1 Kings 7
1 Solomon, however, took thirteen years to complete the construction of his entire palace.
ശലോമോൻ തന്റെ അരമന പതിമ്മൂന്നു ആണ്ടുകൊണ്ടു പണിതു അരമനപ്പണി മുഴുവനും തീൎത്തു.
2 He built the House of the Forest of Lebanon a hundred cubits long, fifty cubits wide, and thirty cubits high, with four rows of cedar pillars supporting the cedar beams.
അവൻ ലെബാനോൻ വനഗൃഹവും പണിതു; അതിന്നു നൂറു മുഴം നീളവും അമ്പതു മുഴം വീതിയും മുപ്പതു മുഴം ഉയരവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ദേവദാരുകൊണ്ടുള്ള മൂന്നു നിര തൂണിന്മേൽ ദേവദാരുഉത്തരം വെച്ചു പണിതു.
3 The house was roofed with cedar above the beams that rested on the pillars—forty-five beams, fifteen per row.
ഓരോ നിരയിൽ പതിനഞ്ചു തൂണുവീതം നാല്പത്തഞ്ചു തൂണിന്മേൽ തുലാം വെച്ചു ദേവദാരുപ്പലകകൊണ്ടു തട്ടിട്ടു.
4 There were three rows of high windows facing one another in three tiers.
മൂന്നു നിര കിളിവാതിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; മൂന്നു നിരയിലും അവ നേൎക്കുനേരെ ആയിരുന്നു.
5 All the doorways had rectangular frames, with the openings facing one another in three tiers.
വാതിലും കട്ടളയും എല്ലാം സമചതുരവും കിളിവാതിൽ മൂന്നു നിരയായി നേൎക്കുനേരെയും ആയിരുന്നു.
6 Solomon made his colonnade fifty cubits long and thirty cubits wide, with a portico in front of it and a canopy with pillars in front of the portico.
അവൻ അമ്പതു മുഴം നീളവും മുപ്പതു മുഴം വീതിയും ഉള്ള ഒരു സ്തംഭമണ്ഡപവും അതിന്റെ മുൻവശത്തു തൂണും ഉമ്മരപ്പടിയുമായി ഒരു പൂമുഖവും ഉണ്ടാക്കി.
7 In addition, he built a hall for the throne, the Hall of Justice, where he was to judge. It was paneled with cedar from floor to ceiling.
ന്യായം വിധിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ആസ്ഥാനമണ്ഡപമായിട്ടു ഒരു സിംഹാസനമണ്ഡപവും പണിതു: അതിന്നു ആസകലം ദേവദാരുപ്പലകകൊണ്ടു അടിത്തട്ടിട്ടു.
8 And the palace where Solomon would live, set further back, was of similar construction. He also made a palace like this hall for Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had married.
ഇതിന്റെ പണിപോലെ തന്നേ അവൻ മണ്ഡപത്തിന്നപ്പുറം മറ്റെ പ്രാകാരത്തിൽ അവൻ തനിക്കു വസിപ്പാനുള്ള അരമന പണിതു; ശലോമോൻ പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചിരുന്ന ഫറവോന്റെ മകൾക്കും അവൻ ഈ മണ്ഡപംപോലെയുള്ള ഒരു അരമന പണിതു.
9 All these buildings were constructed with costly stones, cut to size and trimmed with saws inside and out from the foundation to the eaves, and from the outside to the great courtyard.
ഇവ ഒക്കെയും അടിസ്ഥാനംമുതൽ ഉത്തരക്കല്ലുവരെയും പുറത്തെ വലിയ പ്രാകാരംവരെയും തോതിന്നു വെട്ടി അകവും പുറവും ഈൎച്ചവാൾകൊണ്ടു അറുത്തെടുത്ത വിശേഷപ്പെട്ട കല്ലുകൊണ്ടു ആയിരുന്നു.
10 The foundations were laid with large, costly stones, some ten cubits long and some eight cubits long.
അടിസ്ഥാനം പത്തു മുഴവും എട്ടു മുഴവുമുള്ള വിശേഷപ്പെട്ട വലിയ കല്ലുകൊണ്ടു ആയിരുന്നു.
11 Above these were high-grade stones, cut to size, and cedar beams.
മേൽപണി തോതിന്നു വെട്ടിയ വിശേഷപ്പെട്ട കല്ലുകൊണ്ടും ദേവദാരുകൊണ്ടും ആയിരുന്നു.
12 The great courtyard was surrounded by three rows of dressed stone and a row of trimmed cedar beams, as were the inner courtyard and portico of the house of the LORD.
യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്റെ അകത്തെ പ്രാകാരത്തിന്നും ആലയത്തിന്റെ മണ്ഡപത്തിന്നും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതു പോലെ വലിയ പ്രാകാരത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റും മൂന്നു വരി ചെത്തിയ കല്ലും ഒരു വരി ദേവദാരുവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
13 Now King Solomon sent to bring Huram from Tyre.
ശലോമോൻരാജാവു സോരിൽനിന്നു ഹീരാം എന്നൊരുവനെ വരുത്തി.
14 He was the son of a widow from the tribe of Naphtali, and his father was a man of Tyre, a craftsman in bronze. Huram had great skill, understanding, and knowledge for every kind of bronze work. So he came to King Solomon and carried out all his work.
അവൻ നഫ്താലിഗോത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു വിധവയുടെ മകൻ ആയിരുന്നു; അവന്റെ അപ്പനോ സോൎയ്യനായ ഒരു മൂശാരിയത്രേ: അവൻ താമ്രംകൊണ്ടു സകലവിധ പണിയും ചെയ്‌വാൻ തക്കവണ്ണം ജ്ഞാനവും ബുദ്ധിയും സാമൎത്ഥ്യവും ഉള്ളവനായിരുന്നു. അവൻ ശലോമോൻരാജാവിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു, അവൻ കല്പിച്ച പണി ഒക്കെയും തീൎത്തു.
15 He cast two pillars of bronze, each eighteen cubits high and twelve cubits in circumference.
അവൻരണ്ടു താമ്രസ്തംഭം ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ഓരോന്നിന്നു പതിനെട്ടു മുഴം ഉയരവും പന്ത്രണ്ടു മുഴം ചുറ്റളവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
16 He also made two capitals of cast bronze to set on top of the pillars, each capital five cubits high.
സ്തംഭങ്ങളുടെ തലെക്കൽ വെപ്പാൻ അവൻ താമ്രംകൊണ്ടു രണ്ടു പോതിക വാൎത്തുണ്ടാക്കി; പോതിക ഓരോന്നും അയ്യഞ്ചു മുഴം ഉയരമുള്ളതായിരുന്നു.
17 For the capitals on top of the pillars he made a network of lattice, with wreaths of chainwork, seven for each capital.
സ്തംഭങ്ങളുടെ തലെക്കലെ പോതികെക്കു വലപോലെയുള്ള വിചിത്രപ്പണിയും മാലയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പോതിക ഓരോന്നിന്നും ഇങ്ങനെ ഏഴേഴുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
18 Likewise, he made the pillars with two rows of pomegranates around each grating to cover each capital atop the pillars.
അങ്ങനെ അവൻ സ്തംഭങ്ങളെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി; അവയുടെ തലെക്കലുള്ള പോതിക മൂടത്തക്കവണ്ണം ഒരു പോതികയുടെ വലപ്പണിക്കുമീതെ രണ്ടു വരി മാതളപ്പഴം ഉണ്ടാക്കി; മറ്റെ പോതികെക്കും അവൻ അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ഉണ്ടാക്കി.
19 And the capitals atop the pillars in the portico were shaped like lilies, four cubits high.
മണ്ഡപത്തിലുള്ള സ്തംഭങ്ങളുടെ തലെക്കലെ പോതിക താമരപ്പൂവിന്റെ ആകൃതിയിൽ നാലു മുഴം ആയിരുന്നു.
20 On the capitals of both pillars, just above the rounded projection next to the network, were the two hundred pomegranates in rows encircling each capital.
രണ്ടു സ്തംഭത്തിന്റെയും തലെക്കൽ പോതിക ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഒരു പോതികെക്കു വലപ്പണിക്കരികെ കുംഭത്തോടു ചേൎന്നു ചുറ്റും വരിവരിയായി ഇരുനൂറു മാതളപ്പഴം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; മറ്റെ പോതികെക്കും അങ്ങനെ തന്നെ.
21 Thus he set up the pillars at the portico of the temple. The pillar to the south he named Jachin, and the pillar to the north he named Boaz.
അവൻ സ്തംഭങ്ങളെ മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ മണ്ഡപവാതില്ക്കൽ നിറുത്തി; അവൻ വലത്തെ സ്തംഭം നിറുത്തി അതിന്നു യാഖീൻ എന്നും ഇടത്തെ സ്തംഭം നിറുത്തി അതിന്നു ബോവസ് എന്നും പേരിട്ടു.
