< Psalms 106 >
1 Praise the LORD! Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.
KAPINGA Ieowa, pwe i me mau, pwe a kalangan pan potopot eta.
2 Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD, or fully declare all his praise?
Is me kak inda duen dodok manaman en Ieowa, o is me kak kapinga sapwilim a dodok kasapwal?
3 Blessed are those who keep justice. Blessed is one who does what is right at all times.
Meid pai, me kolekol me pung, o me kin wiada me pung ansau karos!
4 Remember me, LORD, with the favor that you show to your people. Visit me with your salvation,
Maing Ieowa, kom kotin taman ia da duen ar kalangan, me kom kotin inauki ong sapwilim omui aramas akan, kasansale dong kit omui sauas!
5 that I may see the prosperity of your chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance.
Pwe i en kilang pai en sapwilim omui pilipildar akan o peren kidar peren en sapwilim omui aramas akan, o kapinga iang omui soso.
6 We have sinned with our fathers. We have committed iniquity. We have done wickedly.
Kit iang sam at oko wiadar dip, se wiadar sapung, se kawelar kusoned o kapwaiada tiak en me pung kan.
7 Our fathers did not understand your wonders in Egypt. They did not remember the multitude of your loving kindnesses, but were rebellious at the sea, even at the Red Sea.
Sam at akan nan Äkipten sota insenoki sapwilim omui manaman akan, pwe re sota tamanda omui kalangan lapalap, o re katiwo ong me lapalap o ni kailan madau ni sed waitata.
8 Nevertheless he saved them for his name’s sake, that he might make his mighty power known.
Ari so, a kotin dore ir ala pweki mar a, pwen kasaleda a manaman.
9 He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it was dried up; so he led them through the depths, as through a desert.
A kotin masani ong sed waitata, ap ngalangaledier; o a kotin kalua irail wasa lol dueta sap tan eu.
10 He saved them from the hand of him who hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
Iduen a kotin dore ir ala sang nan pa en me kailong kin ir, o a kotin sauasa ir sang nan pa en imwintiti;
11 The waters covered their adversaries. There was not one of them left.
Pil kadupaledi arail imwintiti kan, sota amen pitila.
12 Then they believed his words. They sang his praise.
Irail ap kamelele a masan akan, o kaul en kaping ong i.
13 They soon forgot his works. They did not wait for his counsel,
A re pil madang monokelar a wiawia kan, o re sota auiaui a masan.
14 but gave in to craving in the desert, and tested God in the wasteland.
Irail dire kila inong sued, ap kasongesong. Kot nan sap tan,
15 He gave them their request, but sent leanness into their soul.
Ap kotin mueid ong insen arail, o kotiki ong ir, lol ar lao suedala.
16 They envied Moses also in the camp, and Aaron, the LORD’s saint.
Re ap kangudi ong Moses nan deu’rail, ong Aron me saraui en Ieowa men.
17 The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram.
Sap ap sar pasang katalala Datan, o pur penang pon pwin en Apiram.
18 A fire was kindled in their company. The flame burned up the wicked.
O kisiniai eu kamasikada nan pung en arail pwin, umpul en kisiniai eu karongalar me doo sang Kot akan.
19 They made a calf in Horeb, and worshiped a molten image.
Re wiadar kau pul amen ni Orep, o dairukedi sang mon kilel kold eu.
20 Thus they exchanged their glory for an image of a bull that eats grass.
O re kawilianeki arail lingan kilel en kau ol amen, me kin kangkang rä.
21 They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt,
Re monokelar Kot, arail saunkamaur, me kotin wiadar dodok lapalap nan Äkipten.
22 wondrous works in the land of Ham, and awesome things by the Red Sea.
O manaman akan nan sap en Am, o men kamasak ni sed waitata.
23 Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had Moses, his chosen, not stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, so that he would not destroy them.
I ap kotin kupukupura, me a pan kame ir ala, ma Moses sapwilim a pilipildar amen sota pan pukoki dip arail, pwen kotiki wei sang sapwilim a ongiong, pwe ren der mela.
