Deuteronomy 11
1 You shall therefore love the LORD your God and always keep His charge, His statutes, His ordinances, and His commandments.
১“আপোনালোকে নিজ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাক প্ৰেম কৰিব আৰু তেওঁ যি বিচাৰিছে, তাক কৰিব আৰু তেওঁৰ নির্দেশ, নিয়ম, শাসন-প্ৰণালী আৰু আজ্ঞাবোৰ নিতৌ পালন কৰিব।
2 Know this day that it is not your children who have known and seen the discipline of the LORD your God: His greatness, His mighty hand, and His outstretched arm;
২মই আপোনালোকৰ সন্তানসকলৰ কাৰণে কোৱা নাই, যিসকলে ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ শাস্তি, তেওঁৰ মহান কার্য, তেওঁৰ শক্তিশালী হাত আৰু পৰাক্রম প্রর্দশনৰ কথা জনা নাছিল আৰু দেখাও নাছিল;
3 the signs and works He did in Egypt to Pharaoh king of Egypt and all his land;
৩মিচৰৰ দেশত মিচৰৰ ৰজা ফৰৌণলৈ কৰা তেওঁৰ চিন আৰু কার্যবোৰো তেওঁলোকে দেখা নাছিল।
4 what He did to the Egyptian army and horses and chariots when He made the waters of the Red Sea engulf them as they pursued you, and how He destroyed them completely, even to this day;
৪যিহোৱাই মিচৰীয় সৈন্যদললৈ, তেওঁলোকৰ ঘোঁৰা আৰু ৰথবোৰলৈ যি কৰিছিল আৰু সৈন্যদলে যেতিয়া আপোনালোকৰ পাছে পাছে খেদি আহিছিল, তেতিয়া কেনেকৈ তেওঁ চূফ সাগৰৰ পানীত তেওঁলোকক সম্পূর্ণকে ডুবাই দিছিল আৰু কেনেকৈ তেওঁলোকক ধ্বংস কৰিছিল, তাকো দেখা নাই।
5 what He did for you in the wilderness until you reached this place;
৫আপোনালোকে এই ঠাইলৈ আহি নোপোৱালৈকে আপোনালোকৰ কাৰণে তেওঁ মৰুপ্রান্তৰৰ মাজত কি কৰিছিল, তাকো আপোনালোকৰ সন্তানসকলে দেখা নাই।
6 and what He did in the midst of all the Israelites to Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab the Reubenite, when the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them, their households, their tents, and every living thing that belonged to them.
৬ৰূবেণ ফৈদৰ ইলিয়াবৰ পুতেক দাথন আৰু অবীৰামৰ প্রতি তেওঁ যি কৰিছিল অর্থাৎ সমগ্র ইস্ৰায়েলীয়া লোকৰ মাজত পৃথিৱীয়ে মুখ মেলি তেওঁলোকক আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ পৰিয়ালৰ লোকসকলক, তেওঁলোকৰ তম্বু আৰু সকলোবোৰ প্রাণীক যিদৰে গ্রাস কৰিছিল সেয়াও তেওঁলোকে দেখা নাছিল।
7 For it is your own eyes that have seen every great work that the LORD has done.
৭কিন্তু যিহোৱাৰ সেই মহৎ মহৎ কার্যবোৰ আপোনালোকেই নিজ চকুৰে দেখিছিল।
8 You shall therefore keep every commandment I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to go in and possess the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess,
৮এই হেতুকে, মই আজি আপোনালোকক যি সকলো আজ্ঞা দিছো তাক পালন কৰিব যাতে যি দেশ অধিকাৰ কৰিবলৈ আপোনালোকে যর্দন নদী অতিক্রম কৰি যাব, সেই ঠাইলৈ গৈ আপোনালোক শক্তিশালী হৈ তাক অধিকাৰ কৰি ল’ব পাৰে আৰু
9 and so that you may live long in the land that the LORD swore to your fathers to give them and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.
৯যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকৰ পূর্বপুৰুষ আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ বংশধৰৰ ওচৰত দুগ্ধ-মধু বোৱা যি দেশ দিয়াৰ প্রতিজ্ঞা কৰিছিল, সেই দেশত যেন আপোনালোক অনেক দিন জীয়াই থাকিব পাৰে।
10 For the land that you are entering to possess is not like the land of Egypt, from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and irrigated on foot, like a vegetable garden.
১০কিয়নো যি দেশ অধিকাৰ কৰিবলৈ আপোনালোক গৈছে, সেইখন যি দেশৰ পৰা আপোনালোক ওলাই আহিছে সেই মিচৰ দেশৰ নিচিনা নহয়; য’ত আপোনালোকে শস্য সিঁচি, শাকনি বাৰীত যেনেকৈ কৰা হয় তেনেকৈ ভৰিৰে পানী দিয়াৰ কার্য কৰিছিল।
11 But the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks in the rain from heaven.
১১কিন্তু যর্দন নদী পাৰ হৈ যি দেশ আপোনালোকে অধিকাৰ কৰিবলৈ গৈছে, সেই ঠাই পাহাৰ আৰু উপত্যকাৰে ভৰা। সেই দেশে পানী আকাশৰ পৰা পানী পায়;
12 It is a land for which the LORD your God cares; the eyes of the LORD your God are always on it, from the beginning to the end of the year.
