< Psalms 74 >

1 A contemplation by Asaph. God, why have you rejected us forever? Why does your anger smolder against the sheep of your pasture?
MAING Kot, da me kom kotin kase kin kit ala, o da me re ongiongiki sapwilim omui sip akan?
2 Remember your congregation, which you purchased of old, which you have redeemed to be the tribe of your inheritance: Mount Zion, in which you have lived.
Kom kotin kupura sapwilim omui momodisou, me kom kotin pwaindar mas o, o me komui dorelar, pwen wiala sapwilim omui, kotin kupura dol Sion, wasa me kom kotikot ia.
3 Lift up your feet to the perpetual ruins, all the evil that the enemy has done in the sanctuary.
Kom koti dong wasa me liseliping ansau warai; imwintiti me kawelar meakaros nan im saraui.
4 Your adversaries have roared in the middle of your assembly. They have set up their standards as signs.
Me palian komui, kin weriwer nan tanpas omui o pwilikidi arail dikedik en ani mal akan lole.
5 They behaved like men wielding axes, cutting through a thicket of trees.
Irail pwaradar dueta ir, me wia palapal nan wel.
6 Now they break all its carved work down with hatchet and hammers.
Re kin kawela did kaselel akan ki sile laud o tikitik.
7 They have burned your sanctuary to the ground. They have profaned the dwelling place of your Name.
Irail karongala tanpas omui; irail kasaminela o tiakedi wasa me mar omui kotikot ia.
8 They said in their heart, “We will crush them completely.” They have burned up all the places in the land where God was worshiped.
Irail kin inda nan mongiong arail: Na, kitail pan kawela! Irail karongalar wasan kaudok karos nan sap o.
9 We see no miraculous signs. There is no longer any prophet, neither is there among us anyone who knows how long.
Solar manaman akai sansal ong kitail, o solar saukop amen mia, o sota amen re atail me pan asa imwilan mepukat.
10 How long, God, shall the adversary reproach? Shall the enemy blaspheme your name forever?
O Maing Kot, arai da me morsued o pan lalaue, o imwintiti o pan mamaleki mar omui?
11 Why do you draw back your hand, even your right hand? Take it from your chest and consume them!
Da me komui kotiki wei sang lim omui? Kotikida pali maun omui o kaimwisokala.
12 Yet God is my King of old, working salvation throughout the earth.
Pwe Kot ai Nanmarki sang mas o. I me sauas pan meakaros, me kin wiaui nin sappa.
13 You divided the sea by your strength. You broke the heads of the sea monsters in the waters.
Kom kotin kamueit pasanger madau ki omui manaman, o kom kotin kawelar mongan drake nan pil.
14 You broke the heads of Leviathan in pieces. You gave him as food to people and desert creatures.
Kom kotin kawelar mongan walros, ap kotiki ong aramas nan sap tan, pwen kangala.
15 You opened up spring and stream. You dried up mighty rivers.
Komui kotin kapwaredar parer o pilap akan, o pilap kalaimun akan me kom kotin kangalangaladi.
16 The day is yours, the night is also yours. You have prepared the light and the sun.
Ran o pong me sapwilim omui; komui kotin wiadar saunipong o katipin.
17 You have set all the boundaries of the earth. You have made summer and winter.
Komui wiadar irair en sap akan; komui me kin wia ansaun karakar o kapou.
18 Remember this, that the enemy has mocked you, LORD. Foolish people have blasphemed your name.
Kom kotin kupura mepukat: Imwintiti o lalaue komui Maing, o aramas pweipwei kan mamaleki mar omui.
19 Do not deliver the soul of your dove to wild beasts. Do not forget the life of your poor forever.
Kom der kotiki ong man laualo ngen en sapwilim omui muroi, o kom der likidmaliela pwin en sapwilim omui luet akan.
20 Honor your covenant, for haunts of violence fill the dark places of the earth.
Kom kotin tamanda inau o, pwe sap olar wasa karos o im akan pual pasanger.
21 Do not let the oppressed return ashamed. Let the poor and needy praise your name.
Re der kotin mueid ong me luet o, en namenok purela, me samama o luet akan en kapinga mar omui.
22 Arise, God! Plead your own cause. Remember how the foolish man mocks you all day.
Maing Kot, kom kotida o kotin kaimwisokala sapwilim omui dodok; kom kotin tamanda kankaurur, me kin wiaui ong komui sang ren me pweipwei kan.
23 Do not forget the voice of your adversaries. The tumult of those who rise up against you ascends continually.
Kom kotin der maliela weriwer en sapwilim omui imwintiti, morongorong en me palian komui kan, me kin lalaudalar ansau karos.
