1 Chronicles 26
1 These were the divisions of the gatekeepers: From the Korahites: Meshelemiah son of Kore, one of the sons of Asaph.
Quanto às repartições dos porteiros: Dos coraítas: Meselemias filho de Coré, dos filhos de Asafe.
2 Meshelemiah had sons: Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
Os filhos de Meselemias: Zacarias o primogênito, Jediael o segundo, Zebadias o terceiro, Jatniel o quarto;
3 Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, and Eliehoenai the seventh.
Elão o quinto, Joanã o sexto, Elioenai o sétimo.
4 And Obed-edom also had sons: Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, Sachar the fourth, Nethanel the fifth,
Os filhos de Obede-Edom: Semaías o primogênito, Jozabade o segundo, Joabe o terceiro, o quarto Sacar, o quinto Natanael;
5 Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, and Peullethai the eighth. For God had blessed Obed-edom.
O sexto Amiel, o sétimo Issacar, o oitavo Peuletai: porque Deus havia abençoado a Obede-Edom.
6 Also to his son Shemaiah were born sons who ruled over their families because they were strong, capable men.
Também de Semaías seu filho nasceram filhos que foram senhores sobre a casa de seus pais; porque eram varões muito valentes.
7 Shemaiah’s sons were Othni, Rephael, Obed, and Elzabad; his brothers were Elihu and Semachiah, also capable men.
Os filhos de Semaías: Otni, Rafael, Obede, Elzabade, e seus irmãos, homens esforçados; assim Eliú, e Semaquias.
8 All these were descendants of Obed-edom; they and their sons and brothers were capable men with strength to do the work—62 in all from Obed-edom.
Todos estes dos filhos de Obede-Edom: eles com seus filhos e seus irmãos, homens robustos e fortes para o ministério; sessenta e dois, de Obede-Edom.
9 Meshelemiah also had sons and brothers who were capable men—18 in all.
E os filhos de Meselemias e seus irmãos, dezoito homens valentes.
10 Hosah the Merarite also had sons: Shimri the first (although he was not the firstborn, his father had appointed him as the first),
De Hosa, dos filhos de Merari: Sinri o principal, (ainda que não fosse o primogênito, mas seu pai o pôs para que fosse cabeça);
11 Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, and Zechariah the fourth. The sons and brothers of Hosah numbered 13 in all.
O segundo Hilquias, o terceiro Tebalias, o quarto Zacarias: todos os filhos de Hosa e seus irmãos foram treze.
12 These divisions of the gatekeepers, through their chief men, had duties for ministering in the house of the LORD, just as their brothers did.
Entre estes se fez a distribuição dos porteiros, alternando os principais dos varões na guarda com seus irmãos, para servir na casa do SENHOR.
13 They cast lots for each gate, according to their families, young and old alike.
E lançaram sortes, o pequeno com o grande, pelas casas de seus pais, para cada porta.
14 The lot for the East Gate fell to Shelemiah. Then lots were cast for his son Zechariah, a wise counselor, and the lot for the North Gate fell to him.
E caiu a sorte ao oriente a Selemias. E a Zacarias seu filho, conselheiro entendido, lançaram as sortes, e sua sorte foi para o norte.
15 The lot for the South Gate fell to Obed-edom, and the lot for the storehouses to his sons.
E por Obede-Edom, ao sul; e por seus filhos, a casa dos depósitos.
16 The lots for the West Gate and the Shallecheth Gate on the ascending highway fell to Shuppim and Hosah. There were guards stationed at every watch.
Por Supim e Hosa ao ocidente, com a porta de Salequete ao caminho da subida, guarda contra guarda.
17 Each day there were six Levites on the east, four on the north, four on the south, and two pairs at the storehouse.
Ao oriente seis levitas, ao norte quatro de dia; ao sul quatro de dia; e à casa dos depósitos, de dois em dois.
18 As for the court on the west, there were four at the highway and two at the court.
Em a câmara dos vasos ao ocidente, quatro ao caminho, e dois na câmara.
