Psalms 18
1 For the Chief Musician. [A Psalm] of David the servant of Jehovah, who spake unto Jehovah the words of this song in the day that Jehovah delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul: and he said, I love thee, O Jehovah, my strength.
১হে যিহোৱা, তুমিয়েই মোৰ বল; মই তোমাক অতি প্ৰীতি কৰোঁ।
2 Jehovah is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; My God, my rock, in whom I will take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.
২যিহোৱাই মোৰ শিলা, মোৰ আশ্রয়ৰ কোঁঠ আৰু মোৰ উদ্ধাৰকর্তা; তেওঁ মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ, মোৰ দুৰ্গ, মই তেওঁতে আশ্ৰয় লৈছোঁ; তেওঁ মোৰ ঢাল, মোৰ ত্ৰাণৰ শিং, মোৰ উচ্চ আশ্রয়স্থান।
3 I will call upon Jehovah, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from mine enemies.
৩যিহোৱা প্রশংসাৰ যোগ্য; মই তেওঁৰ আগত প্ৰাৰ্থনা কৰোঁ; তাতে মোৰ শত্রুবোৰৰ হাতৰ পৰা মই উদ্ধাৰ পাওঁ।
4 The cords of death compassed me, And the floods of ungodliness made me afraid.
৪মৃত্যু-জৰীত মই বান্ধ খাই পৰিছিলোঁ, পৰকালৰ ধ্বংসৰ স্রোতত মই জর্জৰিত হৈছিলো।
৫চিয়োলৰ জৰীয়ে মোক মেৰাই ধৰিছিল, মোৰ বাবে মৃত্যুৰ ফান্দ পতা হৈছিল। (Sheol h7585)
6 In my distress I called upon Jehovah, And cried unto my God: He heard my voice out of his temple, And my cry before him came into his ears.
৬সঙ্কটৰ কালত মই যিহোৱাক মাতিলো, সহায় বিচাৰি মোৰ ঈশ্বৰৰ ওচৰত কাতৰোক্তি জনালোঁঁ; তেওঁ নিজ মন্দিৰৰ পৰা মোৰ মাত শুনিলে, মোৰ কাতৰোক্তি তেওঁৰ ওচৰলৈ গ’ল আৰু তেওঁৰ কাণত পৰিল।
7 Then the earth shook and trembled; The foundations also of the mountains quaked And were shaken, because he was wroth.
৭তেতিয়া পৃথিৱী কঁপি উঠিল, জোকাৰ খাবলৈ ধৰিলে; পর্বতৰ ভিত্তিমূলবোৰ জোকাৰণিত কঁপি উঠিল; কিয়নো তেওঁৰ ক্ৰোধত সেইবোৰ কঁপি উঠিল।
8 There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, And fire out of his mouth devoured: Coals were kindled by it.
৮তেওঁৰ নাকৰ পৰা ধোঁৱা ওলাই ওপৰলৈ উঠিল, তেওঁৰ মুখৰ পৰা গ্ৰাসকাৰী জুই ওলাই আহিল; তেওঁৰ মুখৰ জুইৰ পৰা আঙঠা ওলাই জ্বলি থাকিল।
9 He bowed the heavens also, and came down; And thick darkness was under his feet.
৯তেতিয়া তেওঁ আকাশমণ্ডল মুকলি কৰি তললৈ নামি আহিল; তেওঁৰ ভৰিৰ তলত আছিল ঘন ক’লা মেঘ।
10 And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly; Yea, he soared upon the wings of the wind.
১০তেওঁ কৰূবত উঠি উড়ি আহিল, বায়ুৰূপ ডেউকাত উঠি শীঘ্ৰে উৰি আহিল।
11 He made darkness his hiding-place, his pavilion round about him, Darkness of waters, thick clouds of the skies.
১১তেওঁ অন্ধকাৰেৰে নিজকে চাৰিওফালে ঢাকি ৰাখিলে; চাৰিওফালে থকা আকাশৰ ঘন ক’লা বৰষুণৰ মেঘবোৰক তেওঁ তম্বুৰূপে স্থাপন কৰিলে।
