< Psalms 90 >
1 A Prayer of Moses the man of God. Lord, thou hast been our dwelling-place In all generations.
MAIN, kom me kotin nekid pat jan eu kainok on eu.
2 Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
Mon nana kan o jappa, o aude pan jappa a wiauiada, Kot kotin mia, jan maj kokodo o pil kokolata joutuk, Main Kot.
3 Thou turnest man to destruction, And sayest, Return, ye children of men.
Kom kin kotin kapurelan pwel par aramaj akan o kotin mamajani: Puredo komail aramaj akan.
4 For a thousand years in thy sight Are but as yesterday when it is past, And as a watch in the night.
Pwe par kid dueta aio me jamalar mon jilan omui o rajon majamajan eu ni pon.
5 Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: In the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
Kom kin kotin kapwil irail wei, re rajon mair, dueata ra, me kin monedi madan.
6 In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; In the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
Me kin majel pajan ni manjan, a ni joutik a pan palepaledi o monedi.
7 For we are consumed in thine anger, And in thy wrath are we troubled.
Omui onion me je kin jojore kidi, o omui onion melel, me je kin mekila madan.
8 Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, Our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
Pwe kom kotin kajanjale on pein komui dip at akan, o dip at rir akan nan marain en jilan omui.
9 For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: We bring our years to an end as a sigh.
I me at ran akan karoj kin tan weiki omui onion, at par akan rajon kajoi pot.
10 The days of our years are threescore years and ten, Or even by reason of strength fourscore years; Yet is their pride but labor and sorrow; For it is soon gone, and we fly away.
Warain at mour me jaunpar ijeijok, a ma re toto, a pan waleijok, a ma me kajampwal, a pan apwal o dodok. Pwe a kin tan wei madan, dueta kit kin pir wei.
11 Who knoweth the power of thine anger, And thy wrath according to the fear that is due unto thee?
A ij me kak dedeki mana en omui onion, o ij me kin majak onion wet?
12 So teach us to number our days, That we may get us a heart of wisdom.
Kom kotin padaki on kit, me kit pan mela, pwe jen lolekonkila.
13 Return, O Jehovah; how long? And let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
Main Ieowa, kom kotin puron wukedoke don kit; arai da omui onion? Kom kotin maki on japwilim omui ladu kan!
14 Oh satisfy us in the morning with thy lovingkindness, That we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
Kom kotin kadire kin kit ala ar kalanan ni manjan, kit ap pan kapin o pereperen arain at maur.
15 Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, And the years wherein we have seen evil.
Kom kotin kaperen kit da murin at kalokoloker, o murin at kamekam warai.
16 Let thy work appear unto thy servants, And thy glory upon their children.
Kom kotin kajale on japwilim omui ladu kanomui wiawia kan o omui wau on na jeri kan.
17 And let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us; And establish thou the work of our hands upon us; Yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
