1 Chronicles 7
1 The sons of Issachar: Tola, Puah, Jashub, and Shimron—four in all.
イッサカルの子らはトラ、プワ、ヤシュブ、シムロムの四人。
2 The sons of Tola: Uzzi, Rephaiah, Jeriel, Jahmai, Ibsam, and Shemuel, the heads of their families. In the days of David, 22,600 descendants of Tola were numbered in their genealogies as mighty men of valor.
トラの子らはウジ、レパヤ、エリエル、ヤマイ、エブサム、サムエル。これは皆トラの子で、その氏族の長である。その子孫の大勇士たる者はダビデの世にはその数二万二千六百人であった。
3 The son of Uzzi: Izrahiah. The sons of Izrahiah: Michael, Obadiah, Joel, and Isshiah. All five of them were chiefs.
ウジの子はイズラヒヤ、イズラヒヤの子らはミカエル、オバデヤ、ヨエル、イシアの五人で、みな長たる者であった。
4 In addition to them, according to their genealogy, they had 36,000 troops for battle, for they had many wives and children.
その子孫のうちに、その氏族に従えば軍勢の士卒三万六千人あった。これは彼らが妻子を多くもっていたからである。
5 Their kinsmen belonging to all the families of Issachar who were mighty men of valor totaled 87,000, as listed in their genealogies.
イッサカルのすべての氏族のうちの兄弟たちで系図によって数えられた大勇士は合わせて八万七千人あった。
6 The three sons of Benjamin: Bela, Becher, and Jediael.
ベニヤミンの子らはベラ、ベケル、エデアエルの三人。
7 The sons of Bela: Ezbon, Uzzi, Uzziel, Jerimoth, and Iri, heads of their families—five in all. There were 22,034 mighty men of valor listed in their genealogies.
ベラの子らはエヅボン、ウジ、ウジエル、エレモテ、イリの五人で、皆その氏族の長である。その系図によって数えられた大勇士は二万二千三十四人あった。
8 The sons of Becher: Zemirah, Joash, Eliezer, Elioenai, Omri, Jeremoth, Abijah, Anathoth, and Alemeth; all these were Becher’s sons.
ベケルの子らはゼミラ、ヨアシ、エリエゼル、エリオエナイ、オムリ、エレモテ、アビヤ、アナトテ、アラメテで皆ベケルの子らである。
9 Their genealogies were recorded according to the heads of their families—20,200 mighty men of valor.
その子孫のうち、その氏族の長として系図によって数えられた大勇士は二万二百人あった。
10 The son of Jediael: Bilhan. The sons of Bilhan: Jeush, Benjamin, Ehud, Chenaanah, Zethan, Tarshish, and Ahishahar.
エデアエルの子はビルハン。ビルハンの子らはエウシ、ベニヤミン、エホデ、ケナアナ、ゼタン、タルシシ、アヒシャハル。
11 All these sons of Jediael were heads of their families, mighty men of valor; there were 17,200 fit for battle.
皆エデアエルの子らで氏族の長であった。その子孫のうちには、いくさに出てよく戦う大勇士が一万七千二百人あった。
12 The Shuppites and Huppites were descendants of Ir, and the Hushites were descendants of Aher.
またイルの子らはシュパムとホパム。アヘルの子はホシムである。
13 The sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, Guni, Jezer, and Shallum —the descendants of Bilhah.
ナフタリの子らはヤハジエル、グニ、エゼル、シャルムで皆ビルハの産んだ子である。
14 The descendants of Manasseh: Through his Aramean concubine, Asriel, as well as Machir the father of Gilead.
マナセの子らはそのそばめであるスリヤの女の産んだアスリエル。彼女はまたギレアデの父マキルを産んだ。
15 Machir took a wife from among the Huppites and Shuppites. The name of his sister was Maacah. Another descendant was named Zelophehad, who had only daughters.
マキルはホパムとシュパムの妹マアカという者を妻にめとった。二番目の子はゼロペハデという。ゼロペハデには女の子だけがあった。
16 Machir’s wife Maacah gave birth to a son, and she named him Peresh. His brother was named Sheresh, and his sons were Ulam and Rekem.
