1 Chronicles 27

1 This is the list of the Israelites—the heads of families, the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, and their officers who served the king in every matter concerning the divisions on rotating military duty each month throughout the year. There were 24,000 men in each division:

౧ప్రజాసంఖ్యను బట్టి ఇది ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల పూర్వీకుల కుటుంబ పెద్దలు, సహస్రాధిపతులు, శతాధిపతులు, వాళ్ళ లెక్క గురించినది. అంటే ఏర్పాటైన వంతుల విషయంలో ప్రతి సంవత్సరం, ప్రతి నెలా రాజుకు సేవ చేసిన వాళ్ళ గురించినది. వీళ్ళ సంఖ్య ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలు.

2 Jashobeam son of Zabdiel was in charge of the first division, which was assigned the first month. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౨మొదటి నెల మొదటి గుంపు మీద జబ్దీయేలు కొడుకు యాషాబాము అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో ఇరవై నాలుగు వేల మంది ఉన్నారు.

3 He was a descendant of Perez and chief of all the army commanders for the first month.

౩పెరెజు సంతానంలో ఒకడు మొదటి నెలలో సైన్యాధిపతులకందరికీ అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు.

4 Dodai the Ahohite was in charge of the division for the second month, and Mikloth was the leader. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౪రెండో నెల వంతు అహోహీయుడైన దోదై, అతని గుంపుదీ అయింది. అతని గుంపులో మిక్లోతు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

5 The third army commander, as chief for the third month, was Benaiah son of Jehoiada the priest. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౫మూడో నెల యెహోయాదా కొడుకూ, సభాముఖ్యుడైన బెనాయా అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరినవాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

6 This Benaiah was mighty among the Thirty and was over the Thirty, and his son Ammizabad was in charge of his division.

౬ఈ బెనాయా ఆ ముప్ఫై మంది పరాక్రమశాలుల్లో ఒకడై ఆ ముప్ఫైమందికి అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో అతని కొడుకు అమ్మీజాబాదు ఉన్నాడు.

7 The fourth, for the fourth month, was Joab’s brother Asahel, and his son Zebadiah was commander after him. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౭నాలుగో నెల యోవాబు సహోదరుడు అశాహేలు నాలుగో అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని కొడుకు జెబద్యా అతని తరువాత అధిపతి అయ్యాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

8 The fifth, for the fifth month, was the commander Shamhuth the Izrahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౮అయిదో నెల ఇశ్రాహేతీయుడైన షంహూతు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

9 The sixth, for the sixth month, was Ira son of Ikkesh the Tekoite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౯ఆరో నెల తెకోవీయుడైన ఇక్కేషుకు పుట్టిన ఈరా అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

10 The seventh, for the seventh month, was Helez the Pelonite, an Ephraimite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౧౦ఏడో నెల ఎఫ్రాయిము సంతతివాడూ, పెలోనీయుడు అయిన హేలెస్సు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

11 The eighth, for the eighth month, was Sibbecai the Hushathite, a Zerahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౧౧ఎనిమిదో నెల జెరహీయుల బంధువూ, హుషాతీయుడు అయిన సిబ్బెకై అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

12 The ninth, for the ninth month, was Abiezer the Anathothite, a Benjamite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౧౨తొమ్మిదో నెల బెన్యామీనీయుల బంధువూ, అనాతోతీయుడు అయిన అబీయెజెరు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు, అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

13 The tenth, for the tenth month, was Maharai the Netophathite, a Zerahite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౧౩పదో నెల జెరహీయుల బంధువూ, నెటోపాతీయుడు అయిన మహరై అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

14 The eleventh, for the eleventh month, was Benaiah the Pirathonite, an Ephraimite. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౧౪పదకొండో నెల ఎఫ్రాయిము సంతానం వాడూ, పిరాతోనీయుడు అయిన బెనాయా అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

15 The twelfth, for the twelfth month, was Heldai the Netophathite, from the family of Othniel. There were 24,000 men in his division.

౧౫పన్నెండో నెల ఒత్నీయేలు బంధువూ, నెటోపాతీయుడు అయిన హెల్దయి అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అతని గుంపులో చేరిన వాళ్ళు ఇరవై నాలుగు వేలమంది.

16 These officers were in charge of the tribes of Israel: Over the Reubenites was Eliezer son of Zichri; over the Simeonites was Shephatiah son of Maacah;

౧౬ఇంకా, ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల గోత్రాల మీద ఉన్నవాళ్ళ వివరం, జిఖ్రీ కొడుకు ఎలీయెజెరు రూబేనీయులకు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు, మయకా కొడుకు షెపట్య షిమ్యోనీయులకు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు,

17 over Levi was Hashabiah son of Kemuel; over Aaron was Zadok;

18 over Judah was Elihu, one of David’s brothers; over Issachar was Omri son of Michael;

౧౮దావీదు సహోదరుల్లో ఎలీహు అనే ఒకడు యూదా వాళ్లకు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. మిఖాయేలు కొడుకు ఒమ్రీ ఇశ్శాఖారీయులకు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు,

19 over Zebulun was Ishmaiah son of Obadiah; over Naphtali was Jerimoth son of Azriel;

౧౯ఓబద్యా కొడుకు ఇష్మయా జెబూలూనీయులకు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. అజ్రీయేలు కొడుకు యెరీమోతు నఫ్తాలీయులకు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు.

20 over the Ephraimites was Hoshea son of Azaziah; over one of the half-tribes of Manasseh was Joel son of Pedaiah;

౨౦అజజ్యాహు కొడుకు హోషేయ ఎఫ్రాయిమీయులకు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. మనష్షే అర్థగోత్రం వాళ్లకు పెదాయా కొడుకు యోవేలు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు.

