2 Samuel 24
1 Again the anger of the LORD burned against Israel, and He stirred up David against them, saying, “Go and take a census of Israel and Judah.”
Домнул С-а апринс де мыние дин ноу ымпотрива луй Исраел ши а стырнит пе Давид ымпотрива лор, зикынд: „Ду-те ши фэ нумэрэтоаря луй Исраел ши а луй Иуда.”
2 So the king said to Joab the commander of his army, who was with him, “Go now throughout the tribes of Israel from Dan to Beersheba and register the troops, so that I may know their number.”
Ши ымпэратул а зис луй Иоаб, кэпетения оштирий, каре се афла лынгэ ел: „Стрэбате тоате семинцииле луй Исраел, де ла Дан пынэ ла Беер-Шеба; сэ се факэ нумэрэтоаря попорулуй ши сэ штиу ла кыт се ридикэ нумэрул лор.”
3 But Joab replied to the king, “May the LORD your God multiply the troops a hundred times over, and may the eyes of my lord the king see it. But why does my lord the king want to do such a thing?”
Иоаб а зис ымпэратулуй: „Домнул Думнезеул тэу сэ факэ попорул де о сутэ де орь май маре, ши ымпэратул, домнул меу, сэ вадэ ку окий луй лукрул ачеста! Дар пентру че вря ымпэратул, домнул меу, сэ факэ лукрул ачеста?”
4 Nevertheless, the king’s word prevailed against Joab and against the commanders of the army. So Joab and the commanders of the army departed from the presence of the king to count the troops of Israel.
Ымпэратул а стэруит ын порунка пе каре о дэдя луй Иоаб ши кэпетениилор оштирий, ши Иоаб ши кэпетенииле оштирий ау плекат де ла ымпэрат ка сэ факэ нумэрэтоаря попорулуй Исраел.
5 They crossed the Jordan and camped near Aroer, south of the town in the middle of the valley, and proceeded toward Gad and Jazer.
Ау трекут Йорданул ши ау тэбэрыт ла Ароер, ла дряпта четэций каре есте ын мижлокул вэий Гад ши лынгэ Иаезер.
6 Then they went to Gilead and the land of Tahtim-hodshi, and on to Dan-jaan and around to Sidon.
Ау венит пынэ ла Галаад ши ын цара луй Тахтим-Ходши. С-ау дус пынэ ла Дан-Иаан ши ын ымпрежуримиле Сидонулуй.
7 They went toward the fortress of Tyre and all the cities of the Hivites and Canaanites. Finally, they went on to the Negev of Judah, to Beersheba.
Ау венит пынэ ла четэцуя Тир ши ын тоате четэциле хевицилор ши але канааницилор. Ау ешит спре партя де мязэзи а луй Иуда, ла Беер-Шеба.
8 At the end of nine months and twenty days, having gone through the whole land, they returned to Jerusalem.
Ау стрэбэтут астфел тоатэ цара ши ау ажунс ла Иерусалим дупэ ноуэ лунь ши доуэзечь де зиле.
9 And Joab reported to the king the total number of the troops. In Israel there were 800,000 men of valor who drew the sword, and in Judah there were 500,000.
Иоаб а дат ымпэратулуй нумэрул попорулуй: ерау ын Исраел опт суте де мий де оамень де рэзбой каре скотяу сабия ши ын Иуда чинч суте де мий де оамень.
10 After David had numbered the troops, his conscience was stricken and he said to the LORD, “I have sinned greatly in what I have done. Now, O LORD, I beg You to take away the iniquity of Your servant, for I have acted very foolishly.”
Давид а симцит кум ый бэтя инима дупэ че фэкусе нумэрэтоаря попорулуй. Ши а зис Домнулуй: „Ам сэвыршит ун маре пэкат фэкынд лукрул ачеста! Акум, Доамне, биневоеште ши яртэ нелеӂюиря робулуй Тэу, кэч ам лукрат ын тотул ка ун небун!”
11 When David got up in the morning, a revelation from the LORD had come to Gad the prophet, David’s seer:
А доуа зи, кынд с-а скулат Давид, кувынтул Домнулуй а ворбит астфел пророкулуй Гад, вэзэторул луй Давид:
12 “Go and tell David that this is what the LORD says: ‘I am offering you three options. Choose one of them, and I will carry it out against you.’”
„Ду-те ши спуне луй Давид: ‘Аша ворбеште Домнул: «Ыць пун ынаинте трей ненорочирь; алеӂе уна дин еле, ши те вой лови ку еа.»’”
13 So Gad went and said to David, “Do you choose to endure three years of famine in your land, three months of fleeing the pursuit of your enemies, or three days of plague upon your land? Now then, think it over and decide how I should reply to Him who sent me.”