19 These were the divisions of the gatekeepers who were descendants of Korah and Merari.
Estes são as repartições dos porteiros, filhos dos coraítas, e dos filhos de Merari.
20 Now their fellow Levites were in charge of the treasuries of the house of God and the treasuries of the dedicated things.
E dos levitas, Aías tinha cargo dos tesouros da casa de Deus, e dos tesouros das coisas santificadas.
21 From the descendants of Ladan, who were Gershonites through Ladan and heads of the families of Ladan the Gershonite, were Jehieli,
Quanto a os filhos de Ladã, filhos de Gérson: de Ladã, os príncipes das famílias de Ladã foram Gérson, e Jeieli.
22 the sons of Jehieli, Zetham, and his brother Joel. They were in charge of the treasuries of the house of the LORD.
Os filhos de Jeieli, Zetã e Joel seu irmão, tiveram cargo dos tesouros da casa do SENHOR.
23 From the Amramites, the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites:
Acerca dos anramitas, dos izaritas, dos hebronitas, e dos uzielitas,
24 Shebuel, a descendant of Gershom son of Moses, was the officer in charge of the treasuries.
Sebuel filho de Gérson, filho de Moisés, era principal sobre os tesouros.
25 His relatives through Eliezer included Rehabiah his son, Jeshaiah his son, Joram his son, Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.
Em ordem a seu irmão Eliézer, filho deste era Reabias, filho deste Jesaías, filho deste Jorão, filho deste Zicri, do que foi filho Selomote.
26 This Shelomith and his brothers were in charge of all the treasuries for the things dedicated by King David, by the heads of families who were the commanders of thousands and of hundreds, and by the army commanders.
Este Selomote e seus irmãos tinham cargo de todos os tesouros de todas as coisas santificadas, que havia consagrado o rei Davi, e os príncipes das famílias, e os capitães de milhares e de centenas, e os chefes do exército;
27 They had dedicated some of the plunder from their battles to the repair of the house of the LORD.
De o que haviam consagrado das guerras e dos despojos, para reparar a casa do SENHOR.
28 Everything that had been dedicated by Samuel the seer, Saul son of Kish, Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah, along with everything else that was dedicated, was under the care of Shelomith and his brothers.
Assim todas as coisas que havia consagrado Samuel vidente, e Saul filho de Quis, e Abner filho de Ner, e Joabe filho de Zeruia: e todo o que qualquer um consagrava, estava sob a mão de Selomote e de seus irmãos.
29 From the Izrahites, Chenaniah and his sons had the outside duties as officers and judges over Israel.
Dos izaritas, Quenanias e seus filhos eram governadores e juízes sobre Israel nas obras de fora.
30 From the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his relatives, 1,700 capable men, had charge of the affairs of Israel west of the Jordan for all the work of the LORD and for the service of the king.
Dos hebronitas, Hasabias e seus irmãos, homens de vigor, mil e setecentos, governavam a Israel da outra parte do Jordão, ao ocidente, em toda a obra do SENHOR, e no serviço do rei.
31 As for the Hebronites, Jerijah was the chief of the Hebronites, according to the genealogies of his ancestors. In the fortieth year of David’s reign the records were searched, and strong, capable men were found among the Hebronites at Jazer in Gilead.
Dos hebronitas, Jerias era o principal entre os hebronitas repartidos em suas linhagens por suas famílias. No ano quarenta do reinado de Davi se registraram, e acharam-se entre eles fortes e vigorosos em Jazer de Gileade.
32 Among Jerijah’s relatives there were 2,700 capable men who were heads of families. King David appointed them over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh for every matter pertaining to God and to the affairs of the king.
E seus irmãos, homens valentes, eram dois mil e setecentos, cabeças de famílias, os quais o rei Davi constituiu sobre os rubenitas, gaditas, e sobre a meia tribo de Manassés, para todas as coisas de Deus, e os negócios do rei.
