1 But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they and some others came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared.
ଅଥ ସପ୍ତାହପ୍ରଥମଦିନେଽତିପ୍ରତ୍ୟୂଷେ ତା ଯୋଷିତଃ ସମ୍ପାଦିତଂ ସୁଗନ୍ଧିଦ୍ରୱ୍ୟଂ ଗୃହୀତ୍ୱା ତଦନ୍ୟାଭିଃ କିଯତୀଭିଃ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଭିଃ ସହ ଶ୍ମଶାନଂ ଯଯୁଃ|
2 They found the stone rolled away from the tomb.
କିନ୍ତୁ ଶ୍ମଶାନଦ୍ୱାରାତ୍ ପାଷାଣମପସାରିତଂ ଦୃଷ୍ଟ୍ୱା
3 They entered in, and did not find the Lord Jesus’ body.
ତାଃ ପ୍ରୱିଶ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଭୋ ର୍ଦେହମପ୍ରାପ୍ୟ
4 While they were greatly perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling clothing.
ୱ୍ୟାକୁଲା ଭୱନ୍ତି ଏତର୍ହି ତେଜୋମଯୱସ୍ତ୍ରାନ୍ୱିତୌ ଦ୍ୱୌ ପୁରୁଷୌ ତାସାଂ ସମୀପେ ସମୁପସ୍ଥିତୌ
5 Becoming terrified, they bowed their faces down to the earth. The men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?
ତସ୍ମାତ୍ତାଃ ଶଙ୍କାଯୁକ୍ତା ଭୂମାୱଧୋମୁଖ୍ୟସ୍ୟସ୍ଥୁଃ| ତଦା ତୌ ତା ଊଚତୁ ର୍ମୃତାନାଂ ମଧ୍ୟେ ଜୀୱନ୍ତଂ କୁତୋ ମୃଗଯଥ?
6 He is not here, but is risen. Remember what he told you when he was still in Galilee,
ସୋତ୍ର ନାସ୍ତି ସ ଉଦସ୍ଥାତ୍|
7 saying that the Son of Man must be delivered up into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and the third day rise again?”
ପାପିନାଂ କରେଷୁ ସମର୍ପିତେନ କ୍ରୁଶେ ହତେନ ଚ ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ରେଣ ତୃତୀଯଦିୱସେ ଶ୍ମଶାନାଦୁତ୍ଥାତୱ୍ୟମ୍ ଇତି କଥାଂ ସ ଗଲୀଲି ତିଷ୍ଠନ୍ ଯୁଷ୍ମଭ୍ୟଂ କଥିତୱାନ୍ ତାଂ ସ୍ମରତ|
8 They remembered his words,
ତଦା ତସ୍ୟ ସା କଥା ତାସାଂ ମନଃସୁ ଜାତା|
9 returned from the tomb, and told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest.
ଅନନ୍ତରଂ ଶ୍ମଶାନାଦ୍ ଗତ୍ୱା ତା ଏକାଦଶଶିଷ୍ୟାଦିଭ୍ୟଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେଭ୍ୟସ୍ତାଂ ୱାର୍ତ୍ତାଂ କଥଯାମାସୁଃ|
10 Now they were Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary the mother of James. The other women with them told these things to the apostles.
ମଗ୍ଦଲୀନୀମରିଯମ୍, ଯୋହନା, ଯାକୂବୋ ମାତା ମରିଯମ୍ ତଦନ୍ୟାଃ ସଙ୍ଗିନ୍ୟୋ ଯୋଷିତଶ୍ଚ ପ୍ରେରିତେଭ୍ୟ ଏତାଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱା ୱାର୍ତ୍ତାଃ କଥଯାମାସୁଃ
11 These words seemed to them to be nonsense, and they did not believe them.
କିନ୍ତୁ ତାସାଂ କଥାମ୍ ଅନର୍ଥକାଖ୍ୟାନମାତ୍ରଂ ବୁଦ୍ଧ୍ୱା କୋପି ନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୈତ୍|
12 But Peter got up and ran to the tomb. Stooping and looking in, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he departed to his home, wondering what had happened.
