Psalms 25
1 By David. To you, LORD, I lift up my soul.
১দায়ূদের একটি গীত। সদাপ্রভুু, তোমারই দিকে আমি আমার প্রাণ তুলে ধরি!
2 My God, I have trusted in you. Do not let me be shamed. Do not let my enemies triumph over me.
২আমার ঈশ্বর, আমি তোমাকে বিশ্বাস করি। আমাকে হতাশ হতে দিয়ো না; আমার শত্রুদের আমার উপর জয়ী হতে দিয়ো না।
3 Yes, no one who waits for you will be shamed. They will be shamed who deal treacherously without cause.
৩তোমার মধ্যে যারা আশা করে তারা কেউই লজ্জিত হবে না, কিন্তু যারা অকারণে বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করে তারাই লজ্জিত হবে!
4 Show me your ways, LORD. Teach me your paths.
৪সদাপ্রভুু, আমাকে তোমার পথ দেখাও; তোমার পথের বিষয়ে আমাকে শিক্ষা দাও।
5 Guide me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation. I wait for you all day long.
৫তোমার সত্য সম্পর্কে নির্দেশ দাও এবং আমাকে শেখাও, কারণ তুমি আমার পরিত্রানের ঈশ্বর; আমি সমস্ত দিন ধরে তোমাতে আশা রাখি।
6 LORD, remember your tender mercies and your loving kindness, for they are from old times.
৬সদাপ্রভুু, মনে কর, তোমার করুণা এবং চুক্তির বিশ্বস্ততায় তোমার কাজকে; কারণ তারা সবদিন বিদ্যমান।
7 Do not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. Remember me according to your loving kindness, for your goodness’ sake, LORD.
৭আমার যৌবনের পাপের বিষয়ে স্মরণ করো না; সদাপ্রভুু, তোমার মঙ্গলভাবের কারণে তোমার দয়ার জন্য আমাকে স্মরণ কর।
8 Good and upright is the LORD, therefore he will instruct sinners in the way.
৮সদাপ্রভুু মঙ্গলময় ও সরল; অতএব তিনি পাপীদের পথ দেখান।
9 He will guide the humble in justice. He will teach the humble his way.
৯তিনি ন্যায়বিচারের সঙ্গে পরিচালনা করেন এবং তিনি নম্রদের পথ দেখান।
10 All the paths of the LORD are loving kindness and truth to such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
১০যারা তাঁর নিয়ম এবং তাঁর আদেশ পালন করে তাদের কাছে, সদাপ্রভুুর সমস্ত পথ চুক্তির বিশ্বস্ততা এবং বিশ্বাসযোগ্যতা দিয়ে তৈরী।।
11 For your name’s sake, LORD, pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
১১সদাপ্রভুু, তোমার নামের জন্য, আমার পাপ ক্ষমা করো, কারণ তা বিশাল।
12 What man is he who fears the LORD? He shall instruct him in the way that he shall choose.
১২কে সেই লোক, যিনি সদাপ্রভুুকে ভয় করেন? প্রভু তাকে তার পছন্দ মত পথের নির্দেশ দেবেন।
13 His soul will dwell at ease. His offspring will inherit the land.
১৩তাঁর জীবন কুশলে বাস করবে এবং তার বংশধরেরা দেশের উত্তরাধিকারী হবে।
14 The friendship of the LORD is with those who fear him. He will show them his covenant.
১৪যারা তাকে অনুসরণ করে তারা সদাপ্রভুুর পরামর্শে চলে এবং তিনি তাদের কাছে নিজের চুক্তি জানান।
15 My eyes are ever on the LORD, for he will pluck my feet out of the net.
১৫আমার চোখ সব দিন সদাপ্রভুুর উপরে, কারণ তিনি আমার পাকে জাল থেকে মুক্ত করবেন।
16 Turn to me, and have mercy on me, for I am desolate and afflicted.
১৬আমার দিকে তাকাও এবং আমার প্রতি দয়া কর, কারণ আমি একা ও দুঃখী।
17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged. Oh bring me out of my distresses.
১৭আমার হৃদয়ে কষ্ট বাড়ছে; আমার দূর্দশার থেকে আমাকে বের কর।
18 Consider my affliction and my travail. Forgive all my sins.
১৮আমার দুঃখ ও কষ্টের প্রতি দেখো, আমার সমস্ত পাপ ক্ষমা কর।
19 Consider my enemies, for they are many. They hate me with cruel hatred.
১৯আমার শত্রুদের দেখো, কারণ তারা অনেক; তারা নিষ্ঠুর ঘৃণায় আমাকে ঘৃণা করে।
20 Oh keep my soul, and deliver me. Let me not be disappointed, for I take refuge in you.
২০আমার জীবন রক্ষা কর এবং আমাকে উদ্ধার কর; আমাকে অপমানিত হতে দিও না, কারণ আমি তোমাতে আশ্রয় নিয়েছ!
21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you.
২১সততা এবং ন্যায়পরায়ণতা আমাকে রক্ষা করুক, কারণ আমি তোমাতে আশা করি।
22 God, redeem Israel out of all his troubles.
২২হে ঈশ্বর, ইস্রায়েলকে উদ্ধার কর, তার সমস্ত সঙ্কট থেকে।