12 At the brightness before him his thick clouds passed, Hailstones and coals of fire.
১২তেওঁৰ সন্মুখৰ দীপ্তিময় উপস্থিতিৰ পৰা ক’লা মেঘবোৰ ভেদ কৰি, শিলাবৃষ্টি আৰু জ্বলি থকা আঙঠা পৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে।
13 Jehovah also thundered in the heavens, And the Most High uttered his voice, Hailstones and coals of fire.
১৩যিহোৱাই নিজেও আকাশত গৰ্জ্জন কৰিলে; সৰ্ব্বোপৰি জনাৰ মাত শুনা গ’ল।
14 And he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; Yea, lightnings manifold, and discomfited them.
১৪তেওঁ কাঁড় মাৰি শত্রুবোৰক থানবান কৰিলে, আৰু বজ্ৰ বর্ষণৰ দ্বাৰা তেওঁলোকক ব্যাকুল কৰিলে।
15 Then the channels of waters appeared, And the foundations of the world were laid bare, At thy rebuke, O Jehovah, At the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.
১৫হে যিহোৱা, তোমাৰ ধমক আৰু তোমাৰ নাকৰ নিশ্বাসৰ প্রভাৱত সাগৰৰ তলি দেখা গ’ল; পৃথিবীৰ মূলবোৰ অনাবৃত হ’ল।
16 He sent from on high, he took me; He drew me out of many waters.
১৬তেওঁ ওপৰৰ পৰা হাত আগবঢ়াই মোক ধৰিলে, মহাজল সমূহৰ পৰা মোক তুলি আনিলে।
17 He delivered me from my strong enemy, And from them that hated me; for they were too mighty for me.
১৭মোৰ শক্তিশালী শত্রুবোৰৰ পৰা তেওঁ মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলে, যি সকলে মোক ঘৃণা কৰে, তেওঁলোকৰ হাতৰ পৰাও মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলে; তেওঁলোক মোতকৈ অতিশয় শক্তিশালী আছিল।
18 They came upon me in the day of my calamity; But Jehovah was my stay.
১৮বিপদৰ কালত তেওঁলোকে মোক আক্ৰমণ কৰিছিল, কিন্তু যিহোৱাই মোক ধৰি ৰাখিলে।
19 He brought me forth also into a large place; He delivered me, because he delighted in me.
১৯তেওঁ মোক এক বহল ঠাইলৈ উলিয়াই আনিলে; তেওঁ মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলে, কাৰণ তেওঁ মোৰ ওপৰত সন্তুষ্ট আছিল।
20 Jehovah hath rewarded me according to my righteousness; According to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.
২০যিহোৱাই মোৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা অনুসাৰে মোক পুৰস্কাৰ দিলে, মোৰ হাতৰ শুদ্ধ কার্য অনুসাৰে মোক ফল দিলে।
21 For I have kept the ways of Jehovah, And have not wickedly departed from my God.
২১কিয়নো মই যিহোৱাৰ পথতে চলিলোঁ, কুকৰ্ম কৰি মই মোৰ ঈশ্বৰক নেৰিলো।
22 For all his ordinances were before me, And I put not away his statutes from me.
২২তেওঁৰ সকলো ব্যৱস্থা মোৰ সন্মুখত আছে, মই তেওঁৰ বিধিবোৰ মোৰ পৰা দুৰ কৰা নাই।
23 I was also perfect with him, And I kept myself from mine iniquity.
২৩তেওঁৰ দৃষ্টিত মই সিদ্ধ আছিলোঁ, পাপ-অপৰাধৰ পৰা মই নিজকে আঁতৰাই ৰাখিলোঁ।
24 Therefore hath Jehovah recompensed me according to my righteousness, According to the cleanness of my hands in his eyesight.
