1 Chronicles 11
1 Then all Israel came together to David at Hebron and said, “Here we are, your own flesh and blood.
၁ထိုအခါ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားအပေါင်း တို့ သည် ဒါဝိဒ် ရှိရာ ဟေဗြုန် မြို့၌ စည်းဝေး ၍၊ ကျွန်တော် တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် အရိုး ၊ ကိုယ်တော် အသား ဖြစ်ကြပါ ၏။
2 Even in times past, while Saul was king, you were the one who led Israel out and brought them back. And the LORD your God said, ‘You will shepherd My people Israel, and you will be ruler over them.’”
၂အထက် က ရှောလု သည် ရှင်ဘုရင် ဖြစ် သောအခါ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် သည် ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကို ဆောင်သွား လျက် ၊ သွင်း ပြန်လျက် နေတော်မူပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ကလည်း၊ သင် သည်ငါ ၏လူ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးကိုလုပ်ကျွေး အုပ်စိုး ရမည်ဟု ကိုယ်တော် အား မိန့် တော်မူပြီဟု လျှောက်ဆိုကြ၏။
3 So all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, where David made a covenant with them before the LORD. And they anointed him king over Israel, according to the word of the LORD through Samuel.
၃ထိုသို့ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးအသက်ကြီး သူအပေါင်း တို့သည် ရှင်ဘုရင် ရှိရာ ဟေဗြုန် မြို့သို့ ရောက် လာလျှင် ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ဟေဗြုန် မြို့၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်မှာ သူ တို့ နှင့် မိဿဟာယ ဖွဲ့ ၍ ၊ ရှမွေလ အားဖြင့် ထာဝရဘုရား ဗျာဒိတ် ထားတော်မူသည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ သူတို့သည် ဒါဝိဒ် ကို ဘိသိတ် ပေး၍ ဣသရေလ ရှင်ဘုရင် အရာ ၌ ချီးမြှောက်ကြ၏။
4 Then David and all the Israelites marched to Jerusalem (that is, Jebus), where the Jebusites inhabited the land.
၄တဖန် ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ဣသရေလ လူအပေါင်း တို့ကို ခေါ်၍၊ ပြည်သားရင်း ယေဗုသိ လူတို့နေ ရာ ယေဗုတ် မြို့ တည်းဟူသော ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့သွား လျှင်၊
5 The people of Jebus said to David, “You will never get in here.” Nevertheless, David captured the fortress of Zion (that is, the City of David).
၅ယေဗုတ် မြို့သား တို့က၊ သင်သည် ဤ မြို့သို့ မ ဝင် ရဟု ဆို ကြသော်လည်း ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ဒါဝိဒ် မြို့ တည်းဟူသော ဇိအုန် ရဲတိုက် ကို တိုက်ယူ လေ၏။
6 Now David had said, “Whoever is the first to strike down a Jebusite will become chief commander.” And Joab son of Zeruiah went up first, and he became the chief.
၆ဒါဝိဒ် ကလည်း၊ ယေဗုသိ လူတို့ကို အဦး လုပ်ကြံ သောသူသည် ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ဖြစ် စေဟု အမိန့် တော်ရှိသည် အတိုင်း ၊ ဇေရုယာ သား ယွာဘ သည် အဦး တက် ၍ ဗိုလ်ချုပ် အရာကိုခံရ ၏။
7 So David took up residence in the fortress; that is why it was called the City of David.
၇ထိုနောက် ဒါဝိဒ် သည်ရဲတိုက် ၌ နေ သောကြောင့် ၊ ဒါဝိဒ် မြို့ ဟူသောအမည်ဖြင့် သမုတ် ကြ၏။
8 He built up the city around it, from the supporting terraces to the surrounding wall, while Joab restored the rest of the city.
၈မိလ္လော အရပ်နှင့်တကွမြို့ ပတ်လည် ၌ တည်ဆောက် ပြီးမှ ကျန်ကြွင်း သောမြို့ ကိုယွာဘ ပြုပြင် လေ၏။
9 And David became greater and greater, for the LORD of Hosts was with him.
၉ဒါဝိဒ် သည် တိုးပွား ၍ အားကြီး သဖြင့် ၊ ကောင်းကင် ဗိုလ်ခြေ အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား သည် သူ နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူ၏။
10 Now these were the chiefs of David’s mighty men, who, together with all Israel, bolstered and strengthened his kingdom, according to the word of the LORD concerning Israel.