Гад с-а дус ла Давид ши й-а фэкут куноскут лукрул ачеста зикынд: „Врей шапте ань де фоамете ын цара та сау сэ фуӂь трей лунь динаинтя врэжмашилор тэй, каре те вор урмэри, сау сэ бынтуе чума трей зиле ын царэ? Акум алеӂе ши везь че требуе сэ рэспунд Челуй че мэ тримите.”
14 David answered Gad, “I am deeply distressed. Please, let us fall into the hand of the LORD, for His mercies are great; but do not let me fall into the hands of men.”
Давид а рэспунс луй Гад: „Сунт ынтр-о маре стрымтораре! О, май бине сэ кэдем ын мыниле Домнулуй, кэч ындурэриле Луй сунт немэрӂините, дар сэ ну кад ын мыниле оаменилор!”
15 So the LORD sent a plague upon Israel from that morning until the appointed time, and seventy thousand of the people from Dan to Beersheba died.
Домнул а тримис чума ын Исраел де диминяцэ пынэ ла время хотэрытэ. Ши, дин Дан пынэ ла Беер-Шеба, ау мурит шаптезечь де мий де оамень дин попор.
16 But when the angel stretched out his hand to destroy Jerusalem, the LORD relented from the calamity and said to the angel who was destroying the people, “Enough! Withdraw your hand now!” At that time the angel of the LORD was by the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.
Пе кынд ынӂерул ынтиндя мына песте Иерусалим ка сэ-л нимичяскэ, Домнул С-а кэит де рэул ачела ши а зис ынӂерулуй каре учидя попорул: „Дестул! Траӂе-ць мына акум.” Ынӂерул Домнулуй ера лынгэ ария луй Аравна, Иебуситул.
17 When David saw the angel striking down the people, he said to the LORD, “Surely I, the shepherd, have sinned and acted wickedly. But these sheep, what have they done? Please, let Your hand fall upon me and my father’s house.”
Давид, вэзынд пе ынӂерул каре ловя пе попор, а зис Домнулуй: „Ятэ кэ ам пэкэтуит! Еу сунт виноват. Дар оиле ачестя че ау фэкут? Мына Та сэ се ындрепте дар ымпотрива мя ши ымпотрива касей татэлуй меу!”
18 And that day Gad came to David and said to him, “Go up and build an altar to the LORD on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.”
Ын зиуа ачея, Гад а венит ла Давид ши й-а зис: „Суе-те ши ыналцэ ун алтар Домнулуй ын ария луй Аравна, Иебуситул.”
19 So David went up at the word of Gad, just as the LORD had commanded.
Давид с-а суит, дупэ кувынтул луй Гад, кум порунчисе Домнул.
20 When Araunah looked out and saw the king and his servants coming toward him, he went out and bowed facedown before the king.
Аравна с-а уйтат ши а вэзут пе ымпэрат ши пе служиторий луй ындрептынду-се спре ел ши Аравна а ешит ши с-а ынкинат ынаинтя ымпэратулуй, ку фаца ла пэмынт.
21 “Why has my lord the king come to his servant?” Araunah said. “To buy your threshing floor,” David replied, “that I may build an altar to the LORD, so that the plague upon the people may be halted.”
Аравна а зис: „Пентру че вине домнул меу ымпэратул ла служиторул луй?” Ши Давид а рэспунс: „Ка сэ кумпэр де ла тине ария ши сэ зидеск ын еа ун алтар Домнулуй, пентру ка сэ ынчетезе урӂия ачаста де песте попор.”
22 Araunah said to David, “My lord the king may take whatever seems good and offer it up. Here are the oxen for a burnt offering and the threshing sledges and ox yokes for the wood.
Аравна а зис луй Давид: „Сэ я домнул меу ымпэратул ария ши сэ адукэ ын еа жертфеле каре-й вор плэчя; везь, боий вор фи пентру ардеря-де-тот ши кареле ку унелтеле лор вор цине лок де лемне.”
23 O king, Araunah gives all these to the king.” He also said to the king, “May the LORD your God accept you.”
Аравна а дат ымпэратулуй тотул. Ши Аравна а зис ымпэратулуй: „Домнул Думнезеул тэу сэ те примяскэ!”
24 “No,” replied the king, “I insist on paying a price, for I will not offer to the LORD my God burnt offerings that cost me nothing.” So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.
Дар ымпэратул а зис луй Аравна: „Ну! Вряу с-о кумпэр де ла тине пе прец де арӂинт ши ну вой адуче Домнулуй Думнезеулуй меу ардерь-де-тот каре сэ ну мэ косте нимик.” Ши Давид а кумпэрат ария ши боий ку чинчзечь де сикли де арӂинт.
25 And there he built an altar to the LORD and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. Then the LORD answered the prayers on behalf of the land, and the plague upon Israel was halted.
Давид а зидит аколо ун алтар Домнулуй ши а адус ардерь-де-тот ши жертфе де мулцумире. Атунч, Домнул а фост потолит фацэ де царэ ши а ынчетат урӂия де дясупра луй Исраел.