২৪এই কাৰণে যিহোৱাই মোৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা অনুসাৰে, তেওঁৰ দৃষ্টিত মোৰ হাতৰ শুচি কার্য অনুসাৰে মোক পুৰস্কাৰ দিলে।
25 With the merciful thou wilt show thyself merciful; With the perfect man thou wilt show thyself perfect;
২৫হে যিহোৱা তুমি বিশ্বস্তজনৰ সৈতে বিশ্বস্ত ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা; নির্দোষীজনৰ সৈতে নির্দোষ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা।
26 With the pure thou wilt show thyself pure; And with the perverse thou wilt show thyself froward.
২৬তুমি শুচি লোকৰ সৈতে শুচি ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা, কুটিল লোকলৈ নিষ্ঠুৰ ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা।
27 For thou wilt save the afflicted people; But the haughty eyes thou wilt bring down.
২৭কাৰণ তুমি দুখীসকলক ৰক্ষা কৰা, কিন্তু গৰ্ব্বী চকুক তললৈ নমাই আনা।
28 For thou wilt light my lamp: Jehovah my God will lighten my darkness.
২৮কিয়নো মোৰ জীৱন-প্ৰদীপ তুমিয়েই জ্বলাই ৰাখা; হে মোৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱা, মোৰ অন্ধকাৰক পোহৰ কৰি দিয়া।
29 For by thee I run upon a troop; And by my God do I leap over a wall.
২৯তোমাৰ সহায়তে মই সৈন্যদলৰ ওপৰত জপিয়াই পৰিব পাৰোঁ, মোৰ ঈশ্বৰৰ সহায়ত মই জাঁপ মাৰি নগৰৰ গড় পাৰ হ’ব পাৰোঁ।
30 As for God, his way is perfect: The word of Jehovah is tried; He is a shield unto all them that take refuge in him.
৩০ঈশ্বৰৰ পথ হলে সিদ্ধ; যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য নিভাজ বুলি প্রমাণিত; তেওঁ তেওঁত আশ্ৰয় লোৱা লোকসকলৰ ঢাল।
31 For who is God, save Jehovah? And who is a rock, besides our God,
৩১যিহোৱাৰ বাহিৰে কোন ঈশ্বৰ আছে? আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰৰ বাহিৰে কোন আশ্রয় শিলা আছে?
32 The God that girdeth me with strength, And maketh my way perfect?
৩২ঈশ্বৰে শক্তিৰে সৈতে মোৰ কঁকালত টঙালি বান্ধে; তেওঁ মোৰ পথ নিঃষ্কন্টক কৰে।
33 He maketh my feet like hinds’ [feet]: And setteth me upon my high places.
৩৩মোৰ ভৰি হৰিণীৰ ঠেঙৰ সদৃশ বেগী কৰে; ওখ ওখ ঠাইত তেওঁ মোক নিৰাপদে ৰাখে।
34 He teacheth my hands to war; So that mine arms do bend a bow of brass.
৩৪তেওঁ মোৰ হাতক ৰণ কৰিবলৈ শিকায়; তাতে মোৰ বাহুৱে পিতলৰ ধনুকো ভিৰাব পাৰে।
35 Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation; And thy right hand hath holden me up, And thy gentleness hath made me great.
৩৫তুমি তোমাৰ পৰিত্ৰাণৰ ঢাল মোক দিলা; তোমাৰ সোঁহাতে মোক ধৰি ৰাখিছে; তোমাৰ সাহাৰ্যৰ কোমলতাই মোক মহান কৰিছে।
36 Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, And my feet have not slipped.
৩৬তুমি মোৰ ভৰিৰ তলৰ ঠাই বহল কৰিলা; তাতে মোৰ ভৰি পিছলি নগল।
37 I will pursue mine enemies, and overtake them; Neither will I turn again till they are consumed.
৩৭মোৰ শত্রুবোৰৰ পাছত খেদি গৈ মই তেওঁলোকক ধৰিলোঁ; তেওঁলোক বিনষ্ট নোহোৱা পর্যন্ত মই উলটি নাহিলোঁ।
38 I will smite them through, so that they shall not be able to rise: They shall fall under my feet.
৩৮মই তেওঁলোকক এনেকৈ আঘাত কৰিলোঁ, যাতে তেওঁলোক পুনৰ উঠিব নোৱাৰে। তেওঁলোক মোৰ ভৰিৰ তলত পতিত হ’ল।
39 For thou hast girded me with strength unto the battle: Thou hast subdued under me those that rose up against me.
৩৯তুমিয়েই মোৰ কঁকালত যুদ্ধ কৰিবলৈ বলৰূপ কটি-বন্ধন দিলা; তুমি মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠাবোৰক মোৰ তলতীয়া কৰিলা।