22 And the tops of the pillars were shaped like lilies. So the work of the pillars was completed.
സ്തംഭങ്ങളുടെ അഗ്രം താമരപ്പൂവിന്റെ ആകൃതിയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു; ഇങ്ങനെ സ്തംഭങ്ങളുടെ പണി തീൎന്നു.
23 He also made the Sea of cast metal. It was circular in shape, measuring ten cubits from rim to rim, five cubits in height, and thirty cubits in circumference.
അവൻ ഒരു കടൽ വാൎത്തുണ്ടാക്കി; അതു വൃത്താകാരമായിരുന്നു; അതിന്നു വക്കോടുവക്കു പത്തു മുഴവും ഉയരം അഞ്ചു മുഴവും ചുറ്റും മുപ്പതു മുഴം നൂലളവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
24 Below the rim, ornamental buds encircled it, ten per cubit all the way around the Sea, cast in two rows as a part of the Sea.
അതിന്റെ വക്കിന്നു താഴെ, പുറത്തു, മുഴം ഒന്നിന്നു പത്തു കുമിഴ് വീതം കടലിന്നു ചുറ്റും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അതു വാൎത്തപ്പോൾ തന്നെ കുമിഴും രണ്ടു നിരയായി വാൎത്തിരുന്നു.
25 The Sea stood on twelve oxen, three facing north, three facing west, three facing south, and three facing east. The Sea rested on them, with all their hindquarters toward the center.
അതു പന്ത്രണ്ടു കാളയുടെ പുറത്തു വെച്ചിരുന്നു; അവയിൽ മൂന്നു വടക്കോട്ടും, മൂന്നു പടിഞ്ഞാറോട്ടും, മൂന്നു തെക്കോട്ടും, മൂന്നു കിഴക്കോട്ടും തിരിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു; കടൽ അവയുടെ പുറത്തു വെച്ചിരുന്നു; അവയുടെ പൃഷ്ടഭാഗം ഒക്കെയും അകത്തോട്ടു ആയിരുന്നു.
26 It was a handbreadth thick, and its rim was fashioned like the brim of a cup, like a lily blossom. It could hold two thousand baths.
അതിന്റെ കനം നാലംഗുലം; അതിന്റെ വക്കു പാനപാത്രത്തിന്റെ വക്കുപോലെ താമരപ്പൂവിന്റെ ആകൃതിയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. അതിൽ രണ്ടായിരം ബത്ത് വെള്ളം കൊള്ളും.
27 In addition, he made ten movable stands of bronze, each four cubits long, four cubits wide, and three cubits high.
അവൻ താമ്രംകൊണ്ടു പത്തു പീഠം ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ഓരോ പീഠത്തിന്നു നാലു മുഴം നീളവും നാലു മുഴം വീതിയും മൂന്നു മുഴം ഉയരവും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
28 This was the design of the stands: They had side panels attached to uprights,
പീഠങ്ങളുടെ പണി എങ്ങനെയെന്നാൽ: അവക്കുചട്ടപ്പലക ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ചട്ടപ്പലക ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ ആയിരുന്നു.
29 and on the panels between the uprights were lions, oxen, and cherubim. On the uprights was a pedestal above, and below the lions and oxen were wreaths of beveled work.
ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ ഇട്ടിരുന്ന പലകമേൽ സിംഹങ്ങളും കാളകളും കെരൂബുകളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ അവ്വണ്ണം സിംഹങ്ങൾക്കും കാളകൾക്കും മീതെയും താഴെയും തോരണപണിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
30 Each stand had four bronze wheels with bronze axles and a basin resting on four supports, with wreaths at each side.
ഓരോ പീഠത്തിന്നും താമ്രം കൊണ്ടുള്ള നന്നാലു ചക്രവും താമ്രംകൊണ്ടുള്ള അച്ചുതണ്ടുകളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അതിന്റെ നാലു കോണിലും കാലുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. തൊട്ടിയുടെ കീഴെ കാൽ ഓരോന്നിന്നും പുറവശത്തു തോരണപ്പണിയോടുകൂടി വാൎത്തിരുന്നു.
31 The opening to each stand inside the crown at the top was one cubit deep, with a round opening like the design of a pedestal, a cubit and a half wide. And around its opening were engravings, but the panels of the stands were square, not round.
