< Matthew 20 >

1 For the kingdom of heaven is like the master of a house, who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard.
“Upalume gwa Kunnungu ushilandana naka mundu akwete nngunda gwa mishabhibhu, nilabha lyamba kukwaatolanga bhakamula maengo kubhakamulanje liengo mungunda gwakwe.
2 And when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard.
Gubhalegene nabhonji kwaalipanga ela jimo kwa lyubha limo, kungai gubhaapelekenje kunngunda gwabho.
3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing in the market, idle;
Jikaisheje shaa tatu ja lyamba gubhapite kabhili kushoko gubhaabhweninji bhandunji bhana bhajimingenenje kushoko, bhangalinginji shatenda.
4 and he said to them: Go you also into my vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.
Gubhaalugulilenje, ‘Nnjendangananje nkakamulanje liengo kunngunda gwangu gwa mishabhibhu, na nne shininnimpanganje aki jenunji.’
5 And they went. Again he went out about the sixth, and about the ninth hour, and did in like manner.
Bhai, gubhapitengene. Bhayene nngunda bhala gubhapite kabhili shaa shita ja mui, na shaa tisha nndengulo, gubhatendile nneila peila.
6 And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and said to them, Why do you stand here all the day idle?
Nkali shaa kumi na moja ja shigulogulo, gubhapite kabhili, gubhaaimenenje bhandunji bhana bhajimingenenje kushoko. Bhai, gubhaabhushiyenje, ‘Pakuti nshijimangana totolo gwangali kamula liengo?’
7 They said to him: No man has hired us. He said to them: Go you also into the vineyard, and whatever is right you shall receive.
Gubhaajangwilenje, ‘Pabha jwakwapi atupele liengo.’ Nabhalabho gubhaalugulilenje, ‘Nnjendanje nkakamulanje liengo mungunda gwa mishabhibhu.’
8 When the evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward: Call the laborers, and, beginning with the last, pay them their hire even to the first.
“Kukapilileje, bhayene nngunda bhala gubhannugulile nkujimilila jwabho, ‘Gwaashemanje bhaakamula maengo gwaalipanje nshaala gwabhonji, tandubhila jwa kumpelo, mpaka jwa ntai.’
9 And when those came who had been hired about the eleventh hour, they received each one a denarius.
Bhai, gubhaikengene bha kumpelo bhala, gubhaposhelenje kila mundu ela jimo.
10 But when those came who had been hired first, they thought that they would receive more; and they received each one a denarius.
Bhakaikanganeje bhatainji bhala, pubhaganishiyenje shibhapegwanje kupunda bhananji bhala, ikabheje na bhalabhonji gubhapegwilwenje ela jimo jimo
11 And when they received it, they murmured against the master of the house,
Gubhaposhelenje ela yabhonji, gubhatandwibhenje kwainginishila bhakulungwa bhala.
12 saying: These last have worked one hour, and you have made them equal to us, who have borne the burden of the day, and the heat.
Bhalinkutinji, ‘Abha bhandunji bhatolilwenje kumpelo bhashikamulanga liengo lishaa limope, pakuti nshikututendela malinga bhanganyabha, uwe tushikamula liengo kwa kaje nibhalilwa na lyubha totolo?’
13 But he answered and said to one of them: Friend, I do you no injustice; did you not agree with me for a denarius?
“Bhakulungwa bhala gubhannjangwile jumo, ‘Ambwiga, shakwa shininkumbile! Bhuli, twangalagana nshaala gwa ela jimo kwa lyubha limo?
14 Take what is yours, and go; I will give to this last even as to you.
Nntole aki jenu, mwijabhulile. Njipinga kwaapanganga bha kumpelobha malinga mmwe.
15 Is it not allowed me to do what I will with my own? Or, is your eye envious, because I am good?
Bhuli, ngapinjikwa tenda shingupinga namwene kwa indu yangu? Bhuli, nnamonela lupimilo pabha njibha nannguja?’”
16 So the last shall be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few are chosen.
A Yeshu gubhamaliye bheleketa bhalinkuti, “Bhalinginji kumpelo shibhabhanganje bha ntai, na bha ntai, shibhabhanganje bha kumpelo.”
17 And as Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside on his journey, and said to them:
A Yeshu pubhajombokaga kwenda ku Yelushalemu, bhashinkwaatolanga bhaajiganywa likumi limo na bhabhili bhala kuntemela na bhalinginji mumpanda gubhaalugulilenje,
18 Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of man shall be delivered to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn him to death,
“Mpilikananje! Tunakwenda ku Yelushalemu, na kweneko Mwana juka Mundu apinga kamuywa ku bhakulungwa bhaabhishila na bhaajiganya bha Shalia na bhalabhonji shibhanng'ukumulanje abhulagwe.