ତଦା ପିତର ଉତ୍ଥାଯ ଶ୍ମଶାନାନ୍ତିକଂ ଦଧାୱ, ତତ୍ର ଚ ପ୍ରହ୍ୱୋ ଭୂତ୍ୱା ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱୈକସ୍ଥାପିତଂ କେୱଲଂ ୱସ୍ତ୍ରଂ ଦଦର୍ଶ; ତସ୍ମାଦାଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ୟଂ ମନ୍ୟମାନୋ ଯଦଘଟତ ତନ୍ମନସି ୱିଚାରଯନ୍ ପ୍ରତସ୍ଥେ|
13 Behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was sixty stadia from Jerusalem.
ତସ୍ମିନ୍ନେୱ ଦିନେ ଦ୍ୱୌ ଶିଯ୍ୟୌ ଯିରୂଶାଲମଶ୍ଚତୁଷ୍କ୍ରୋଶାନ୍ତରିତମ୍ ଇମ୍ମାଯୁଗ୍ରାମଂ ଗଚ୍ଛନ୍ତୌ
14 They talked with each other about all of these things which had happened.
ତାସାଂ ଘଟନାନାଂ କଥାମକଥଯତାଂ
15 While they talked and questioned together, Jesus himself came near, and went with them.
ତଯୋରାଲାପୱିଚାରଯୋଃ କାଲେ ଯୀଶୁରାଗତ୍ୟ ତାଭ୍ୟାଂ ସହ ଜଗାମ
16 But their eyes were kept from recognizing him.
କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଥା ତୌ ତଂ ନ ପରିଚିନୁତସ୍ତଦର୍ଥଂ ତଯୋ ର୍ଦୃଷ୍ଟିଃ ସଂରୁଦ୍ଧା|
17 He said to them, “What are you talking about as you walk, and are sad?”
ସ ତୌ ପୃଷ୍ଟୱାନ୍ ଯୁୱାଂ ୱିଷଣ୍ଣୌ କିଂ ୱିଚାରଯନ୍ତୌ ଗଚ୍ଛଥଃ?
18 One of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem who does not know the things which have happened there in these days?”
ତତସ୍ତଯୋଃ କ୍ଲିଯପାନାମା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୁୱାଚ ଯିରୂଶାଲମପୁରେଽଧୁନା ଯାନ୍ୟଘଟନ୍ତ ତ୍ୱଂ କେୱଲୱିଦେଶୀ କିଂ ତଦ୍ୱୃତ୍ତାନ୍ତଂ ନ ଜାନାସି?
19 He said to them, “What things?” They said to him, “The things concerning Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people;
ସ ପପ୍ରଚ୍ଛ କା ଘଟନାଃ? ତଦା ତୌ ୱକ୍ତୁମାରେଭାତେ ଯୀଶୁନାମା ଯୋ ନାସରତୀଯୋ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱାଦୀ ଈଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟ ମାନୁଷାଣାଞ୍ଚ ସାକ୍ଷାତ୍ ୱାକ୍ୟେ କର୍ମ୍ମଣି ଚ ଶକ୍ତିମାନାସୀତ୍
20 and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him.
ତମ୍ ଅସ୍ମାକଂ ପ୍ରଧାନଯାଜକା ୱିଚାରକାଶ୍ଚ କେନାପି ପ୍ରକାରେଣ କ୍ରୁଶେ ୱିଦ୍ଧ୍ୱା ତସ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାଣାନନାଶଯନ୍ ତଦୀଯା ଘଟନାଃ;
21 But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.
କିନ୍ତୁ ଯ ଇସ୍ରାଯେଲୀଯଲୋକାନ୍ ଉଦ୍ଧାରଯିଷ୍ୟତି ସ ଏୱାଯମ୍ ଇତ୍ୟାଶାସ୍ମାଭିଃ କୃତା| ତଦ୍ୟଥା ତଥାସ୍ତୁ ତସ୍ୟା ଘଟନାଯା ଅଦ୍ୟ ଦିନତ୍ରଯଂ ଗତଂ|
22 Also, certain women of our company amazed us, having arrived early at the tomb;
ଅଧିକନ୍ତ୍ୱସ୍ମାକଂ ସଙ୍ଗିନୀନାଂ କିଯତ୍ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଣାଂ ମୁଖେଭ୍ୟୋଽସମ୍ଭୱୱାକ୍ୟମିଦଂ ଶ୍ରୁତଂ;
23 and when they did not find his body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.
