< Daniel 12 >
1 “At that time Michael, the great prince who stands watch over your people, will rise up. There will be a time of distress, the likes of which will not have occurred from the beginning of nations until that time. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered.
“Le ɣe ma ɣi me la, Mikael, mawudɔlawo ƒe amegã si dzɔa wò amewo ŋu la atso. Xaxaɣi si tɔgbi meva kpɔ o, tso dukɔwo ƒe gɔmedzedze va se ɖe ɣe ma ɣi la anɔ anyi. Ke le ɣe ma ɣi me, wo ame siwo ƒe ŋkɔwo woŋlɔ ɖe agbegbalẽ la me la akpɔ xɔxɔ.
2 And many who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake, some to everlasting life, but others to shame and everlasting contempt.
Ame gbogbo siwo le alɔ̃ dɔm le anyigba ƒe tume la anyɔ, ɖewo na agbe mavɔ, eye bubuawo na ŋukpe kple vlododo mavɔ.
3 Then the wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever and ever.
Nunyalawo aklẽ abe dziƒoŋunuwo ene eye ame siwo fiaa dzɔdzɔenyenye ƒe mɔ ame geɖewo la hã aklẽ abe ɣletiviwo ene tegbetegbe.
4 But you, Daniel, shut up these words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will roam to and fro, and knowledge will increase.”
Ke wò, Daniel, dzra nya siawo ɖo eye nàtre lãgbalẽgbalẽ la me nyawo nu va se ɖe esime nuwuwu ƒe ɣeyiɣi la naɖo. Ame geɖewo ayi afii kple afi mɛ be yewoadzi yewoƒe nunya ɖe edzi.”
5 Then I, Daniel, looked and saw two others standing there, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank.
Tete nye, Daniel, mefɔ mo dzi eye, kpɔ ɖa, ame bubu eve le tsitre ɖe nye ŋkume, ɖeka le tɔsisi la ƒe go sia dzi eye evelia le go kemɛ dzi.
6 One of them said to the man dressed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long until the fulfillment of these wonders?”
Wo dometɔ ɖeka gblɔ na ame si do aklala biɖibiɖi ƒe awu eye wòle tsitre ɖe tɔsisi la tame be, “Va sa ɖe ɣe ka ɣi hafi nu manyatalenu siawo ava eme?”
7 And the man dressed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, raised his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by Him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, and times, and half a time. When the power of the holy people has finally been shattered, all these things will be completed.”
Ŋutsu si do aklala biɖibiɖi ƒe awu eye wòle tsitre ɖe tɔsisi la tame la, do eƒe ɖusibɔ kple miabɔ ɖe dziƒo eye mese wòta ame si le agbe tso mavɔ me yi mavɔ me la gblɔ be, “Anye le ƒe ɖeka, ƒe eve alo ƒe afã megbe, nenye be woŋe ame kɔkɔeawo ƒe ŋusẽ mlɔeba la, ekema nu siawo katã ava eme.”
8 I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, “My lord, what will be the outcome of these things?”
Mesee gake nyemese egɔme o. Ale mebiae be, “Nye Aƒetɔ, nu ka anye nu siawo ƒe metsonu?”
9 “Go on your way, Daniel,” he replied, “for the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end.
Eɖo eŋu nam be, “Daniel, heyi elabena wowu nyawo nu eye wotre wo nu va se ɖe esime nuwuwu ƒe ɣeyiɣi la naɖo.
10 Many will be purified, made spotless, and refined, but the wicked will continue to act wickedly. None of the wicked will understand, but the wise will understand.
Woakɔ ame geɖewo ŋu, awɔ wo dzadzɛe, ɖiƒoƒo aɖeke manɔ wo ŋu o gake ame vɔ̃ɖiwo ya aganɔ vɔ̃ɖivɔ̃ɖi dzi ko. Ame vɔ̃ɖi aɖeke mase egɔme o gake nunyalawo ya ase egɔme.
11 And from the time the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination of desolation set up, there will be 1,290 days.
“Tso esime wotsi gbe sia gbe ƒe vɔsawo nu, eye woɖo ŋunyɔnu si hea gbegblẽ vɛ te la, anye ŋkeke akpe ɖeka, alafa eve blaasiekɛ.

Woayra ame si do dzi, eye wònɔ te va se ɖe ŋkeke akpe ɖeka, alafa etɔ̃ blaetɔ̃ vɔ atɔ̃ ƒe nuwuwu.
13 But as for you, go on your way until the end. You will rest, and will arise to your inheritance at the end of the days.”
“Ke wò la, lé wò mɔ ɖe asi va se ɖe nuwuwu. Wò la, àdzudzɔ, eye le ŋkekeawo ƒe nuwuwu la, àtsi tsitre, eye nàxɔ domenyinu si nye wò gome.”