അതിന്റെ വായ് ചട്ടക്കൂട്ടിന്നു അകത്തും മേലോട്ടും ഒരു മുഴം ഉയരമുള്ളതും ആയിരുന്നു; അതിന്റെ വായ് പീഠത്തിന്റെ പണിപോലെയും ഒന്നര മുഴം വൃത്തത്തിലും ആയിരുന്നു; അതിന്റെ വായ്ക്കു കൊത്തുപണിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അതിന്റെ ചട്ടപ്പലക വൃത്താകാരമല്ല, ചതുരശ്രം ആയിരുന്നു.
32 There were four wheels under the panels, and the axles of the wheels were attached to the stand; each wheel was a cubit and a half in diameter.
ചക്രം നാലും ചട്ടങ്ങളുടെ കീഴും ചക്രങ്ങളുടെ അച്ചുതണ്ടുകൾ പീഠത്തിലും ആയിരുന്നു. ഓരോ ചക്രത്തിന്റെ ഉയരം ഒന്നര മുഴം.
33 The wheels were made like chariot wheels; their axles, rims, spokes, and hubs were all of cast metal.
ചക്രങ്ങളുടെ പണി രഥചക്രത്തിന്റെ പണിപോലെ ആയിരന്നു; അവയുടെ അച്ചതണ്ടുകളും വട്ടുകളും അഴികളും ചക്രനാഭികളും എല്ലാം വാൎപ്പു പണി ആയിരുന്നു.
34 Each stand had four handles, one for each corner, projecting from the stand.
ഓരോ പീഠത്തിന്റെ നാലു കോണിലും നാലു കാലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു; കാലുകൾ പീഠത്തിൽനിന്നു തന്നേ ഉള്ളവ ആയിരുന്നു.
35 At the top of each stand was a circular band half a cubit high. The supports and panels were cast as a unit with the top of the stand.
ഓരോ പീഠത്തിന്റെയും തലെക്കൽ അര മുഴം ഉയരമുള്ള വളയവും ഓരോ പീഠത്തിന്റെയും മേലറ്റത്തു അതിന്റെ താങ്ങുകളും അതിന്റെ വക്കുകളും അതിൽനിന്നു തന്നേ ആയിരുന്നു.
36 He engraved cherubim, lions, and palm trees on the surfaces of the supports and panels, wherever each had space, with wreaths all around.
അതിന്റെ താങ്ങുകളുടെ തട്ടുകളിലും വക്കുകളിലും അതതിൽ ഇടം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതുപോലെ അവൻ കെരൂബ്, സിംഹം ഈന്തപ്പന എന്നിവയുടെ രൂപം ചുറ്റും തോരണപ്പണിയോടുകൂടെ കൊത്തി.
37 In this way he made the ten stands, each with the same casting, dimensions, and shape.
ഇങ്ങനെ അവൻ പീഠം പത്തും തീൎത്തു; അവെക്കു ഒക്കെയും വാൎപ്പും കണക്കും പരിമാണവും ഒരുപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.
38 He also made ten bronze basins, each holding forty baths and measuring four cubits across, one basin for each of the ten stands.
അവൻ താമ്രംകൊണ്ടു പത്തു തൊട്ടിയും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ഓരോ തൊട്ടിയിൽ നാല്പതു ബത്ത് വെള്ളം കൊള്ളും; ഓരോ തൊട്ടി നന്നാലു മുഴം. പത്തു പീഠത്തിൽ ഓരോന്നിന്മേൽ ഓരോ തൊട്ടി വെച്ചു.
39 He set five stands on the south side of the temple and five on the north, and he put the Sea on the south side, at the southeast corner of the temple.
അവൻ അഞ്ചു പീഠം ആലയത്തിന്റെ വലത്തു ഭാഗത്തും അഞ്ചു പീഠം ആലയത്തിന്റെ ഇടത്തുഭാഗത്തും വെച്ചു; കടലോ അവൻ ആലയത്തിന്റെ വലത്തു ഭാഗത്തു തെക്കുകിഴക്കായി വെച്ചു.
40 Additionally, Huram made the pots, shovels, and sprinkling bowls. So Huram finished all the work that he had undertaken for King Solomon in the house of the LORD:
പിന്നെ ഹീരാം കലങ്ങളും ചട്ടുകങ്ങളും കലശങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; അങ്ങനെ ഹീരാം യഹോവയുടെ ആലയംവക ശലോമോൻരാജാവിന്നു വേണ്ടി ചെയ്ത പണികളൊക്കെയും തീൎത്തു.
