< Psalms 41 >

1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David. Blessed is he who considers the poor. The LORD will deliver him in the day of evil.
Nzembo ya Davidi. Wuta na buku ya mokambi ya bayembi. Esengo na moto oyo akanisaka mobola! Yawe akokangola ye na tango ya pasi.
2 The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive. He shall be blessed on the earth, and he will not surrender him to the will of his enemies.
Yawe akokengela ye mpe akobatela bomoi na ye, akokomisa ye moto ya esengo kati na mokili mpe akokaba ye te na maboko ya banguna na ye.
3 The LORD will sustain him on his sickbed, and restore him from his bed of illness.
Yawe akosunga ye na mbeto na ye soki abeli mpe akobikisa ye na bokono na ye nyonso.
4 I said, “LORD, have mercy on me! Heal me, for I have sinned against you.”
Nalobaki: « Oh Yawe, yokela ngai mawa; bikisa ngai na bokono, pamba te nasalaki masumu epai na Yo. »
5 My enemies speak evil against me: “When will he die, and his name perish?”
Banguna na ngai balobaka mabe na tina na ngai: « Akokufa mokolo nini mpo ete kombo na ye etangama lisusu te? »
6 If he comes to see me, he speaks falsehood. His heart gathers iniquity to itself. When he goes abroad, he tells it.
Kati na bango, moto nyonso oyo ayaka kotala ngai alobaka kaka lokuta mpo na kobebisa lokumu na ngai, akangisaka kati na ye makambo ya lokuta mpe, soki kaka abimi libanda, apanzaka yango na matongi.
7 All who hate me whisper together against me. They imagine the worst for me.
Banguna na ngai basanganaka kaka mpo na kotonga ngai mpe kokanisa mpo na libebi na ngai.
8 “An evil disease”, they say, “has afflicted him. Now that he lies he shall rise up no more.”
Balobaka: « Pasi moko ya somo penza ekangi ye, ebwaki ye na mbeto mpe azali kokoka lisusu kotelema te. »
9 Yes, my own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, who ate bread with me, has lifted up his heel against me.
Ezala molingami na ngai ya kimia, oyo nazalaki kotiela motema mpe azalaki kolia sani moko elongo na ngai, abalukeli ngai.
10 But you, LORD, have mercy on me, and raise me up, that I may repay them.
Kasi Yo, Yawe, yokela ngai mawa mpe telemisa ngai mpo ete nazongisela bango mabe na mabe.
11 By this I know that you delight in me, because my enemy does not triumph over me.
Nakoyeba ete osepelaka na ngai soki kaka monguna na ngai agangi te na tina na ngai.
12 As for me, you uphold me in my integrity, and set me in your presence forever.
Mpo ete nazangi pamela, okosunga ngai mpe okovandisa ngai na makolo na Yo mpo na libela.
13 Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting and to everlasting! Amen and amen.
Tika ete Yawe, Nzambe ya Isalaele, akumisama libela na libela!