ତାଃ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୂଷେ ଶ୍ମଶାନଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ତତ୍ର ତସ୍ୟ ଦେହମ୍ ଅପ୍ରାପ୍ୟ ୱ୍ୟାଘୁଟ୍ୟେତ୍ୱା ପ୍ରୋକ୍ତୱତ୍ୟଃ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗୀସଦୂତୌ ଦୃଷ୍ଟାୱସ୍ମାଭିସ୍ତୌ ଚାୱାଦିଷ୍ଟାଂ ସ ଜୀୱିତୱାନ୍|
24 Some of us went to the tomb and found it just like the women had said, but they did not see him.”
ତତୋସ୍ମାକଂ କୈଶ୍ଚିତ୍ ଶ୍ମଶାନମଗମ୍ୟତ ତେଽପି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଣାଂ ୱାକ୍ୟାନୁରୂପଂ ଦୃଷ୍ଟୱନ୍ତଃ କିନ୍ତୁ ତଂ ନାପଶ୍ୟନ୍|
25 He said to them, “Foolish people, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!
ତଦା ସ ତାୱୁୱାଚ, ହେ ଅବୋଧୌ ହେ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱାଦିଭିରୁକ୍ତୱାକ୍ୟଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେତୁଂ ୱିଲମ୍ବମାନୌ;
26 Did not the Christ have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?”
ଏତତ୍ସର୍ୱ୍ୱଦୁଃଖଂ ଭୁକ୍ତ୍ୱା ସ୍ୱଭୂତିପ୍ରାପ୍ତିଃ କିଂ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟସ୍ୟ ନ ନ୍ୟାଯ୍ୟା?
27 Beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.
ତତଃ ସ ମୂସାଗ୍ରନ୍ଥମାରଭ୍ୟ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱାଦିନାଂ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱଶାସ୍ତ୍ରେ ସ୍ୱସ୍ମିନ୍ ଲିଖିତାଖ୍ୟାନାଭିପ୍ରାଯଂ ବୋଧଯାମାସ|
28 They came near to the village where they were going, and he acted like he would go further.
ଅଥ ଗମ୍ୟଗ୍ରାମାଭ୍ୟର୍ଣଂ ପ୍ରାପ୍ୟ ତେନାଗ୍ରେ ଗମନଲକ୍ଷଣେ ଦର୍ଶିତେ
29 They urged him, saying, “Stay with us, for it is almost evening, and the day is almost over.” He went in to stay with them.
ତୌ ସାଧଯିତ୍ୱାୱଦତାଂ ସହାୱାଭ୍ୟାଂ ତିଷ୍ଠ ଦିନେ ଗତେ ସତି ରାତ୍ରିରଭୂତ୍; ତତଃ ସ ତାଭ୍ୟାଂ ସାର୍ଦ୍ଧଂ ସ୍ଥାତୁଂ ଗୃହଂ ଯଯୌ|
30 When he had sat down at the table with them, he took the bread and gave thanks. Breaking it, he gave it to them.
ପଶ୍ଚାଦ୍ଭୋଜନୋପୱେଶକାଲେ ସ ପୂପଂ ଗୃହୀତ୍ୱା ଈଶ୍ୱରଗୁଣାନ୍ ଜଗାଦ ତଞ୍ଚ ଭଂକ୍ତ୍ୱା ତାଭ୍ୟାଂ ଦଦୌ|
31 Their eyes were opened and they recognized him; then he vanished out of their sight.
ତଦା ତଯୋ ର୍ଦୃଷ୍ଟୌ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନାଯାଂ ତଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟଭିଜ୍ଞତୁଃ କିନ୍ତୁ ସ ତଯୋଃ ସାକ୍ଷାଦନ୍ତର୍ଦଧେ|
32 They said to one another, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he spoke to us along the way, and while he opened the Scriptures to us?”