41 the two pillars; the two bowl-shaped capitals atop the pillars; the two sets of network covering both bowls of the capitals atop the pillars;
രണ്ടു സ്തംഭം, രണ്ടു സ്തംഭത്തിന്റെയും തലെക്കലുള്ള ഗോളാകാരമായ രണ്ടു പോതിക, സ്തംഭങ്ങളുടെ തലെക്കലുള്ള പോതികകളുടെ രണ്ടു ഗോളം മൂടുവാൻ രണ്ടു വലപ്പണി,
42 the four hundred pomegranates for the two sets of network (two rows of pomegranates for each network covering both the bowl-shaped capitals atop the pillars);
സ്തംഭങ്ങളുടെ തലെക്കലുള്ള പോതികകളുടെ രണ്ടു ഗോളം മൂടുന്ന ഓരോ വലപ്പണിയിലും ഈരണ്ടുനിര മാതളപ്പഴമായി രണ്ടു വലപ്പണിയിലുംകൂടെ നാനൂറു മാതളപ്പഴം,
43 the ten stands; the ten basins on the stands;
പത്തു പീഠം, പീഠങ്ങളിന്മേലുള്ള പത്തു തൊട്ടി,
44 the Sea; the twelve oxen underneath the Sea;
ഒരു കടൽ, കടലിന്റെ കീഴെയുള്ള പന്ത്രണ്ടു കാള,
45 and the pots, shovels, and sprinkling bowls. All the articles that Huram made for King Solomon in the house of the LORD were made of burnished bronze.
കലങ്ങൾ, ചട്ടുകങ്ങൾ, കലശങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ തന്നേ. യഹോവയുടെ ആലയം വക ശലോമോൻരാജാവിന്നു വേണ്ടി ഹീരാം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഈ ഉപകരണങ്ങളൊക്കെയും മിനുക്കിയ താമ്രംകൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
46 The king had them cast in clay molds in the plain of the Jordan between Succoth and Zarethan.
യോൎദ്ദാൻ സമഭൂമിയിൽ സുക്കോത്തിന്നും സാരെഥാന്നും മദ്ധ്യേ കളിമണ്ണുള്ള നിലത്തുവെച്ചു രാജാവു അവയെ വാൎപ്പിച്ചു.
47 Solomon left all these articles unweighed, because there were so many. The weight of the bronze could not be determined.
ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ അനവധി ആയിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ടു ശലോമോൻ അവയൊന്നും തൂക്കിയില്ല; താമ്രത്തിന്റെ തൂക്കത്തിന്നു നിശ്ചയമില്ലായിരുന്നു.
48 Solomon also made all the furnishings for the house of the LORD: the golden altar; the golden table on which was placed the Bread of the Presence;
ശലോമോൻ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന്നുള്ള സകലഉപകരണങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; പൊൻപീഠം, കാഴ്ചയപ്പം വെക്കുന്ന പൊൻമേശ,
49 the lampstands of pure gold in front of the inner sanctuary, five on the right side and five on the left; the gold flowers, lamps, and tongs;
അന്തൎമ്മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തു അഞ്ചും ഇടത്തുഭാഗത്തു അഞ്ചുമായി പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടുള്ള വിളക്കുതണ്ടുകൾ, പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടുള്ള പുഷ്പങ്ങൾ,
50 the pure gold basins, wick trimmers, sprinkling bowls, ladles, and censers; and the gold hinges for the doors of the inner temple (that is, the Most Holy Place ) as well as for the doors of the main hall of the temple.
ദീപങ്ങൾ, ചവണകൾ, തങ്കംകൊണ്ടുള്ള പാനപാത്രങ്ങൾ, കത്രികകൾ, കലശങ്ങൾ, തവികൾ, തീച്ചട്ടികൾ, അതിപരിശുദ്ധസ്ഥലമായ അന്തരാലയത്തിന്റെ വാതിലുകൾക്കും മന്ദിരമായ ആലയത്തിന്റെ വാതിലുകൾക്കും പൊന്നുകൊണ്ടുള്ള കെട്ടുകൾ എന്നിവ തന്നേ.
51 So all the work that King Solomon had performed for the house of the LORD was completed. Then Solomon brought in the items his father David had dedicated—the silver, the gold, and the furnishings—and he placed them in the treasuries of the house of the LORD.
അങ്ങനെ ശലോമോൻരാജാവു യഹോവയുടെ ആലയംവക പണി എല്ലാം തീൎത്തു. ശലോമോൻ തന്റെ അപ്പനായ ദാവീദ് നിവേദിച്ചിരുന്ന വെള്ളിയും പൊന്നും ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കൊണ്ടുവന്നു യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിലെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിൽവെച്ചു.