၁၀ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၌ ထာဝရဘုရား ၏ အမိန့် တော်အတိုင်း ၊ ဒါဝိဒ်ကို ရှင် ဘုရင်အရာ၌ ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းငှါ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးအပေါင်း တို့နှင့် ဝိုင်း၍ ဒါဝိဒ် မင်း ဘက် မှာ ကြိုးစား အားထုတ်သော အမှုတော်ထမ်းသူရဲ ကြီး တို့၏ စာရင်းဟူမူကား၊
11 This is the list of David’s mighty men: Jashobeam son of Hachmoni was chief of the officers; he wielded his spear against three hundred men, whom he killed at one time.
၁၁ဟခမောနိ အမျိုး ယာရှောဗံ သည် ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ဖြစ် ၏။ ထိုသူ သည် လှံ ကိုကိုင် လျက်၊ လူသုံး ရာ ကို တခါတည်း တိုက်၍ လုပ်ကြံ လေ၏။
12 Next in command was Eleazar son of Dodo the Ahohite, one of the three mighty men.
၁၂သူ့ နောက် မှာ အဟောဟိ အမျိုးဒေါဒေါ သား ဧလာဇာ သည် ဒါဝိဒ် နှင့်အတူ ပါ ၊ သဒမ္မိမ် မြို့သို့ လိုက်သော သူရဲ သုံး ယောက် အဝင်ဖြစ်၏။
13 He was with David at Pas-dammim when the Philistines gathered there for battle. At the place with a field full of barley, the troops fled from the Philistines.
၁၃ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့သည် စစ်တိုက် ခြင်းငှါ မုယော စပါးစိုက်သော လယ်ကွက် ၌ စုဝေး ၍ ဣသရေလလူ တို့ သည် ရန်သူရှေ့ မှာ ပြေး ကြသော်လည်း၊
14 But Eleazar and David stationed themselves in the middle of the field and defended it. They struck down the Philistines, and the LORD brought about a great victory.
၁၄ထိုသူတို့သည် လယ်ကွက် အလယ် ၌ ရပ် ၍ စောင့်မ လျက် ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့ကိုလုပ်ကြံ သောအခါ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် ကြီးစွာ သော အောင် ခြင်းအားဖြင့်သူတို့ကို ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
15 Three of the thirty chief men went down to David, to the rock at the cave of Adullam, while a company of Philistines was encamped in the Valley of Rephaim.
၁၅ဗိုလ် စုအဝင်သုံး ယောက်တို့သည် ဒါဝိဒ် ရှိရာ ကျောက် ကြား၊ အဒုလံ ဥမင် သို့ ဆင်းသွား ၍ ၊ ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့ သည် ရေဖိမ် ချိုင့် ၌ တပ်ချ လျက် ရှိကြ၏။
16 At that time David was in the stronghold, and the garrison of the Philistines was at Bethlehem.
၁၆ထိုအခါ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် ရဲတိုက် တွင် နေ၍ ၊ ဖိလိတ္တိ လူတို့သည် ဗက်လင် မြို့၌ လည်း တပ်ချကြ၏။
17 David longed for water and said, “Oh, that someone would get me a drink of water from the well near the gate of Bethlehem!”
၁၇ဒါဝိဒ် ကလည်း တစုံတယောက် သောသူသည် ဗက်လင် မြို့တံခါး နား မှာရှိသော ရေတွင်း ထဲက ရေ ကို ခပ် ၍ ငါ့ အားပေး ပါစေသောဟု တောင့်တ သောစိတ်နှင့် ဆို သော်၊
18 So the Three broke through the Philistine camp, drew water from the well at the gate of Bethlehem, and brought it back to David. But he refused to drink it; instead, he poured it out to the LORD,
၁၈ထိုသူသုံး ယောက်တို့သည် ဖိလိတ္တိ တပ် ကိုဖျက် ၍ ၊ ဗက်လင် မြို့ တံခါး နား မှာရှိသော ရေတွင်း ထဲက ရေ ကို ခပ်ယူ ပြီးလျှင် ဒါဝိဒ် ထံ တော်သို့ဆောင် ခဲ့ကြ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ဒါဝိဒ် သည် မ သောက် ဘဲ ထာဝရဘုရား ရှေ့ တော်၌ သွန်း လျက်၊
19 saying, “Far be it from me, my God, to do this! How can I drink the blood of these men who risked their lives?” Because they had brought it at the risk of their lives, David refused to drink it. Such were the exploits of the three mighty men.
၁၉ဤ ရေကို သောက်သောအမှုသည် ငါ နှင့် ဝေး ပါစေသော။ ကိုယ် အသက် ကို မနှမြောဘဲသွားသောသူ တို့၏ အသွေး ကို ငါသောက် ရမည်လော။ သူတို့သည် ကိုယ် အသက် ကို စွန့်စား၍ ဤရေကိုဆောင် ခဲ့ကြ ပြီဟုဆိုလျက် မ သောက် ဘဲနေ၏။ ထိုသူရဲ သုံး ယောက်တို့သည် ထိုသို့ သော အမှုတို့ကိုပြု ကြ၏။
20 Now Abishai, the brother of Joab, was chief of the Three, and he lifted his spear against three hundred men, killed them, and won a name along with the Three.
