< 2 Corinthians 5 >

1 Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is dismantled, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. (aiōnios g166)
Seng loong ih jat ehi seng tongli nyutaap ah— arah hah dowa seng sakpuh ah—ethet eh ah, seng songtong theng nok abah Rangte ih rangmong ni ethiin eha, erah nok ah heh teeteewah ih mabah uh lathet theng ih hoonha. (aiōnios g166)
2 For in this tent we groan, longing to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling,
Eno amadi seng tak ah dongheeng hi, rangmong ni seng nok hoonthiin ha ah seng sakkhoh nah baalah loop tahe ngeh ih samthunhi;
3 because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked.
eno erah nyuh ah wok ih no nyumuh khatmuh lah angsuh ah.
4 So while we are in this tent, we groan under our burdens, because we do not wish to be unclothed but clothed, so that our mortality may be swallowed up by life.
Seng loong ah arah hah dowa nyutaap adi tong ih adi, seng siiwi chamnaang ni thungjoong tongli, enoothong arah hatoh dowa sakphu ah thiinhaat eh suh tah angka; erah nang ih bah rangmong dowa ah seng sak nah toom loop he ngeh ih thunhi, eno juuba etek jaat ah roidong ih hoon ah.
5 And God has prepared us for this very purpose and has given us the Spirit as a pledge of what is to come.
Rangte heh luulu juuba seng leksiitte warah ah, eno seng raangtaan eh chojih ban khookham thiinha ah chowang suh Chiiala ah kohali.
6 Therefore we are always confident, although we know that while we are at home in the body, we are away from the Lord.
Erah raangtaan ih seng loong ah saarookwet lacho laphaan ih tongli. Seng ih jat ehi arah sakpuh adoh mathan ih tong ih eradoh ba seng ah Teesu nok nawa haloh angli.
7 For we walk by faith, not by sight.
Tiimnge liidi seng roidong ah seng tuumaang jun ih ang ah, mik ih tupjih tah angka.
8 We are confident, then, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
Seng loong ah lacho laphaan ih ang eno seng sakpuh roidong ah thiinhaat ih no Teesu jiin nawa nok adoh wang suh liihi.
9 So we aspire to please Him, whether we are here in this body or away from it.
Tiim nang ih ju elong ah langla, seng ih Rangte tenroon thuk suh liihi, arah nah angkoja oh adoleh erah nawa angkoja oh.
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive his due for the things done in the body, whether good or bad.
Tiimnge liidi seng loong ah thoontang heh ih dande suh Kristo ngathong nah dong ejih ang ah. Seng hansi roidong di ethih angkoja oh ese angkoja oh, o mama mokati, erah jun ih echoh eh ih.
11 Therefore, since we know what it means to fear the Lord, we try to persuade men. What we are is clear to God, and I hope it is clear to your conscience as well.
Rangte ra cho theng ah tiimjih suh liiha ah erah seng ih jat ehi, erah raangtaan ih wahoh loong ah roonphak suh taatchung hi. Seng loong ah Rangte ih jirep adi jat hali, eno sen ih ngah uh sen ten nawa ih jat eh hali ngeh ih laalomlang.
12 We are not commending ourselves to you again. Instead, we are giving you an occasion to be proud of us, so that you can answer those who take pride in appearances rather than in the heart.
Seng ih seng teewah tiit we baat suh taliike; erah nang ih bah, seng thoidi khuupook lan ah tiimjih thoilam di ah erah jatthuk suh taat thunhi, eno juuba o mina neng dangjang nyia neng jaase suh khuupookla loong asuh jen ngaak baattaan an.
13 If we are out of our mind, it is for God; if we are of sound mind, it is for you.
Seng loong ah seng thung tam phaangli? Emah ang abah Rangte thoilam di angla. Adoleh seng thung tam sekli? Emah ang abah erah sen raangtaan ih ang ah.
14 For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that One died for all, therefore all died.
Seng loong ah Kristo minchan ih pan hali, amadi, seng ih jat ehi mirep raangtaan ih wasiit roop tiita, erah langla erah tiila adi warep roongroopla.
15 And He died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves, but for Him who died for them and was raised again.
Heh loongtang raangtaan ih tiita, tiimnge liidi o ething tongla ah neng teeteewah raang ih tathing tongka enoothong neng raangtaan ih ti ano we ngaaksaatta warah raangtaan ih tongla.
16 So from now on we regard no one according to the flesh. Although we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.
Erah raangtaan ih, seng ih o uh mina jun ih tadande ke. Seng ih jaasiit Kristo ah mina jun ih mok samthunti bah uh, seng erah likhiik takah reeraang ke.
17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!
O mina Kristo raangtaan ih angla heh ena ih hoonla; ehak ah kaat eta, ena thok hala.
18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:
Erah loong ah Rangte mokala, seng loong ah piiara dowa heh joonte hoonthuk hali eno erah likhiik wahoh uh joonte hoonthuk suh seng suh baat hali.
19 that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men’s trespasses against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation.
Tiitkhaap seng ih baattheng ah langla Rangte ih mina loongtang Kristo jun ih heh joonte ang thukla. Neng loong rangdah ah Rangte ih talom thiinka, eno seng loong asuh neng loong ah heh joonte mamah ih hoonta erah tiitkhaap ah baat hali.
20 Therefore we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ: Be reconciled to God.
Erah thoidi, Rangte ih seng loong jun ih jatthuk tahan ah likhiik seng loong ah Kristo raangtaan ih jengli. Kristo mendi seng ih sen lasih johi: Rangte ih sen loong ah piiara dowa heh joonte ih toom hoonthuk han!
21 God made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.
Kristo ah rangdah tah angta, enoothong seng loong raangtaan ih Rangte ih seng rangdah roong hui thukta tiimnge liidi heh jun ih Rangte jiin dowa kateng ah seng ih nep roong chosuh ah.