19 and will deliver him to the Gentiles to deride, and to scourge, and to crucify: and on the third day he shall rise again.
Shibhankamuyanje kubhandu bhangabha Bhayaudi, nkupinga bhannyegayanje na akomwe ibhoko na komelwa munshalabha, ikabhe lyubha lya tatu shayuywe.”
20 Then came to him the mother of the sons of Zebedee, with her sons, bowing down, and asking something of him.
Penepo anyinabhabhonji bhana bha a Shebhedayo gubhaaishile a Yeshu bhali na ashibhana bhabho, gubhaatindibhalile nikwaajuga shindu.
21 He said to her: What do you wish? She said to him: Command that these two sons of mine may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left, in thy kingdom.
A Yeshu gubhaabhushiye, “Nkupinga nndi?” Bhakongwe bhala gubhaalugulile, “Nnumbile kuti ashibhanangubha shibhatamangananje Muupalume gwenu jumo nkono nshinda na juna nkono nnilo.”
22 But Jesus answered and said: You know not what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I am about to drink, and to be immersed with the immersion with which I am immersed? They said to him: We are able.
A Yeshu gubhaalugulilenje, “Nkakushimanyanga shinkujuganga. Bhuli, shinkombolanje kwiipililila malanga ga mboteko malinga shimbinga pitila nne?” Gubhaajangwilenje, “Shitukombole.”
23 And he said to them: You shall drink my cup, and be immersed with the immersion with which I am immersed: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it has been prepared by my Father.
A Yeshu gubhaalugulilenje, “Kweli shimwiipilililanje malanga ga mboteko gumbinga pitila nne, ikabheje gani shatame kunkono nnilo eu nkono nshinda gwangu, nngabha gangu nne, ikabhe shibhapegwanje bhapanjilwenje na a Nnungu bhala.”
24 And when the ten heard it, their anger was aroused against the two brothers.
Bhaajiganywa likumi limo bhala bhakapilikananjeje genego, gubhaatumbalilenje ashaajabhonji bhabhili bhala.
25 But Jesus called them to him, and said: You know that the rulers of the Gentiles act as lords over them, and their great men have authority over them.
A Yeshu gubhaashemilenje, gubhaalugulilenje, “Mmumanyinji kuti bhaatagwala bha bhandu bhangabha Bhayaudi bhanakwaatagwalanga bhandu kwa mashili, na bhakulungwanji bhabhonji bhanakwabhonelanga nneyo peyo.
26 It shall not be so among you. But whoever will be great among you, let him be your minister.
Kwenu mmanganya inabhe nneyo, ikabhe mundu apinga kubha jwankulungwa, abhe ntumishi jwenunji,
27 And whoever will be first among you, let him be your servant;
na mundu apinga kubha jwantai munkumbi gwenunji abhe ntumwa jwenunji.
28 even as the Son of man came, not to be ministered to, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
Nneyo peyo, Mwana juka Mundu jwangaika kukamulilwa maengo, ikabheje kukamula liengo na shoya gumi gwakwe nkupinga kwaagombolanga bhandu bhabhagwinji.”
29 And as they went out from Jericho, a great multitude followed him.
A Yeshu na bhaajiganywa bhabho bhalishokangana ku Yeliko, lugwinjili lwa bhandu gulwaakagwile.
30 And behold, two blind men, sitting by the road, when they heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out, saying: Have mercy on us, Lord, son of David.
Bhai, bhashinkupagwanga ashinangalole bhabhili bhatemingenenje nnyenje mpanda, bhakapilikananjeje kuti a Yeshu bhapinga pita gwene mpandago, gubhautienje lilobhe, “Mmakulungwa, Bhaulongo gwa a Daudi, nntubhonele shiya!”
31 And the multitude charged them to be silent. But they cried the more, saying: Have mercy on us, Lord, son of David.
Lugwinjili lwa bhandu lula bhakwaakalipilangaga kupinga bhapumulanje. Ikabheje bhanganyabho gubhapundilenje kweya lilobhe, “Mmakulungwa, Bhaulongo gwa a Daudi, nntubhonele shiya!”
32 And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said: What do you wish me to do for you?
A Yeshu gubhajimi, gubhaashemilenje nikwabhuyanga, “Nkupinganga nintendelanje nndi?”
33 They said to him: Lord, that our eyes may be opened.
Gubhaajangwilenje, “Mmakulungwa, tunajuga tulole.”
34 Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes; and their eyes immediately received sight, and they followed him.
Bhai, a Yeshu gubhaabhonelenje shiya, gubhaakwashiyenje meyo gabhonji, na shangupe gubhalolilenje, nigubhaakagwilenje.