၂၀ယွာဘ ညီ အဘိရှဲ သည်လည်း သူရဲသုံး ယောက် တွင် အကြီး ဖြစ် ၏။ သူ သည် လှံ ကိုကိုင် ၍ လူသုံး ရာ တို့ကို တိုက်ဖျက်လုပ်ကြံ သောကြောင့်၊ သူရဲသုံး ယောက် အဝင် နေရာရသတည်း။
21 He was doubly honored above the Three, and he became their commander, even though he was not included among the Three.
၂၁သူရဲသုံး ယောက်တွင် နှစ် ယောက်ထက်သာ၍မြတ် သောကြောင့်ဗိုလ်ချုပ် အရာကိုရ ၏။ သို့သော်လည်း ပဌမသူရဲသုံး ယောက်တို့ကို မ မှီ။
22 And Benaiah son of Jehoiada was a man of valor from Kabzeel, a man of many exploits. He struck down two champions of Moab, and on a snowy day he went down into a pit and killed a lion.
၂၂အထူးသဖြင့် ပြုဘူးသောကပ်ဇေလ မြို့သား၊ သူရဲ ယောယဒ ၏သား ဗေနာယ သည်လည်း ခြင်္သေ့ နှင့် တူသော မောဘ လူနှစ် ယောက်ကိုသတ် ၏။ ဆောင်း ကာလ ၌ လည်း၊ အခြားသို့သွား ၍ မြေတွင်း ၌ ရှိသောခြင်္သေ့ ကိုသတ် ၏။
23 He also killed an Egyptian, a huge man five cubits tall. Although the Egyptian had a spear like a weaver’s beam in his hand, Benaiah went against him with a club, snatched the spear from his hand, and killed the Egyptian with his own spear.
၂၃အရပ်ငါး တောင် မြင့်သော အဲဂုတ္တု လူ ကိုလည်း သတ် ၏။ အဲဂုတ္တု လူသည် ရက်ကန်း လက်လိပ်နှင့်အမျှ ကြီးသော လှံ ကိုကိုင်သော်လည်း ၊ ဗေနာယသည် တောင်ဝေး ကိုသာ ကိုင်လျက်သွား ၍ ၊ အဲဂုတ္တု လူလက် မှ လှံ ကို လုယူ ပြီးလျှင် ထိုလှံ နှင့် သူ့ ကိုသတ် ၏။
24 These were the exploits of Benaiah son of Jehoiada, who won a name alongside the three mighty men.
၂၄ထိုသို့ သော အမှုတို့ကို ယောယဒ သား ဗေနာယ သည် ပြု ၍ သူရဲ သုံး ယောက်အဝင် နေရာကိုရ၏။
25 He was most honored among the Thirty, but he did not become one of the Three. And David appointed him over his guard.
၂၅ဗိုလ်များထက် သာ၍မြတ် သော်လည်း ပဌမ သူရဲသုံး ယောက်တို့ကိုမ မှီ။ ဒါဝိဒ် သည် အတွင်းဝန် ချုပ် အရာကို လည်း ပေး ၏။
26 Now these were the mighty men: Asahel the brother of Joab, Elhanan son of Dodo of Bethlehem,
၂၆ယွာဘ ညီ အာသဟေလ သည်လည်း ဗိုလ် စုအဝင်ဖြစ်၏။ ထိုအတူ၊ ဗက်လင် မြို့နေ၊ ဒေါဒေါ ၏သား ဧလဟာနန်၊
27 Shammoth the Harorite, Helez the Pelonite,
၂၇ဟေရောဒိ အမျိုး ရှမ္မ ၊ ဖာလတိ အမျိုး ဟေလက်၊
28 Ira son of Ikkesh the Tekoite, Abiezer the Anathothite,
၂၈တေကော အမျိုး ဣကေရှ ၏သား ဣရ ၊ အနေသောသိ အမျိုး အဗျေဇာ၊
29 Sibbecai the Hushathite, Ilai the Ahohite,
၂၉ဟုရှသိ အမျိုးသိဗေကဲ ၊ အဟောဟိ အမျိုး ဣလဲ ၊
30 Maharai the Netophathite, Heled son of Baanah the Netophathite,

31 Ithai son of Ribai from Gibeah of the Benjamites, Benaiah the Pirathonite,