40 Thou hast also made mine enemies turn their backs unto me, That I might cut off them that hate me.
৪০তুমি মোৰ শত্রুবোৰক মোৰ পৰা পিঠি দি পলাবলৈ দিলা; যিসকলে মোক ঘিণ কৰিছিল, মই তেওঁলোকক সংহাৰ কৰিলোঁ।
41 They cried, but there was none to save; Even unto Jehovah, but he answered them not.
৪১তেওঁলোকে সহায়ৰ বাবে কাতৰোক্তি কৰিলে, কিন্তু তেওঁলোকক ৰক্ষা কৰিবলৈ কোনো নাছিল; তেওঁলোকে যিহোৱাৰ আগত চিঞৰিলে, কিন্তু তেওঁ উত্তৰ নিদিলে।
42 Then did I beat them small as the dust before the wind; I did cast them out as the mire of the streets.
৪২মই তেওঁলোকক গুড়ি কৰি মাৰিলোঁ, বতাহত উড়ি যোৱা ধুলিৰ নিচিনা কৰিলোঁ। বাটৰ বোকামাটিৰ দৰে তেওঁলোকক পেলাই দিলোঁ।
43 Thou hast delivered me from the strivings of the people; Thou hast made me the head of the nations: A people whom I have not known shall serve me.
৪৩লোকসকলৰ বিদ্রোহৰ পৰা তুমি মোক ৰক্ষা কৰিলা; তুমি মোক আন জাতিবোৰৰ অধিপতি পাতিলা। মই যিসকলক চিনি নাপাওঁ, তেওঁলোকো মোৰ অধীন হ’ল।
44 As soon as they hear of me they shall obey me; The foreigners shall submit themselves unto me.
৪৪মোৰ কথা শুনা মাত্ৰকে তেওঁলোকে মোৰ বশ্যতা স্বীকাৰ কৰিলে; বিৰোধী মনোভাৱ লৈ বিদেশীসকলো মোৰ বশীভুত হল।
45 The foreigners shall fade away, And shall come trembling out of their close places.
৪৫বিদেশীসকল নিৰাশ হ’ল; তেওঁলোকে কঁপি কঁপি দুৰ্গৰ পৰা ওলাই আহিল।
46 Jehovah liveth; and blessed be my rock; And exalted be the God of my salvation,
৪৬যিহোৱা জীৱিত! মোৰ আশ্রয়-শিলাৰ প্রশংসা হওঁক, মোৰ পৰিত্ৰাণৰ ঈশ্বৰ গৌৰৱান্বিত হওঁক।
47 Even the God that executeth vengeance for me, And subdueth peoples under me.
৪৭তেৱেঁই আন জাতিবোৰক মোৰ অধীন কৰি বশীভুত কৰিলে, তেওঁ মোৰ পক্ষ হৈ তেওঁলোকে পাবলগীয়া প্ৰতিকাৰ সাধিলে।
48 He rescueth me from mine enemies; Yea, thou liftest me up above them that rise up against me; Thou deliverest me from the violent man.
৪৮মই মোৰ শত্রুবোৰৰ হাতৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা পালোঁ! অৱশ্যেই, মোৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠাবোৰৰ ওপৰত তুমি মোক তুলি ধৰিলা! উপদ্ৰৱকাৰী লোকৰ পৰাও তুমি মোক উদ্ধাৰ কৰিলা।
49 Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah, among the nations, And will sing praises unto thy name.
৪৯হে যিহোৱা, সেয়ে আন জাতিবোৰৰ মাজত মই তোমাৰ ধন্যবাদ কৰিম, তোমাৰ নামৰ উদ্দেশ্যে প্ৰশংসাৰ গান কৰিম।
50 Great deliverance giveth he to his king, And showeth lovingkindness to his anointed, To David and to his seed, for evermore.
৫০যিহোৱাই নিজে স্থাপন কৰা ৰজাক মহাজয় দান কৰে; নিজৰ অভিষিক্তজনৰ প্রতি, দায়ুদ আৰু তেওঁৰ বংশধৰসকললৈ, তেওঁ চিৰকাললৈকে তেওঁৰ অসীম প্রেম দেখুৱায়।