ତତସ୍ତୌ ମିଥୋଭିଧାତୁମ୍ ଆରବ୍ଧୱନ୍ତୌ ଗମନକାଲେ ଯଦା କଥାମକଥଯତ୍ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରାର୍ଥଞ୍ଚବୋଧଯତ୍ ତଦାୱଯୋ ର୍ବୁଦ୍ଧିଃ କିଂ ନ ପ୍ରାଜ୍ୱଲତ୍?
33 They rose up that very hour, returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,
ତୌ ତତ୍କ୍ଷଣାଦୁତ୍ଥାଯ ଯିରୂଶାଲମପୁରଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଯଯତୁଃ, ତତ୍ସ୍ଥାନେ ଶିଷ୍ୟାଣାମ୍ ଏକାଦଶାନାଂ ସଙ୍ଗିନାଞ୍ଚ ଦର୍ଶନଂ ଜାତଂ|
34 saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!”
ତେ ପ୍ରୋଚୁଃ ପ୍ରଭୁରୁଦତିଷ୍ଠଦ୍ ଇତି ସତ୍ୟଂ ଶିମୋନେ ଦର୍ଶନମଦାଚ୍ଚ|
35 They related the things that happened along the way, and how he was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.
ତତଃ ପଥଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱଘଟନାଯାଃ ପୂପଭଞ୍ଜନେନ ତତ୍ପରିଚଯସ୍ୟ ଚ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱୱୃତ୍ତାନ୍ତଂ ତୌ ୱକ୍ତୁମାରେଭାତେ|
36 As they said these things, Jesus himself stood among them, and said to them, “Peace be to you.”
ଇତ୍ଥଂ ତେ ପରସ୍ପରଂ ୱଦନ୍ତି ତତ୍କାଲେ ଯୀଶୁଃ ସ୍ୱଯଂ ତେଷାଂ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ଥଯ ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ କଲ୍ୟାଣଂ ଭୂଯାଦ୍ ଇତ୍ୟୁୱାଚ,
37 But they were terrified and filled with fear, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
କିନ୍ତୁ ଭୂତଂ ପଶ୍ୟାମ ଇତ୍ୟନୁମାଯ ତେ ସମୁଦ୍ୱିୱିଜିରେ ତ୍ରେଷୁଶ୍ଚ|
38 He said to them, “Why are you troubled? Why do doubts arise in your hearts?
ସ ଉୱାଚ, କୁତୋ ଦୁଃଖିତା ଭୱଥ? ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ମନଃସୁ ସନ୍ଦେହ ଉଦେତି ଚ କୁତଃ?
39 See my hands and my feet, that it is truly me. Touch me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see that I have.”
ଏଷୋହଂ, ମମ କରୌ ପଶ୍ୟତ ୱରଂ ସ୍ପୃଷ୍ଟ୍ୱା ପଶ୍ୟତ, ମମ ଯାଦୃଶାନି ପଶ୍ୟଥ ତାଦୃଶାନି ଭୂତସ୍ୟ ମାଂସାସ୍ଥୀନି ନ ସନ୍ତି|
40 When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his feet.
ଇତ୍ୟୁକ୍ତ୍ୱା ସ ହସ୍ତପାଦାନ୍ ଦର୍ଶଯାମାସ|
41 While they still did not believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”
ତେଽସମ୍ଭୱଂ ଜ୍ଞାତ୍ୱା ସାନନ୍ଦା ନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟଯନ୍| ତତଃ ସ ତାନ୍ ପପ୍ରଚ୍ଛ, ଅତ୍ର ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ସମୀପେ ଖାଦ୍ୟଂ କିଞ୍ଚିଦସ୍ତି?
