Micah 1
1 The LORD’s word that came to Micah of Morasheth in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.
Ang pulong ni Jehova nga midangat kang Miqueas ang taga-Morasti, sa mga adlaw ni Jotham, ni Achaz, ug ni Ezechias, nga mga hari sa Juda, nga iyang nakita mahitungod sa Samaria ug sa Jerusalem.
2 Hear, you peoples, all of you! Listen, O earth, and all that is therein. Let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple.
Pamati, kamong mga katawohan, kamong tanan; patalinghug, Oh yuta, ug ang tanang nga anaa niana: ug tugoti ang Ginoong Jehova nga mahimong saksi batok kaninyo, ang Ginoo gikan sa iyang balaan nga templo.
3 For behold, the LORD comes out of his place, and will come down and tread on the high places of the earth.
Kay, ania karon, si Jehova nagagula gikan sa iyang dapit, ug manaug, ug magatamak sa tanang hatag-as nga mga dapit sa yuta.
4 The mountains melt under him, and the valleys split apart like wax before the fire, like waters that are poured down a steep place.
Ug ang mga bukid pagatunawon sa ilalum niya, ug ang mga walog pagabulagon, sama sa talo sa atubangan sa kalayo, ingon sa katubigan nga igabubo sa kimba nga dapit.
5 “All this is for the disobedience of Jacob, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the disobedience of Jacob? Is not it Samaria? And what are the high places of Judah? Are not they Jerusalem?
Kay ang kalapasan ni Jacob mao kining tanan, ug tungod sa mga sala sa balay sa Israel. Unsa ba ang kalapasan ni Jacob? dili ba ang Samaria? ug unsa ba ang hatag-as nga mga dapit sa Juda? dili ba ang Jerusalem?
6 Therefore I will make Samaria like a rubble heap of the field, like places for planting vineyards; and I will pour down its stones into the valley, and I will uncover its foundations.
Busa buhaton ko ang Samaria nga sama sa tinapok sa kaumahan, ug ingon sa mga dapit nga pagatamnan sa mga parras; ug ligiron ko ang mga bato niana ngadto sa walog, ug akong kuhaan sa tabon ang iyang mga patukoranan.
7 All her idols will be beaten to pieces, all her temple gifts will be burned with fire, and I will destroy all her images; for of the hire of a prostitute has she gathered them, and to the hire of a prostitute shall they return.”
Ug ang tanan niyang mga linilok nga larawan pagadugmokon, ug ang tanan niya nga suhol sa kahugawan pagasunogon sa kalayo, ug ang tanan niyang mga dios-dios akong pagawagtangon; kay siya nagatigum kanila gikan sa suhol sa usa ka bigaon, ug sila magabalik ngadto sa suhol sa usa ka bigaon.
8 For this I will lament and wail. I will go stripped and naked. I will howl like the jackals and mourn like the ostriches.
Tungod niini magabakho ug magaminatay ako; molakaw ako nga walay bisti ug hinuboan; ako magaminatay ingon sa iro nga ihalas, ug magabakho ingon sa mga avestrus.
9 For her wounds are incurable; for it has come even to Judah. It reaches to the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.
Kay ang iyang mga samad walay pagkaalim; kay kini miabut bisan hangtud sa Juda; kini miabut ngadto sa ganghaan sa akong katawohan, bisan pa hangtud sa Jerusalem.
10 Do not tell it in Gath. Do not weep at all. At Beth Ophrah I have rolled myself in the dust.
Ayaw kini pag-isugilon diha sa Gath, ayaw gayud pagpanghilak kamo: didto sa Beth-le-aphrah nagligid ako sa akong kaugalingon sa abug.
11 Pass on, inhabitant of Shaphir, in nakedness and shame. The inhabitant of Zaanan will not come out. The wailing of Beth Ezel will take from you his protection.
Umagi kamo, Oh pumoluyo sa Saphir, sa pagkahubo ug kaulawan: ang pumoluyo sa Saanan wala mogula; ang pagminatay sa Bethesel mokuha gikan kaninyo sa kalig-on niana.
12 For the inhabitant of Maroth waits anxiously for good, because evil has come down from the LORD to the gate of Jerusalem.
Kay ang pumoluyo sa Maroth nagahulat sa dakung kainit alang sa kaayohan, kay ang kadautan nanaug gikan kang Jehova ngadto sa ganghaan sa Jerusalem.
13 Harness the chariot to the swift steed, inhabitant of Lachish. She was the beginning of sin to the daughter of Zion; for the transgressions of Israel were found in you.
Oh kamong pumoluyo sa Lachis, ihigot ninyo ang carro sa matulin nga kabayo: siya mao ang sinugdan sa sala sa anak nga babaye sa Sion; kay ang mga kalapasan sa Israel nakaplagan diha kanimo.
14 Therefore you will give a parting gift to Moresheth Gath. The houses of Achzib will be a deceitful thing to the kings of Israel.
Busa magahatag ikaw sa gasa sa pagpanamilit kang Moreseth-gath ang mga balay sa Achzib mahimong butang nga malimbongon alang sa mga hari sa Israel.
15 I will yet bring a conqueror to you, inhabitants of Mareshah. The glory of Israel will come to Adullam.
Ngani dad-on ko kanimo, Oh pumoluyo sa Maresah, siya nga magapanag-iya kanimo: ang himaya sa Israel modangat bisan pa hangtud sa Adullam.
16 Shave your heads, and cut off your hair for the children of your delight. Enlarge your baldness like the vulture, for they have gone into captivity from you!
Magpaupaw ka, ug magpaalot ka tungod sa mga anak sa imong kalipay: padakua ang imong kaupaw ingon sa agila; kay sila ming-adto na sa pagka-binihag gikan kanimo.