১২আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই সেই দেশৰ যত্ন লয়; বছৰৰ আৰম্ভণিৰ পৰা শেষলৈকে সকলো সময়ত আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ চকু সেই দেশৰ ওপৰত থাকে।
13 So if you carefully obey the commandments I am giving you today, to love the LORD your God and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul,
১৩গতিকে আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাক প্ৰেম কৰিবলৈ আৰু সমস্ত মন আৰু প্রাণেৰে তেওঁৰ সেৱা-আৰধনা কৰিবলৈ যি আজ্ঞা আজি মই আপোনালোকক দিলোঁ তাক আপোনালোকে বিশ্বস্ততাৰে পালন কৰিব।
14 then I will provide rain for your land in season, the autumn and spring rains, that you may gather your grain, new wine, and oil.
১৪তেতিয়া যিহোৱাই সঠিক কালত আপোনালোকৰ দেশৰ ওপৰত আগতীয়া আৰু শেষতীয়া বৰষুণ পঠাব। তাতে আপোনালোকে প্রচুৰ শস্য, নতুন আঙ্গুৰৰ ৰস আৰু তেল গোটাব পাৰিব।
15 And I will provide grass in the fields for your livestock, and you will eat and be satisfied.
১৫আপোনালোকৰ পশুধনবোৰৰ কাৰণেও যিহোৱাই পথাৰত ঘাঁহ হবলৈ দিব; আপোনালোকেও তৃপ্ত হোৱাকৈ খাবলৈ পাব।
16 But be careful that you are not enticed to turn aside to worship and bow down to other gods,
১৬আপোনালোকৰ হৃদয় যেন ছলনাত পৰি ভ্রান্ত হৈ নাযায় আৰু আপোনালোকে আন দেৱতাবোৰৰ উপাসনা কৰি সেইবোৰৰ আগত যেন প্ৰণিপাত নকৰিব, তাৰ বাবে আপোনালোক নিজৰ বিষয়ে সাৱধান হ’ব;
17 or the anger of the LORD will be kindled against you. He will shut the heavens so that there will be no rain, nor will the land yield its produce, and you will soon perish from the good land that the LORD is giving you.
১৭তেনে কৰিলে আপোনালোকৰ ওপৰত যিহোৱাৰ ক্রোধ প্রজ্বলিত হৈ উঠিব আৰু তেওঁ আকাশৰ দুৱাৰ বন্ধ কৰি দিব, যাৰ ফলত বৰষুণ নহ’ব আৰু ভুমিয়ে নিজ ফল উৎপন্ন নকৰিব। যি উত্তম দেশ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকক দিব, তাৰ পৰা আপোনালোক অতি শীঘ্রেই নিশ্চিহ্ন হৈ যাব।
18 Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as reminders on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.
১৮এতেকে আপোনালোকে মোৰ এই কথাবোৰ নিজ নিজ হৃদয়ত আৰু মনত গাঁথি ৰাখিব; চিনস্বৰূপে সেইবোৰ হাতত বান্ধিব আৰু আপোনালোকৰ চকুৰ মাজত প্রতীকৰূপে ভূষিত কৰিব।
19 Teach them to your children, speaking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
১৯আপোনালোকৰ নিজৰ সন্তানসকলক সকলো সময়তে, ঘৰত বহোঁতে বা বাটত যাওঁতে, শোওঁতে বা উঠোতে বা কোনো কার্য কৰোঁতে সেইবোৰৰ বিষয়ে শিক্ষা দিব।
20 Write them on the doorposts of your houses and on your gates,
২০আপোনালোকে ঘৰৰ দুৱাৰৰ চৌকাঠত আৰু নগৰৰ প্রৱেশ দুৱাৰত সেইবোৰ লিপিবদ্ধ কৰি থ’ব।
21 so that as long as the heavens are above the earth, your days and those of your children may be multiplied in the land that the LORD swore to give your fathers.