42 They gave him a piece of a broiled fish and some honeycomb.
ତତସ୍ତେ କିଯଦ୍ଦଗ୍ଧମତ୍ସ୍ୟଂ ମଧୁ ଚ ଦଦୁଃ
43 He took them, and ate in front of them.
ସ ତଦାଦାଯ ତେଷାଂ ସାକ୍ଷାଦ୍ ବୁଭୁଜେ
44 He said to them, “This is what I told you while I was still with you, that all things which are written in the law of Moses, the prophets, and the psalms concerning me must be fulfilled.”
କଥଯାମାସ ଚ ମୂସାୱ୍ୟୱସ୍ଥାଯାଂ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱାଦିନାଂ ଗ୍ରନ୍ଥେଷୁ ଗୀତପୁସ୍ତକେ ଚ ମଯି ଯାନି ସର୍ୱ୍ୱାଣି ୱଚନାନି ଲିଖିତାନି ତଦନୁରୂପାଣି ଘଟିଷ୍ୟନ୍ତେ ଯୁଷ୍ମାଭିଃ ସାର୍ଦ୍ଧଂ ସ୍ଥିତ୍ୱାହଂ ଯଦେତଦ୍ୱାକ୍ୟମ୍ ଅୱଦଂ ତଦିଦାନୀଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷମଭୂତ୍|
45 Then he opened their minds, that they might understand the Scriptures.
ଅଥ ତେଭ୍ୟଃ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରବୋଧାଧିକାରଂ ଦତ୍ୱାୱଦତ୍,
46 He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day,
ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟେନେତ୍ଥଂ ମୃତିଯାତନା ଭୋକ୍ତୱ୍ୟା ତୃତୀଯଦିନେ ଚ ଶ୍ମଶାନାଦୁତ୍ଥାତୱ୍ୟଞ୍ଚେତି ଲିପିରସ୍ତି;
47 and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name to all the nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
ତନ୍ନାମ୍ନା ଯିରୂଶାଲମମାରଭ୍ୟ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱଦେଶେ ମନଃପରାୱର୍ତ୍ତନସ୍ୟ ପାପମୋଚନସ୍ୟ ଚ ସୁସଂୱାଦଃ ପ୍ରଚାରଯିତୱ୍ୟଃ,
48 You are witnesses of these things.
ଏଷୁ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେଷୁ ଯୂଯଂ ସାକ୍ଷିଣଃ|
49 Behold, I send out the promise of my Father on you. But wait in the city of Jerusalem until you are clothed with power from on high.”
ଅପରଞ୍ଚ ପଶ୍ୟତ ପିତ୍ରା ଯତ୍ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାତଂ ତତ୍ ପ୍ରେଷଯିଷ୍ୟାମି, ଅତଏୱ ଯାୱତ୍କାଲଂ ଯୂଯଂ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗୀଯାଂ ଶକ୍ତିଂ ନ ପ୍ରାପ୍ସ୍ୟଥ ତାୱତ୍କାଲଂ ଯିରୂଶାଲମ୍ନଗରେ ତିଷ୍ଠତ|
50 He led them out as far as Bethany, and he lifted up his hands and blessed them.
ଅଥ ସ ତାନ୍ ବୈଥନୀଯାପର୍ୟ୍ୟନ୍ତଂ ନୀତ୍ୱା ହସ୍ତାୱୁତ୍ତୋଲ୍ୟ ଆଶିଷ ୱକ୍ତୁମାରେଭେ
51 While he blessed them, he withdrew from them and was carried up into heaven.
ଆଶିଷଂ ୱଦନ୍ନେୱ ଚ ତେଭ୍ୟଃ ପୃଥଗ୍ ଭୂତ୍ୱା ସ୍ୱର୍ଗାଯ ନୀତୋଽଭୱତ୍|
52 They worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,
ତଦା ତେ ତଂ ଭଜମାନା ମହାନନ୍ଦେନ ଯିରୂଶାଲମଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଜଗ୍ମୁଃ|
53 and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
ତତୋ ନିରନ୍ତରଂ ମନ୍ଦିରେ ତିଷ୍ଠନ୍ତ ଈଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶଂସାଂ ଧନ୍ୟୱାଦଞ୍ଚ କର୍ତ୍ତମ୍ ଆରେଭିରେ| ଇତି||