マキルの妻マアカは男の子を産んで名をペレシと名づけた。その弟の名はシャレシ。シャレシの子らはウラムとラケムである。
17 The son of Ulam: Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.
ウラムの子はベダン。これらはマナセの子マキルの子であるギレアデの子らである。
18 His sister Hammolecheth gave birth to Ishhod, Abiezer, and Mahlah.
その妹ハンモレケテはイシホデ、アビエゼル、マヘラを産んだ。
19 And these were the sons of Shemida: Ahian, Shechem, Likhi, and Aniam.
セミダの子らはアヒアン、シケム、リキ、アニアムである。
20 The descendants of Ephraim: Shuthelah, Bered his son, Tahath his son, Eleadah his son, Tahath his son,
エフライムの子はシュテラ、その子はベレデ、その子はタハテ、その子はエラダ、その子はタハテ、
21 Zabad his son, and Shuthelah his son. Ezer and Elead were killed by the natives of Gath, because they went down to steal their livestock.
その子はザバデ、その子はシュテラである。エゼルとエレアデはガテの土人らに殺された。これは彼らが下って行ってその家畜を奪おうとしたからである。
22 Their father Ephraim mourned for many days, and his relatives came to comfort him.
父エフライムが日久しくこのために悲しんだので、その兄弟たちが来て彼を慰めた。
23 And again he slept with his wife, and she conceived and gave birth to a son. So he named him Beriah, because tragedy had come upon his house.
そののち、エフライムは妻のところにはいった。妻ははらんで男の子を産み、その名をベリアと名づけた。その家に災があったからである。
24 His daughter was Sheerah, who built Lower and Upper Beth-horon, as well as Uzzen-sheerah.
エフライムの娘セラは上と下のベテホロンおよびウゼン・セラを建てた。
25 Additionally, Rephah was his son, Resheph his son, Telah his son, Tahan his son,
ベリアの子はレパ、その子はレセフ、その子はテラ、その子はタハン、
26 Ladan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son,
その子はラダン、その子はアミホデ、その子はエリシャマ、
27 Nun his son, and Joshua his son.
その子はヌン、その子はヨシュア。
28 Their holdings and settlements included Bethel and its villages, Naaran to the east, Gezer and its villages to the west, and Shechem and its villages as far as Ayyah and its villages.
エフライムの子孫の領地と住所はベテルとその村々、また東の方ではナアラン、西の方ではゲゼルとその村々、またシケムとその村々、アワとその村々。
29 And along the borders of Manasseh were Beth-shean, Taanach, Megiddo, and Dor, together with their villages. The descendants of Joseph son of Israel lived in these towns.
またマナセの子孫の国境に沿って、ベテシャンとその村々、タアナクとその村々、メギドンとその村々、ドルとその村々で、イスラエルの子ヨセフの子孫はこれらの所に住んだ。
30 The children of Asher: Imnah, Ishvah, Ishvi, Beriah, and their sister Serah.
アセルの子らはイムナ、イシワ、エスイ、ベリアおよびその姉妹セラ。
31 The sons of Beriah: Heber, as well as Malchiel, who was the father of Birzaith.
ベリアの子らはヘベルとマルキエル。マルキエルはビルザヒテの父である。
32 Heber was the father of Japhlet, Shomer, and Hotham, and of their sister Shua.
ヘベルはヤフレテ、ショメル、ホタムおよびその姉妹シュアを生んだ。
33 The sons of Japhlet: Pasach, Bimhal, and Ashvath. These were Japhlet’s sons.
ヤフレテの子らはパサク、ビムハル、アシワテ。これらはヤレフテの子らである。
34 The sons of Shemer: Ahi, Rohgah, Hubbah, and Aram.
彼の兄弟ショメルの子らはロガ、ホバおよびアラム。
35 The sons of his brother Helem: Zophah, Imna, Shelesh, and Amal.
ショメルの兄弟ヘレムの子らはゾパ、イムナ、シレシ、アマル。
36 The sons of Zophah: Suah, Harnepher, Shual, Beri, Imrah,
ゾパの子らはスア、ハルネペル、シュアル、ベリ、イムラ、
37 Bezer, Hod, Shamma, Shilshah, Ithran, and Beera.
ベゼル、ホド、シャンマ、シルシャ、イテラン、ベエラ。
38 The sons of Jether: Jephunneh, Pispa, and Ara.
エテルの子らはエフンネ、ピスパおよびアラ。
39 The sons of Ulla: Arah, Hanniel, and Rizia.
ウラの子らはアラ、ハニエル、およびリヂア。
40 All these were the descendants of Asher—heads of their families, choice and mighty men of valor, and chiefs among the leaders. The number of men fit for battle, recorded in their genealogies, was 26,000.
これらは皆アセルの子孫であって、その氏族の長、えりぬきの大勇士、つかさたちのかしらであった。その系図によって数えられた者で、いくさに出てよく戦う者の数は二万六千人であった。