২১যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকৰ পূৰ্ব–পুৰুষসকলৰ ওচৰত যি দেশ দিয়াৰ প্রতিজ্ঞা কৰিছিল সেই দেশত আপোনালোক আৰু আপোনালোকৰ সন্তান সকল যিমানকাল এই পৃথিবীৰ ওপৰত আকাশ থাকিব সিমানকাল জীয়াই থাকিব।
22 For if you carefully keep all these commandments I am giving you to follow—to love the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways, and to hold fast to Him—
২২কিয়নো এই যি আজ্ঞাবোৰ মই আপোনালোকক আদেশ দিছোঁ, আপোনালোকে যদি যত্নেৰে সেই গোটেই ব্যৱস্থা পালন কৰি সেই মতে কাৰ্য কৰি নিজ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাক প্ৰেম কৰে, তেওঁৰ সকলো পথত চলে, আৰু তেওঁত লাগি থাকে,
23 then the LORD will drive out all these nations before you, and you will dispossess nations greater and stronger than you.
২৩তেন্তে যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকৰ আগৰ পৰা এই আটাই জাতিবোৰক দূৰ কৰিব, আৰু আপোনালোকে আপোনালোকতকৈ মহান আৰু শক্তিশালী জাতিবোৰক উচ্ছেদ কৰিব।
24 Every place where the sole of your foot treads will be yours. Your territory will extend from the wilderness to Lebanon, and from the Euphrates River to the Western Sea.
২৪আপোনালোকে যি যি ঠাইত ভৰি দিব, সেই সকলো ঠাই আপোনালোকৰে হ’ব; মৰুভূমিৰ পৰা লিবানোন পর্যন্ত আৰু ইউফ্রেটিচ নদীৰ পৰা ভূমধ্য সাগৰলৈকে আপোনালোকৰ সীমা হ’ব।
25 No man will be able to stand against you; the LORD your God will put the fear and dread of you upon all the land, wherever you set foot, as He has promised you.
২৫আপোনালোকৰ আগত কোনো লোক থিয় হ’ব নোৱাৰিব; আপোনালোকে সেই দেশত যলৈকে যাব, আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকক কোৱা বাক্য অনুসাৰে তেওঁলোকৰ মনত আপোনালোকৰ সমন্ধে এক ভয় আৰু আতঙ্ক ভাৱৰ সৃষ্টি কৰিব।
26 See, today I am setting before you a blessing and a curse—
২৬চোৱা, আজি মই আপোনালোকৰ আগত আশীৰ্ব্বাদ আৰু শাও ৰাখিছোঁ।
27 a blessing if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God that I am giving you today,
২৭আজি মই আপোনালোকৰ ওচৰত আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ যি আজ্ঞাবোৰ দিলোঁ, সেইবোৰলৈ যদি আপোনালোকে মনোযোগ দিয়ে, তেন্তে আপোনালোকে আশীৰ্ব্বাদ পাব।
28 but a curse if you disobey the commandments of the LORD your God and turn aside from the path I command you today by following other gods, which you have not known.
২৮কিন্তু যদি আপোনালোকে নিজ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাৰ আজ্ঞাবোৰলৈ কাণ নিদিয়ে, আৰু মই আজি আপোনালোকক যি পথত চলিবলৈ আজ্ঞা দিছোঁ, তাৰ পৰা আঁতৰি আপোনালোকে নজনা আন দেৱতাৰ পাছত চলে, তেন্তে আপোনালোকে শাও পাব।
29 When the LORD your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess, you are to proclaim the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ebal.
২৯আপোনালোকে যি দেশ অধিকাৰ কৰিবলৈ গৈছে, আপোনালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই যেতিয়া সেই দেশত ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকক যেতিয়া লৈ যাব, তেতিয়া গৰিজ্জীম পৰ্বতত সেই আশীৰ্ব্বাদ, আৰু এবাল পৰ্ব্বতত সেই শাও প্ৰকাশ কৰিব।
30 Are not these mountains across the Jordan, west of the road toward the sunset, in the land of the Canaanites who live in the Arabah opposite Gilgal near the Oak of Moreh?
৩০সেই দুই পৰ্বত যৰ্দ্দনৰ সিপাৰত পশ্চিমফালৰ বাটৰ পশ্চিমত গিলগলৰ সন্মুখত অৰাবা-নিবাসী কনানীয়াসকলৰ দেশৰ মাজত মোৰিৰ এলোন গছবোৰৰ ওচৰত নহয় নে?
31 For you are about to cross the Jordan to enter and possess the land that the LORD your God is giving you. When you take possession of it and settle in it,
৩১কিয়নো ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই আপোনালোকক যি দেশ দিছে, তাক অধিকাৰ কৰিবৰ অৰ্থে আপোনালোকে তাত সোমাবলৈ যৰ্দ্দন পাৰ হৈ যাব। আপোনালোকে তাক অধিকাৰ কৰি তাতে বসতি কৰিব।
32 be careful to follow all the statutes and ordinances that I am setting before you today.
৩২এই কাৰণে, মই আজি আপোনালোকৰ আগত যি যি বিধি আৰু শাসন-প্ৰণালী প্ৰকাশ কৰিছোঁ, সেই সকলোকে পালন কৰি সেই অনুসাৰে কাৰ্য কৰিব।”
