Psalms 33
1 Rejoice in the LORD, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright.
၁အို သူတော်ကောင်းအပေါင်းတို့၊သင်တို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်ပြုတော်မူသောအမှုတော်အတွက် ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာကြွေးကြော်ကြလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်၏စကားကိုနားထောင်သူအပေါင်းတို့၊ ကိုယ်တော်အားထောမနာပြုကြလော့။
2 Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.
၂စောင်းတီး၍ဘုရားသခင်၏ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြလော့။ ကြိုးဆယ်ပင်ရှိသောတူရိယာဖြင့်ရှေ့တော်၌ သီချင်းဆိုကြလော့။
3 Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy!
၃ရှေ့တော်၌သီချင်းသစ်ကိုဆိုကြလော့။ သာယာစွာစောင်းကိုတီးကြလော့။ ဝမ်းမြောက်စွာကြွေးကြော်ကြလော့။
4 For the LORD’s word is right. All his work is done in faithfulness.
၄ထာဝရဘုရား၏နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည်မှန်ကန် ပေ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ပြုတော်မူရာအမှုအရာတို့သည်လည်း သစ္စာတရားနှင့်ကိုက်ညီ၏။
5 He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of the LORD.
၅ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ဖြောင့်မတ်မှန်ကန်မှုကို နှစ်သက်တော်မူ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်သည် ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးကိုဖုံးလွှမ်းလျက်ရှိ၏။
6 By the LORD’s word, the heavens were made: all their army by the breath of his mouth.
၆ထာဝရဘုရားသည်အမိန့်တော်ဖြင့် မိုးကောင်းကင်ကိုလည်းကောင်း၊ နှုတ်တော်ထွက်စကားအားဖြင့် နေ၊လ၊ကြယ်တာယာများကိုလည်းကောင်း ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ၏။
7 He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in storehouses.
၇ပင်လယ်ရှိသမျှတို့ကိုတစ်နေရာတည်းတွင် စုဝေးစေတော်မူ၏။ နက်ရှိုင်းသောသမုဒ္ဒရာရေများကို သိုလှောင်ခန်းများတွင်သိမ်းဆည်းထားတော် မူ၏။
8 Let all the earth fear the LORD. Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
၈ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးသားအပေါင်းတို့၊ထာဝရ ဘုရားအား ရိုသေကိုင်းရှိုင်းကြလော့။ ကမ္ဘာပေါ်ရှိလူအပေါင်းတို့၊ကိုယ်တော်အား ကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေကြလော့။
9 For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.
၉ကိုယ်တော်မြွက်ဆိုတော်မူသောအခါ ကမ္ဘာလောကသည်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူသောအခါခပ်သိမ်းသော အရာတို့သည်ပေါ်ပေါက်လာကြ၏။
10 The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.
၁၀ထာဝရဘုရားသည်လူမျိုးတကာတို့၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များကိုပျက်ပြားစေတော်မူ၏။ သူတို့၏အကြံအစည်များကိုလည်း အထမမြောက်စေရန်ဆီးတားတော်မူ၏။
11 The counsel of the LORD stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
၁၁သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်၏အကြံအစည်တော်တို့ မူကား အဘယ်ကာလ၌မျှပျက်ပြားလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ရည်မှန်းချက်တို့သည်ထာဝစဉ် အောင်မြင်သတည်း။
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
၁၂ထာဝရဘုရားအားဘုရားအဖြစ်နှင့်ကိုးကွယ် သော လူမျိုးသည်မင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်၏လူစုတော်အဖြစ်ဖြင့် ရွေးချယ်တော်မူခြင်းကိုခံရသောလူတို့သည် မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။
13 The LORD looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men.
၁၃ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ကောင်းကင်ဘုံမှ ငုံ့၍ကြည့်တော်မူရာ၊ လူသားအပေါင်းကိုမြင်တော်မူ၏။
14 From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,
၁၄ကိုယ်တော်သည်မိမိစိုးစံတော်မူရာအရပ် မှငုံ့၍ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးပေါ်ရှိသတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့ကို ကြည့်တော်မူ၏။
15 he who fashions all of their hearts; and he considers all of their works.
၁၅ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့၏စိတ်နှလုံးများကို ဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူသောအရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသဖြင့် သူတို့ကြံစည်ပြုကျင့်သမျှသော အမှုအရာများကိုသိတော်မူ၏။
16 There is no king saved by the multitude of an army. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
၁၆ရှင်ဘုရင်မည်သည်မှာမိမိ၏ကြီးမားသော စစ်သည်အလုံးအရင်းကြောင့်စစ်ပွဲတွင် အနိုင်ရသည်မဟုတ်။ စစ်သားသည်လည်းမိမိ၏ခွန်အားဗလကြောင့် အနိုင်ရသည်မဟုတ်။
17 A horse is a vain thing for safety, neither does he deliver any by his great power.
၁၇စစ်မြင်းတို့သည်အောင်ပွဲရမှုအတွက်အသုံးမဝင်။ သူတို့၏ကြီးမားသောခွန်အားကမကယ်နိုင်။
18 Behold, the LORD’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness,
၁၈ဘုရားသခင်သည်မိမိအားကြောက်ရွံ့ ရိုသေသော၊ ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်ကိုကိုးစားသောသူ များအား ကြည့်ရှုစောင့်ထိန်းတော်မူ၏။
19 to deliver their soul from death, to keep them alive in famine.
၁၉ကိုယ်တော်သည်ထိုသူတို့အားသေဘေးမှ ကယ်တော်မူ၏။ အစာငတ်မွတ်ခေါင်းပါးရာကာလများ၌ သူတို့အားအသက်ရှင်နိုင်ခွင့်ကိုပေးတော် မူ၏။
20 Our soul has waited for the LORD. He is our help and our shield.
၂၀ငါတို့သည်ထာဝရဘုရားကိုစောင့်မျှော်ကြ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်သည်ငါတို့အားကူမတော်မူ၍ ကွယ်ကာစောင့်ရှောက်တော်မူ၏။
21 For our heart rejoices in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
၂၁ငါတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကြောင့်ရွှင်လန်း ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြရ၏။ ငါတို့သည်သန့်ရှင်းမြင့်မြတ်တော်မူသော နာမတော်ကိုကိုးစားကြ၏။
22 Let your loving kindness be on us, LORD, since we have hoped in you.
၂၂အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့ စောင့်မျှော်သည်ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာ တော်ကို ခံစားစေတော်မူပါ။
