< Psalms 12 >
1 For the Chief Musician; upon an eight-stringed lyre. A Psalm of David. Help, LORD; for the godly man ceases. For the faithful fail from among the children of men.
Nkunga Davidi kayimbidila mu ngitala yi nana di zitsinga kuidipfumu minyimbidi. A Yave, yiza sadisa bila batu beti kinzika mambu ma Nzambi basiedi ko. Mikhuikizi mizimbidi va khatitsika yi bana ba batu.
2 Everyone lies to his neighbor. They speak with flattering lips, and with a double heart.
Kadika mutu wulembo vuni fikimini yandi. Mambu ma lueki madi mu bididi biawu vayi mintima miodi badi sumbu bantuba.
3 May the LORD cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that boasts,
Bika Yave kabunga bididi bioso bintubanga mambu ma lueki ayi ludimi luntubanga mambu mu luniemo.
4 who have said, “With our tongue we will prevail. Our lips are our own. Who is lord over us?”
Batu bobo bantubanga: “Tuela nunga mu diambu di ludimi lueto, bididi bieto bidi bieto veka; nani wulenda ba Pfumu eto?”
5 “Because of the oppression of the weak and because of the groaning of the needy, I will now arise,” says the LORD; “I will set him in safety from those who malign him.”
Bila mu diambu di yamusu ku batu balebakana, ayi kunga ku nsukami; diawu Yave kakembi buabu: “Buabu ndieka ntelama, ndieka kuba kaka mu diambu di mutu balembo kuba yamisa.”
6 The LORD’s words are flawless words, as silver refined in a clay furnace, purified seven times.
Mambu ma Yave madi mavedila banga palata kioki bavedisidi mu mbazu, kivedosolo mu tsambuadi di zikhumbu.
7 You will keep them, LORD. You will preserve them from this generation forever.
Yave ngeyo wela kutu keba mu luvovomo wela kutu kaka mu diambu di ntindu wu batu baba, mu thangu yi kayimani.
8 The wicked walk on every side, when what is vile is exalted among the sons of men.
Batu bambimbi beti vemanga muamo mu thangu bifu bi mbimbi bieti yayusu va khatitsika batu.
