< 2 Corinthians 6 >

1 As God’s fellow workers, then, we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain.
Su patuwera watenda lihengu pamuhera na Mlungu, tuwaluwani mwanki manemu ga Mlungu namleka gagamiri hera.
2 For He says: “In the time of favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the time of favor; now is the day of salvation!
Mlungu kalonga hangu, “Mushipindi sha manemu gangu nuwapikaniriti Mulishaka lya ulopoziya nuwatangiti.” Nuwagambireni, vinu ndo shipindi sha upendelewu wa Mlungu, vinu ndo lishaka lya kulopoziwa!
3 We put no obstacle in anyone’s way, so that no one can discredit our ministry.
Tufira ndiri kuwera shileweleru kwa muntu yoseri mushitwatira shoseri, su tutenda hangu toziya lihengu lyetu naliwoneka shintu ndiri kwa wantu.
4 Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships, and calamities;
Kumbiti mukila shintu shatutenda ilanguziya twenga ndo wantumintumi wa Mlungu kwa kuhepelera, kutabika na ntabika zyoseri.
5 in beatings, imprisonments, and riots; in labor, sleepless nights, and hunger;
Tukomitwi, watutuliti mshibetubetu, tuboleritwi paweru na vipinga, tutenda lihengu likamala na tukala masu na tuliya ndiri shiboga.
6 in purity, knowledge, patience, and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love;
Twenga tulilanguziya kuwera wantumintumi wa Mlungu kwa uherepa wa moyu na umaniziya, kwa uhepelera na kwa maheri na Rohu Mnanagala na kwa mafiliru yagahera ufyangu.
7 in truthful speech and in the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left;
Kwa ujumbi wa nakaka na kwa makakala ga Mlungu. Kutendwa waheri kulongolu kwa Mlungu ndo silaha yatwenga muwega wa kumliwu na kumshigi.
8 through glory and dishonor, slander and praise; viewed as imposters, yet genuine;
Twakala kupata ligoya na kubeziwa, kulongwa na kuzyumwa. Wankutuwona gambira yawapaya, kumbiti twankulonga nakaka,
9 as unknown, yet well-known; dying, and yet we live on; punished, yet not killed;
Handa yawamanikana ndiri, kumbiti tumanikana na woseri, gambira yawahowiti, kumbiti handa ntambu yamtuwona twenga wakomu nentu. Tukomitwi kumbiti tulagwa ndiri.
10 sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything.
Tuwoneka twana utama, kumbiti twankunemelera mashaka goseri, tuwonikana handa wahushu, patuwapanana wantu wamonga ulunda, tuwoneka twana shintu ndiri kumbiti twana vintu vyoseri.
11 We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians. Our hearts are open wide.
Mwenga walongu wayetu Wakorintu! Tuwagambiriti goseri pota kufifa na myoyu yatwenga ivuguka kwamwenga.
12 It is not our affection, but yours, that is restrained.
Twenga ndiri yatutatiti myoyu yetu kwa mwenga, kumbiti mwenga ndo yamutatiti myoyu yenu kwatwenga.
13 As a fair exchange, I ask you as my children: Open wide your hearts also.
Vinu nankulonga na mwenga gambira wana waneni, mtuli myoyu yamwenga lupalahera gambira twenga ntambu yatutenditi.
14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership can righteousness have with wickedness? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?
Namtenda pamuhera na wantu yawamjimira ndiri Mlungu, hashi, maheri na madoda galikala pamuhera? Ulangala na nditi viweza hashi kulikala pamuhera?
15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? Or what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?
Hangu Kristu kaweza hashi kulikala pamuhera na Shetani? Hashi, muntu yakamwamini Mlungu na yakamwamini ndiri Mlungu wawera na uganja gaa?
16 What agreement can exist between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.”
17 “Therefore come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.”
Hangu Mtuwa kalonga, “Muwuki pakati pawu, Mulibaguli nawomberi. Namshinkula shintu shihumba, Na neni hanuwajimili.”
18 And: “I will be a Father to you, and you will be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”
Mtuwa yakawera na likakala kalonga, “Neni hanweri Tati gwenu, Na mwenga hamuweri wana waneni, wapalu na wadala.”
