Hebrews 3
1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the apostle and high priest of our confession, Christ Jesus,
Kwa nneyo mmaakulupalila ajangunji, mmandunji bha ukonjelo nshemilwenje, na a Nnungu, nibha bhandunji bhabho malinga uwe mwaaganishiyanje a Yeshu ni a Ntume na Bhakulungwa Bhaabhishila bhutukwaalunguya.
2 who is faithful to him that appointed him, as Moses also was faithful in all his house.
Bhashinkubha bhaakulupalika kwa a Nnungu bhaabhishile bhatende liengo lila, malinga a Musha shibhashite kulupalika nnyumba jowe ja a Nnungu.
3 For this man is counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who has builded the house, has more honor than the house.
A Yeshu bhanapinjikwa kuishimika kupunda a Musha, malinga nkushenga nyumba anaishimika kupunda nyumba jiyene.
4 For every house is builded by some one; but he that built all things is God.
Pabha kila nyumba pujishengwa naka mundu, ikabheje a Nnungu ni bhaashenga bhapengenye indu yowe.
5 And Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, to bear testimony to those things which were to be spoken afterward;
A Musha bhashinkukulupalika nnyumba jowe ja a Nnungu, bhalibheleketa ga indu ipinga kwiya lugulwa.
6 but Christ, as a Son over his own house; whose house we are, if we hold the confidence and the joy of our hope firm to the end.
Ikabheje a Kilishitu bhanakulupalika nnyumba ja a Nnungu malinga Mwana akwete ukulungwa. Uwe twaashayene ni nyumba jabho, tupundaga kola makangala na tama nkwaakulupalila a Kilishitu.
7 Wherefore, as the Holy Spirit says: To-day, if you will hear his voice,
Kwa nneyo, malinga shaabheleketa Mbumu jwa Ukonjelo, “Monaga lelo mpilikanangaga lilobhe lyangu,
8 harden not your hearts, as in the bitter provocation, in the day of trial in the wilderness,
nnanonopanje mitima jenunji, mbuti shibhatendilenje ashinakulu bhenunji pubhaakanilenje a Nnungu lyubha lya lingwa, kuanga kula.
9 where your fathers tried me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
Kwekula ashinakulu bhenunji bhashinkuninganga, Nkali bhaibhweninji itendi yangu yaka makumi nsheshe!
10 Where fore, I was angry with that generation, and said, They do always err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
Kwa lyene ligongolyo nashinkulutumbalila lwene lubhelekolo gunjite, ‘Mobha gowe bhanapuganyikanga, Bhakaakagulanga mipanda Jangu.’
11 so that I swore in my anger, They shall not enter into my rest.
Bhai, nkutumbala gunumbile, ‘Bhakajinjilanga pa shipumuli shangu.’”
12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in apostatizing from the living God.
Bhai ashaalongo ajangunji, mwiteiganje anapagwe munkumbi gwenunji jojowe jwa ntima gwangali gwa mmbone na ukaakulupalila, ukwaabhambala a Nnungu bhakwete gumi.
13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To-day, lest any of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
Ikabheje kutagana ntima mobha gowe, kila pwiikushemwa “Lelo”, nkupinga mundu jojowe munkumbi gwenunji anatembwe na yambi nibha jwa mitau.
14 For we are partakers of the Christ, if we hold our begun confidence firm to the end;
Pabha uwe tubhowe tunalundana na a Kilishitu ibhaga tubhikaga mmitima ngulupai jitukwete mpaka kumpelo.
15 while it is said, To-day, if you will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the bitter provocation.
Majandiko ga ukonjelo gakuti, “Monaga mpilikanangaga lilobhe lyabho lelo, Nnanonopanje mitima jenunji. Malinga shimwatendilenje mobha gumwaakanilenje a Nnungu.”
16 For some, when they had heard, did bitterly provoke; yet, not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
Igala ashigani bhapilikenenje lilobhe lya a Nnungu nikwaakana? Nngabha bhowe bhalongoywenje na a Musha kopoka ku Mishili?
17 But with whom was he angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness?
Na kabhili, ni ashigani bhaatumbeyenje a Nnungu yaka makumi nsheshe? Nngabha bhowe bhalebhilenje niwanganga nng'anga bhala?
18 But to whom did he swear that they should not enter into his rest, but to those who believed not?
Kabhili, ashigani bhubhalumbile kuti, “Bhakajinjilanga pa shipumuli shangu,” ikabhe bhalebhilenje bhala?
19 And so we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
Bhai, tubhwene kuti bhangajinjilanga pa shipumuli kwa ligongo lya ungakulupalila gwabhonji.
