Psalms 69
1 For the Chief Musician; set to Shoshannim. [A Psalm] of David. Save me, O God; For the waters are come in unto my soul.
हे परमेश्वर, मलाई बचाउनुहोस् । किनकि पानीले मेरो जीवनलाई खतरामा पारेको छ ।
2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing: I am come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
म गहिरो दलदलमा डुबेको छु, जहाँ टेक्ने ठाउँ नै छैन । म गहिरो पानीमा आएको छु, जहाँ ममाथि बाढिहरू बग्छन् ।
3 I am weary with my crying; my throat is dried: Mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.
म आफ्नो चित्कारले थाकेको छु । मेरो घाँटी सुकेको छ । मेरो परमेश्वरमा आसा गर्दा मेरा आँखाहरू धमिला हुन्छन् ।
4 They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head: They that would cut me off, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: That which I took not away I have to restore.
विनाकारण मलाई घृणा गर्नेहरू मेरो शिरको कपालभन्दा धेरै छन् । मेरा शत्रुहरू बनेर गलत तर्कहरू गरी मलाई नाश गर्न खोज्नेहरू शक्तिशाली छन् । मैले जे चोरेको थिएन, सो मैले तिर्नुपर्छ ।
5 O God, thou knowest my foolishness; And my sins are not hid from thee.
हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंले मेरो मूर्खता जान्नुहुन्छ र मेरा पापहरू मबाट लुकेका छैनन् ।
6 Let not them that wait for thee be put to shame through me, O Lord Jehovah of hosts: Let not those that seek thee be brought to dishonor through me, O God of Israel.
हे सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभु, मेरो कारणले तपाईंमा आसा राख्नेहरू लज्जित नहोऊन् । हे इस्राएलको परमेश्वर, मेरो कारणले तपाईंलाई खोज्नेहरू अनादरमा नपरून् ।
7 Because for thy sake I have borne reproach; Shame hath covered my face.
तपाईंको खातिर मैले हप्की सहेको छु । मेरो मुहार लाजले ढाकेको छ ।
8 I am become a stranger unto my brethren, And an alien unto my mother’s children.
मेरा भाइहरूका निम्ति म बिरानो, मेरी आमाका सन्तानहरूका निम्ति विदेशी भएको छु ।
9 For the zeal of thy house hath eaten me up; And the reproaches of them that reproach thee are fallen upon me.
किनको तपाईंको मन्दिरको जोशले मलाई खाएको छ र तपाईंलाई हप्काउनेहरूका हप्कीहरू ममाथि परेको छ ।
10 When I wept, [and chastened] my soul with fasting, That was to my reproach.
जब म रोएँ र खाना खाइन, तब तिनीहरूले मेरो अपमान गरे ।
11 When I made sackcloth my clothing, I became a byword unto them.
जब मैले भाङ्ग्रालाई मेरो लुगा बनाए, तब म तिनीहरूको ठट्टाको पात्र बनें ।
12 They that sit in the gate talk of me; And [I am] the song of the drunkards.
सहरको ढोकामा बस्नेहरूले मेरो बारेमा कुरा गर्छन् । म जड्याँहाहरूका गीत भएको छु ।
13 But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O Jehovah, in an acceptable time: O God, in the abundance of thy lovingkindness, Answer me in the truth of thy salvation.
तर हे परमप्रभु, मेरो प्रर्थना तपाईंमा नै छ, कुनै समयमा तपाईंले स्वीकार गर्नुहुनेछ । तपाईंको उद्धारको विश्वस्ततामा मलाई जवाफ दिनुहोस् ।
14 Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: Let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
मलाई दलदलबाट नकाल्नुहोस् र मलाई डुब्न नदिनुहोस् । मलाई घृणा गर्नेहरूबाट मलाई टाढा लानुहोस् र गहिरो पानीबाट मलाई बचाउनुहोस् ।
15 Let not the waterflood overwhelm me, Neither let the deep swallow me up; And let not the pit shut its mouth upon me.
बढीको पानीले मलाई व्याकुल पार्न नदिनुहोस्, न त सागरले मलाई निल्न दिनुहोस् । खाडलले ममाथि आफ्नो मुख बन्द नगरोस् ।
16 Answer me, O Jehovah; for thy lovingkindness is good: According to the multitude of thy tender mercies turn thou unto me.
हे परमप्रभु, मलाई जवाफ दिनुहोस्, किनकि तपाईंको करारको विश्वस्तता असल छ । मेरो निम्ति तपाईंका कृपाहरू धेरै भएको हुनाले, मतिर फर्कनुहोस् ।
17 And hide not thy face from thy servant; For I am in distress; answer me speedily.
आफ्नो दासबाट आफ्नो मुहार नलुकाउनुहोस्, किनकि म संकष्टमा छु । मलाई चाँडै जवाफ दिनुहोस् ।
18 Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it: Ransom me because of mine enemies.
