< Joel 3 >
1 “For, behold, in those days, and in that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,
Inao, hampoliko amy andro rezay, naho amy sa zay, ty fandrohiza’ Iehodà naho Ierosalaime,
2 I will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will execute judgment on them there for my people, and for my heritage, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations. They have divided my land,
naho hatontoko boak’ amy ze hene fifeheañe, naho hampizotsoeko mb’am-bavatane’ Iehosafate mb’eo, vaho eo ty himoahako an-jaka ty am’ ondatikoo naho i lovako Israeley, ie nampibaratsaheñe amo kilakila’ ondatio añe naho nanjarañe i tanekoy.
3 and have cast lots for my people, and have given a boy for a prostitute, and sold a girl for wine, that they may drink.
Vinili’ iareo aman-kitsapake ondatikoo, kinalo’ iareo tsimirira ty ajalahy naho navaro’ iareo ty somondrara ho divay hinoma’ iareo.
4 “Yes, and what are you to me, Tyre and Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? Will you repay me? And if you repay me, I will swiftly and speedily return your repayment on your own head.
Inoñ’amako irehe Tsore naho Tsidone, naho ze hene toe’ i Pilisty? Hañavak’ amako hao? Aa naho Hañavake le hafoteko aniany naho masìka an-doha’ areo i ondro’ areoy,
5 Because you have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried my finest treasures into your temples,
amy te tinava’ areo o volafotiko naho volamenakoo, naho nendese’ areo an-kibohon’drahare’ areo mb’eo o fànako sarotseo,
6 and have sold the children of Judah and the children of Jerusalem to the sons of the Greeks, that you may remove them far from their border.
naho naleta’ areo amo nte-Ievanio o ana’ Iehodào naho o ana’ Ierosalaimeo haneseañe iareo lavitse ty tane’ iareo añe.
7 Behold, I will stir them up out of the place where you have sold them, and will return your repayment on your own head;
Inao fa hampionjoneko boak’ an-tane nandetahañe iareo, vaho havàhako an-doha’ areo o sata’ areoo,
8 and I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hands of the children of Judah, and they will sell them to the men of Sheba, to a faraway nation, for the LORD has spoken it.”
fa haletako am-pità’ o ana’ Iehodào o ana-dahi’ areoo naho o anak’ ampela’ areoo, vaho haleta’ iereo amo nte-Sevào, ondaty tsietoitane añeo, fa izay ty tsinara’ Iehovà.
9 Proclaim this among the nations: “Prepare for war! Stir up the mighty men. Let all the warriors draw near. Let them come up.
Tseizo ty hoe amo kilakila’ondatio: Mihentseña hialy; tsekafo o fanalolahio, ampañarineo ze hene lahindefoñe; ampionjono mb’etoa;
10 Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’
Tefeo ho fibara o lelan-dasarì’ areoo, naho ho lefoñe o fibira’ areoo, ampanò ty hoe o mavozoo: Maozatse iraho;
11 Hurry and come, all you surrounding nations, and gather yourselves together.” Cause your mighty ones to come down there, LORD.
Malisà! mb’etoy ry kilakila’ ondaty mañohokeo; ampizotsò o fanalolahi’oo ry Iehovà.
12 “Let the nations arouse themselves, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat; for there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations.
Mitrobotroboa ry kilakila ondatio, mionjona mb’am-bavatane’ Iehosefate eo. fa eo ty hitobohako hizaka o kilakila ondaty miarisehoo.
13 Put in the sickle; for the harvest is ripe. Come, tread, for the wine press is full, the vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.”
Sonjono ty fitatahañe, fa matoe i vokatsey, miziliha, mandialià, fa pea i fipiritañey, naho mandopatse o sajoao, fa bey ty haloloa’ iareo.
14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
Rehoreho, fikorakorahañe ty am-bavatanem-panàmpan-kevetse, fa mitotoke ty andro’ Iehovà am-bavatanem-panàmpan-kevetse.
15 The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining.
Hampaieñeñe i àndroy naho i volañey, vaho hasinta’ o vasiañeo o filoeloea’eo.
16 The LORD will roar from Zion, and thunder from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth will shake; but the LORD will be a refuge to his people, and a stronghold to the children of Israel.
Le hitroñe boak’e Tsione ao t’Iehovà, hampipoña-piarañanañañe boak’e Ierosalaime ao; le hihondrahondra o likerañeo naho ty tane toy; fa fitamà’ ondati’eo t’Iehovà naho ty fipalira-maoza’ o ana’ Israeleo.
17 “So you will know that I am the LORD, your God, dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain. Then Jerusalem will be holy, and no strangers will pass through her any more.
Aa le ho fohi’ areo te Izaho Iehovà Andrianañahare’ areo, mpimoneñe e Tsione, vohi-masiko, ao, aa le hiavake t’Ierosalaime, vaho tsy hiranga ama’e ka o ambahinio.
18 It will happen in that day, that the mountains will drop down sweet wine, the hills will flow with milk, all the brooks of Judah will flow with waters; and a fountain will flow out from the LORD’s house, and will water the valley of Shittim.
Ie amy andro zay, hampitsopatsopake divay vao o vohitseo, le horikorihen-dronono o haboañeo, naho hene hikararahan-drano o saka’ Iehodào, le higoangoañe boak’ añ’anjomba’ Iehovà ao ty rano hanondrake ty vavatane’ i Sitime.
19 Egypt will be a desolation and Edom will be a desolate wilderness, for the violence done to the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
Ho babangoañe t’i Mitsraime, naho ho ratrotratro bangý t’i Edome, ty amy hasiaha’ iareo amo ana’Iehodào, ie nampiorike lio-màliñe an-tane’ iareo eo.
20 But Judah will be inhabited forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.
Fa himoneñe nainai’e t’Iehodà; naho tariratse an-tariratse t’Ierosalaime
21 I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed, for the LORD dwells in Zion.”
Le ho lioveko ty lio’iareo mboe tsy nilioveko fa himoneñe e Tsione ao t’Iehovà.