21 over the half-tribe of Manasseh in Gilead was Iddo son of Zechariah; over Benjamin was Jaasiel son of Abner;

౨౧గిలాదులో ఉన్న మనష్షే అర్థగోత్రం వాళ్లకు జెకర్యా కొడుకు ఇద్దో అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. బెన్యామీనీయులకు అబ్నేరు కొడుకు యహశీయేలు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు.

22 and over Dan was Azarel son of Jeroham. These were the leaders of the tribes of Israel.

౨౨దానీయులకు యెరోహాము కొడుకు అజరేలు అధిపతిగా ఉన్నాడు. వీళ్ళు ఇశ్రాయేలు గోత్రాలకు అధిపతులు.

23 David did not count the men aged twenty or under, because the LORD had said that He would make Israel as numerous as the stars of the sky.

౨౩ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను ఆకాశ నక్షత్రాలంత విస్తారంగా చేస్తానని యెహోవా చెప్పాడు గనుక ఇరవై సంవత్సరాలు మొదలుకుని, అంతకు తక్కువ వయస్సు ఉన్నవాళ్ళను దావీదు ప్రజాసంఖ్యలో చేర్చలేదు.

24 Joab son of Zeruiah began to count the men but did not finish. For because of this census wrath came upon Israel, and the number was not entered in the Book of the Chronicles of King David.

౨౪ప్రజాసంఖ్య చూసే విషయంలో ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల మీదికి ఉగ్రత వచ్చిన కారణంగా సెరూయా కొడుకు యోవాబు దాన్ని చెయ్యడం ఆరంభించాడు గాని దాన్ని ముగించలేదు. కాబట్టి ప్రజాసంఖ్య మొత్తం దావీదు రాజు వృత్తాంత గ్రంథాల్లో చేర్చలేదు.

25 Azmaveth son of Adiel was in charge of the royal storehouses. Jonathan son of Uzziah was in charge of the storehouses in the country, in the cities, in the villages, and in the fortresses.

౨౫రాజు గిడ్డంగుల మీద అదీయేలు కొడుకు అజ్మావెతు నియామకం జరిగింది. అయితే పొలాల్లో, పట్టణాల్లో గ్రామాల్లో, దుర్గాల్లో ఉన్న ఆస్తి మీద ఉజ్జియా కొడుకు యెహోనాతాను నియామకం జరిగింది.

26 Ezri son of Chelub was in charge of the workers in the fields who tilled the soil.

౨౬పొలాల్లో పనిచేసే వాళ్ళ మీద, భూమి దున్నే వాళ్ళ మీద కెలూబు కొడుకు ఎజ్రీ నియామకం జరిగింది.

27 Shimei the Ramathite was in charge of the vineyards. Zabdi the Shiphmite was in charge of the produce of the vineyards for the wine vats.

౨౭ద్రాక్షతోటల మీద రామాతీయుడైన షిమీ, ద్రాక్షతోటల ఆదాయమైన ద్రాక్షామధురసం నిలువ చేసే కొట్ల మీద షిష్మీయుడైన జబ్ది నియామకం జరిగింది.

28 Baal-hanan the Gederite was in charge of the olive and sycamore trees in the foothills. Joash was in charge of the stores of olive oil.

౨౮షెఫేలా ప్రదేశంలో ఉన్న ఒలీవ చెట్ల మీద, మేడిచెట్ల మీద గెదేరీయుడైన బయల్‌ హనాను నియామకం జరిగింది. నూనె కొట్ల మీద యోవాషు నియామకం జరిగింది.

29 Shitrai the Sharonite was in charge of the herds grazing in Sharon. Shaphat son of Adlai was in charge of the herds in the valleys.

౨౯షారోనులో మేసే పశువుల మీద షారోనీయుడైన షిట్రయి, లోయల్లో ఉన్న పశువుల మీద అద్లయి కొడుకు షాపాతు నియామకం జరిగింది.

30 Obil the Ishmaelite was in charge of the camels. Jehdeiah the Meronothite was in charge of the donkeys.

౩౦ఒంటెల మీద ఇష్మాయేలీయుడైన ఓబీలు, గాడిదల మీద మేరోనోతీయుడైన యెహెద్యాహు నియామకం జరిగింది.

31 Jaziz the Hagrite was in charge of the flocks. All these officials were in charge of King David’s property.

౩౧గొర్రెల మీద హగ్రీయుడైన యాజీజు నియామకం జరిగింది. వీళ్ళందరూ దావీదు రాజు ఆస్తి మీద నియమించిన అధిపతులు.

32 David’s uncle Jonathan was a counselor; he was a man of insight and a scribe. Jehiel son of Hachmoni attended to the sons of the king.

౩౨దావీదు పినతండ్రి యోనాతాను వివేకం కలిగిన ఆలోచనకర్తగా ఉన్నాడు గనుక అతన్ని ప్రధానమంత్రిగా నియమించారు. హక్మోనీ కొడుకు యెహీయేలు రాకుమారుల దగ్గర ఉండడానికి నియమించారు.

33 Ahithophel was the king’s counselor. Hushai the Archite was the king’s friend.

౩౩అహీతోపెలు రాజుకు మంత్రి. అర్కీయుడైన హూషై రాజుకు అంతరంగిక సలహాదారు.

34 Ahithophel was succeeded by Jehoiada son of Benaiah, then by Abiathar. Joab was the commander of the king’s army.

౩౪అహీతోపెలు చనిపోయిన తరువాత బెనాయా కొడుకు యెహోయాదా, అబ్యాతారు మంత్రులయ్యారు. రాజు సేనకు యోవాబు సర్వసైన్యాధ్యక్షుడు.
