people: Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Joseph, and Benjamin.
Sa’ad da kuka haye Urdun, sai waɗannan kabilai su tsaya a bisa Dutsen Gerizim su sa wa jama’a albarka, wato, kabilar Simeyon, Lawi, Yahuda, Issakar, Yusuf da Benyamin.
13 And these tribes shall stand on Mount Ebal to deliver the curse: Reuben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
Waɗannan kabilai kuma za su tsaya a bisa Dutsen Ebal su furta la’ana, wato, kabilar Ruben, Gad, Asher, Zebulun, Dan da Naftali.
14 Then the Levites shall proclaim in a loud voice to every Israelite:
Lawiyawa za su karanta wa dukan mutanen Isra’ila da babbar murya su ce,
15 ‘Cursed is the man who makes a carved idol or molten image—an abomination to the LORD, the work of the hands of a craftsman—and sets it up in secret.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya sassaƙa siffa, ko ya yi zubin gunki, abar ƙyama ce ga Ubangiji, aikin hannu mai sana’a da aka kafa a ɓoye.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
16 ‘Cursed is he who dishonors his father or mother.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya ƙasƙantar da mahaifinsa ko mahaifiyarsa.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
17 ‘Cursed is he who moves his neighbor’s boundary stone.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya gusar da dutsen da aka kafa don nuna shaidar iyaka.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
18 ‘Cursed is he who lets a blind man wander in the road.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya karkatar da makaho daga hanya.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
19 ‘Cursed is he who withholds justice from the foreigner, the fatherless, or the widow.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya yi rashin adalci ga baƙo, maraya ko gwauruwa.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
20 ‘Cursed is he who sleeps with his father’s wife, for he has violated his father’s marriage bed.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya kwana da matar mahaifinsa, gama ya ƙasƙantar da gadon mahaifinsa ke nan.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
21 ‘Cursed is he who lies with any animal.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya yi jima’i da dabba.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
22 ‘Cursed is he who sleeps with his sister, the daughter of his father or the daughter of his mother.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya kwana da’yar’uwarsa,’yar mahaifinsa ko’yar mahaifiyarsa.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
23 ‘Cursed is he who sleeps with his mother-in-law.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya kwana da mahaifiyar matarsa.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
24 ‘Cursed is he who strikes down his neighbor in secret.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya kashe maƙwabcinsa a ɓoye.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
25 ‘Cursed is he who accepts a bribe to kill an innocent person.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da ya karɓi cin hanci don yă kashe marar laifi.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
26 ‘Cursed is he who does not put the words of this law into practice.’
“La’ananne ne mutumin da bai yi na’am da kalmomin wannan doka ta wurin aikata su ba.” Sai dukan mutane su ce, “Amin!”