मकहाँ आउनुहोस् र मलाई उद्धार गर्नुहोस् । मेरा शत्रुहरूका कारणले मोल तिरेर मेरो उद्धार गर्नुहोस् ।
19 Thou knowest my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonor: Mine adversaries are all before thee.
मेरो हप्की, मेरो लाज र मेरो अपमान तपाईंलाई थाहा छ । मेरा वैरीहरू सबै मेरै सामु छन् ।
20 Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: And I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; And for comforters, but I found none.
हप्कीले मेरो हृदय तोडिएको छ । म गह्रौं बोझले दबिएको छु । कोही दया गर्ने मानिस मैले खोजें, तर कोही थिएन । मैले सान्त्वना दिनेहरू खोजें, तर मैले कोही भेटिनँ ।
21 They gave me also gall for my food; And in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
खानलाई तिनीहरूले मलाई विष दिए । म तिर्खाउँदा तिनीहरूले पिउनलाई सिर्का दिए ।
22 Let their table before them become a snare; And when they are in peace, [let it become] a trap.
तिनीहरूको निम्ति राखिएको भोजन तिनीहरूको निम्ति पासो बनोस् । तिनीहरू सुरक्षित छन् भनी तिनीहरूले विचार गर्दा, त्यो नै पासो बनोस् ।
23 Let their eyes be darkened, so that they cannot see; And make their loins continually to shake.
तिनीहरूका आँखाहरू धमिला होऊन्, ताकि तिनीहरूले देख्न नसकून् । अनि तिनीहरूका कम्मर सधैं दुर्बल बनाउनुहोस् ।
24 Pour out thine indignation upon them, And let the fierceness of thine anger overtake them.
तिनीहरूमाथि आफ्नो क्रोध खन्याउनुहोस् र तपाईंको रिसको उग्रताले तिनीहरूलाई व्याकुल बनाओस् ।
25 Let their habitation be desolate; Let none dwell in their tents.
तिनीहरूको ठाउँ उजाड होस् । तिनीहरूको पालमा कोही नबसोस् ।
26 For they persecute him whom thou hast smitten; And they tell of the sorrow of those whom thou hast wounded.
किनकि तपाईंले प्रहार गर्नुभएको व्यक्तिलाई तिनीहरूले सताए । तपाईंले घाइते बनाउनुभएकाहरूका पीडा विवरण तिनीहरूले दोहोर्याए ।
27 Add iniquity unto their iniquity; And let them not come into thy righteousness.
अधर्ममाथि अधर्म गरेको दोष तिनीहरूलाई लगाउनुहोस् । तिनीहरू तपाईंको धार्मिक विजयमा आउन नसकून् ।
28 Let them be blotted out of the book of life, And not be written with the righteous.
तिनीहरूलाई जीवनको पुस्तकबाट हटाइयोस् र धर्मीहरूसँगै नलेखियोस् ।
29 But I am poor and sorrowful: Let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.
तर म गरीब र दुःखी छु । हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंको उद्धारले मलाई उच्च स्थानमा बसालोस् ।
30 I will praise the name of God with a song, And will magnify him with thanksgiving.
गीत गाउँदै म परमश्वरको नाउँको प्रशंसा गर्नेछु र धन्यवादको साथ उहाँलाई उच्च पार्नेछु ।
31 And it will please Jehovah better than an ox, [Or] a bullock that hath horns and hoofs.
सिङ्हरू र खुरहरू भएका गोरु वा साँढेले भन्दा धेरै त्यसले परमप्रभु खुसी पार्नेछ ।
32 The meek have seen it, and are glad: Ye that seek after God, let your heart live.
नम्रहरूले यो देखेका छन् र खुसी भएका छन् । परमेश्वरको खोजी गर्नेहरूको हृदय जीवित रहोस् ।
33 For Jehovah heareth the needy, And despiseth not his prisoners.
किनकि परमप्रभुले दरिद्रको पुकारा सुनुहुन्छ र आफ्ना कैदीहरूलाई घृणा गर्नुहुन्न ।
34 Let heaven and earth praise him, The seas, and everything that moveth therein.
स्वर्ग र पृथ्वी, समुद्र र त्यसमा हलचल गर्ने हरेक थोकले उहाँको प्रशंसा गरून् ।
35 For God will save Zion, and build the cities of Judah; And they shall abide there, and have it in possession.
किनभने परमेश्वरले सियोनलाई बचाउनुहुनेछ र यहूदाका सहरहरू पुनःनिर्माण गर्नुहुनेछ । मानिसहरू त्यहाँ बसोवास गर्नेछन् र यसलाई सम्पत्तिको रूपमा लिनेछन् ।
36 The seed also of his servants shall inherit it; And they that love his name shall dwell therein.
उहाँका सेवकहरूका सन्तानहरूले यसको उत्तराधिकार प्राप्त गर्नेछन् । अनि उहाँको नाउँलाई प्रेम गर्नेहरू त्यहाँ बस्नेछन् ।
