1 Chronicles 25

1 Additionally, David and the commanders of the army set apart some of the sons of Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun to prophesy with the accompaniment of lyres, harps, and cymbals. The following is the list of the men who performed this service:

१फिर दाऊद और सेनापतियों ने आसाप, हेमान और यदूतून के कुछ पुत्रों को सेवकाई के लिये अलग किया कि वे वीणा, सारंगी और झाँझ बजा-बजाकर नबूवत करें। और इस सेवकाई के काम करनेवाले मनुष्यों की गिनती यह थी:

2 From the sons of Asaph: Zaccur, Joseph, Nethaniah, and Asarelah. These sons of Asaph were under the direction of Asaph, who prophesied under the direction of the king.

२अर्थात् आसाप के पुत्रों में से जक्कूर, यूसुफ, नतन्याह और अशरेला, आसाप के ये पुत्र आसाप ही की आज्ञा में थे, जो राजा की आज्ञा के अनुसार नबूवत करता था।

3 From the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah—six in all—under the direction of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with the harp, giving thanks and praise to the LORD.

३फिर यदूतून के पुत्रों में से गदल्याह, सरी, यशायाह, शिमी, हशब्याह, मत्तित्याह, ये ही छः अपने पिता यदूतून की आज्ञा में होकर जो यहोवा का धन्यवाद और स्तुति कर करके नबूवत करता था, वीणा बजाते थे।

4 From the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, Romamti-ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.

४हेमान के पुत्रों में से, बुक्किय्याह, मत्तन्याह, उज्जीएल, शबूएल, यरीमोत, हनन्याह, हनानी, एलीआता, गिद्दलती, रोममतीएजेर, योशबकाशा, मल्लोती, होतीर और महजीओत;

5 All these sons of Heman the king’s seer were given him through the promises of God to exalt him, for God had given Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.

५परमेश्वर की प्रतिज्ञानुकूल जो उसका नाम बढ़ाने की थी, ये सब हेमान के पुत्र थे जो राजा का दर्शी था; क्योंकि परमेश्वर ने हेमान को चौदह बेटे और तीन बेटियाँ दीं थीं।

6 All these were under the direction of their fathers for the music of the house of the LORD with cymbals, harps, and lyres, for the service of the house of God. Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman were under the direction of the king.

६ये सब यहोवा के भवन में गाने के लिये अपने-अपने पिता के अधीन रहकर, परमेश्वर के भवन, की सेवकाई में झाँझ, सारंगी और वीणा बजाते थे। आसाप, यदूतून और हेमान राजा के अधीन रहते थे।

7 Together with their relatives, who were all trained and skillful in the songs of the LORD, they numbered 288.

७इन सभी की गिनती भाइयों समेत जो यहोवा के गीत सीखे हुए और सब प्रकार से निपुण थे, दो सौ अट्ठासी थी।

8 They cast lots for their duties, young and old alike, teacher as well as pupil.

८उन्होंने क्या बड़ा, क्या छोटा, क्या गुरु, क्या चेला, अपनी-अपनी बारी के लिये चिट्ठी डाली।

9 The first lot, which was for Asaph, fell to Joseph, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all; the second to Gedaliah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

९पहली चिट्ठी आसाप के बेटों में से यूसुफ के नाम पर निकली, दूसरी गदल्याह के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

10 the third to Zaccur, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१०तीसरी जक्कूर के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

11 the fourth to Izri, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

११चौथी यिस्री के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

12 the fifth to Nethaniah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१२पाँचवीं नतन्याह के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

13 the sixth to Bukkiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१३छठीं बुक्किय्याह के नाम पर निकली जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

14 the seventh to Jesarelah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१४सातवीं यसरेला के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

15 the eighth to Jeshaiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१५आठवीं यशायाह के नाम पर निकली जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

16 the ninth to Mattaniah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१६नौवीं मत्तन्याह के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई समेत बारह थे।

17 the tenth to Shimei, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१७दसवीं शिमी के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

18 the eleventh to Azarel, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१८ग्यारहवीं अजरेल के नाम पर निकली जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

19 the twelfth to Hashabiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

१९बारहवीं हशब्याह के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

20 the thirteenth to Shubael, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२०तेरहवीं शूबाएल के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

21 the fourteenth to Mattithiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२१चौदहवीं मत्तित्याह के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

22 the fifteenth to Jeremoth, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२२पन्द्रहवीं यरेमोत के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

23 the sixteenth to Hananiah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२३सोलहवीं हनन्याह के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

24 the seventeenth to Joshbekashah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२४सत्रहवीं योशबकाशा के नाम पर निकली जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

25 the eighteenth to Hanani, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२५अठारहवीं हनानी के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

26 the nineteenth to Mallothi, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२६उन्‍नीसवीं मल्लोती के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

27 the twentieth to Eliathah, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२७बीसवीं एलियातह के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

28 the twenty-first to Hothir, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२८इक्कीसवीं होतीर के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

29 the twenty-second to Giddalti, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

२९बाईसवीं गिद्दलती के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

30 the twenty-third to Mahazioth, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all;

३०तेईसवीं महजीओत; के नाम पर निकली जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।

31 and the twenty-fourth to Romamti-ezer, his sons, and his brothers—12 in all.

३१चौबीसवीं चिट्ठी रोममतीएजेर के नाम पर निकली, जिसके पुत्र और भाई उस समेत बारह थे।