24 Yes, they despised the pleasant land. They did not believe his word,
A re mamaleki sap kaselel, o sota kamelele a masan kan.
25 but murmured in their tents, and did not listen to the LORD’s voice.
O re lipaned nan im arail, o sota peiki ong masan en Ieowa.
26 Therefore he swore to them that he would overthrow them in the wilderness,
I ap kotin kaula ong ir, me a pan kame ir ala nan sap tan.
27 that he would overthrow their offspring among the nations, and scatter them in the lands.
O kadaudok ar en wowokidi nan pung en men liki kan, o kamueit ir pasang nan sap akan.
28 They joined themselves also to Baal Peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.
O re wuki ong Pal-Peor, o kangala kisan mairong en ani mal.
29 Thus they provoked him to anger with their deeds. The plague broke in on them.
O re kupur sued kin i ar wiawia kan, kalokolok eu ap lel ong ir.
30 Then Phinehas stood up and executed judgment, so the plague was stopped.
Pineas ap kotida, kadeik irail ada, kalokolok ap imwisokalar.
31 That was credited to him for righteousness, for all generations to come.
Mepukat me a wadekida ni pung, sang eu kainok lel eu kokolata.
32 They angered him also at the waters of Meribah, so that Moses was troubled for their sakes;
O re kupur suede kin i ni pil en Meripa, i me irail kareki ong Moses apwal laud.
33 because they were rebellious against his spirit, he spoke rashly with his lips.
Pwe re kapataui ngen i, ap kotin sapungala ekis ni a masan kan.
34 They did not destroy the peoples, as the LORD commanded them,
Re sota pil kanikiala wei kan, me Ieowa kotin masani ong ir.
35 but mixed themselves with the nations, and learned their works.
O re dolola men liki kan, o padakki arail tiak kan.
36 They served their idols, which became a snare to them.
O re kaudoki ong arail dikedik en ani kan, rap wialar insar arail.
37 Yes, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons.
O re mairongki ong tewil sued akan nairail putak o seripein kan.
38 They shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan. The land was polluted with blood.
O re kamelar mal aramas, iei udan nair putak o seripein oko, me re mairongki ong ani mal en Kanaan, a sap o kasamin kila nta.
39 Thus they were defiled with their works, and prostituted themselves in their deeds.
O re kasamine kila pein irail ar wia kan, o nenekki ar dodok sued.
40 Therefore the LORD burned with anger against his people. He abhorred his inheritance.
Ieowa ap kotin ongiongi ong sapwilim a aramas akan o kotin suedeki sapwilim a soso.
41 He gave them into the hand of the nations. Those who hated them ruled over them.
A kotin mueid ong ir nan pa en men liki kan, o me kailong kin ir, wialar ar kaun.
42 Their enemies also oppressed them. They were brought into subjection under their hand.
O ar imwintiti katoutoui ir, o re namenokalar pan pa’rail.
43 He rescued them many times, but they were rebellious in their counsel, and were brought low in their iniquity.
A kotin dore ir ala pan pak toto, a re duedueta ni ar inong sued o madamadaua, o re malaulau kilar ar sapung.
44 Nevertheless he regarded their distress, when he heard their cry.
A a kotin irerong ar kan kangeranger, ni a kotin ereki ar weriwer.
45 He remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.
O a kotin tamanda sapwilim a inau, o a kotin kalukila duen a kalangan lapalap.
46 He made them also to be pitied by all those who carried them captive.
O a kotin maki ong ir mon karos, me sali irail weier.
47 Save us, LORD, our God, gather us from among the nations, to give thanks to your holy name, to triumph in your praise!
Ieowa at Kot, kom kotin dore kit ala, sang ren men liki kan, pwe kit en danke mar omui saraui o sapwilim ar dodok mau kan.
48 Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting! Let all the people say, “Amen.” Praise the LORD!
Kaping ong Ieowa, Kot en Israel, sang mas kokodo o pil kokolata! O aramas karos en inda: Amen, Aleluia!
