Genesis 5
1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, he made him in God’s likeness.
ആദാമിന്റെ വംശപാരമ്പൎയ്യമാവിതു: ദൈവം മനുഷ്യനെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചപ്പോൾ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തിൽ അവനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി; ആണും പെണ്ണുമായി അവരെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ചു;
2 He created them male and female, and blessed them. On the day they were created, he named them Adam.
സൃഷ്ടിച്ച നാളിൽ അവരെ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കയും അവൎക്കു ആദാമെന്നു പേരിടുകയും ചെയ്തു.
3 Adam lived one hundred thirty years, and became the father of a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.
ആദാമിനു നൂറ്റിമുപ്പതു വയസ്സായാപ്പോൾ അവൻ തന്റെ സാദൃശ്യത്തിൽ തന്റെ സ്വരൂപപ്രകാരം ഒരു മകനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; അവന്നു ശേത്ത് എന്നു പേരിട്ടു.
4 The days of Adam after he became the father of Seth were eight hundred years, and he became the father of other sons and daughters.
ശേത്തിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം ആദാം എണ്ണൂറു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരേയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
5 All the days that Adam lived were nine hundred thirty years, then he died.
ആദാമിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി മുപ്പതു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
6 Seth lived one hundred five years, then became the father of Enosh.
ശേത്തിന്നു നൂറ്റഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ എനോശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
7 Seth lived after he became the father of Enosh eight hundred seven years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.
എനോശിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം ശേത്ത് എണ്ണൂറ്റേഴു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
8 All of the days of Seth were nine hundred twelve years, then he died.
ശേത്തിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി പന്ത്രണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
9 Enosh lived ninety years, and became the father of Kenan.
എനോശിന്നു തൊണ്ണൂറു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ കേനാനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
10 Enosh lived after he became the father of Kenan eight hundred fifteen years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.
കേനാനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം എനോശ് എണ്ണൂറ്റി പതിനഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
11 All of the days of Enosh were nine hundred five years, then he died.
എനോശിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
12 Kenan lived seventy years, then became the father of Mahalalel.
കേനാന്നു എഴുപതു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ മഹലലേലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
13 Kenan lived after he became the father of Mahalalel eight hundred forty years, and became the father of other sons and daughters
മഹലലേലിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം കേനാൻ എണ്ണൂറ്റിനാല്പതു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
14 and all of the days of Kenan were nine hundred ten years, then he died.
കേനാന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി പത്തു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
15 Mahalalel lived sixty-five years, then became the father of Jared.
മഹലലേലിന്നു അറുപത്തഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ യാരെദിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
16 Mahalalel lived after he became the father of Jared eight hundred thirty years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.
യാരെദിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം മഹലലേൽ എണ്ണൂറ്റി മുപ്പതു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
17 All of the days of Mahalalel were eight hundred ninety-five years, then he died.
മഹലലേലിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ എണ്ണൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
18 Jared lived one hundred sixty-two years, then became the father of Enoch.
യാരെദിന്നു നൂറ്ററുപത്തിരണ്ടു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ ഹാനോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
19 Jared lived after he became the father of Enoch eight hundred years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.
ഹാനോക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം യാരെദ് എണ്ണൂറു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
20 All of the days of Jared were nine hundred sixty-two years, then he died.
യാരെദിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തറുപത്തിരണ്ടു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
21 Enoch lived sixty-five years, then became the father of Methuselah.
ഹാനോക്കിന്നു അറുപത്തഞ്ചു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ മെഥൂശലഹിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
22 After Methuselah’s birth, Enoch walked with God for three hundred years, and became the father of more sons and daughters.
മെഥൂശലഹിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം ഹാനോക്ക് മൂന്നൂറു സംവത്സരം ദൈവത്തോടുകൂടെ നടക്കയും പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.
23 All the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty-five years.
ഹാനോക്കിന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലം ആകെ മുന്നൂറ്ററുപത്തഞ്ചു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു.
24 Enoch walked with God, and he was not found, for God took him.
ഹാനോക്ക് ദൈവത്തോടുകൂടെ നടന്നു, ദൈവം അവനെ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടതിനാൽ കാണാതെയായി.
25 Methuselah lived one hundred eighty-seven years, then became the father of Lamech.
മെഥൂശലഹിന്നു നൂറ്റെണ്പത്തേഴു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ ലാമേക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
26 Methuselah lived after he became the father of Lamech seven hundred eighty-two years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.
ലാമേക്കിനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ച ശേഷം മെഥൂശലഹ് എഴുനൂറ്റെണ്പത്തിരണ്ടു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
27 All the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty-nine years, then he died.
മെഥൂശലഹിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ തൊള്ളായിരത്തറുപത്തൊമ്പതു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
28 Lamech lived one hundred eighty-two years, then became the father of a son.
ലാമേക്കിന്നു നൂറ്റെണ്പത്തിരണ്ടു വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ അവൻ ഒരു മകനെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
29 He named him Noah, saying, “This one will comfort us in our work and in the toil of our hands, caused by the ground which the LORD has cursed.”
യഹോവ ശപിച്ച ഭൂമിയിൽ നമ്മുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിയിലും നമ്മുടെ കൈകളുടെ പ്രയത്നത്തിലും ഇവൻ നമ്മെ ആശ്വസിപ്പിക്കുമെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു അവന്നു നോഹ എന്നു പേർ ഇട്ടു.
30 Lamech lived after he became the father of Noah five hundred ninety-five years, and became the father of other sons and daughters.
നോഹയെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചശേഷം ലാമേക്ക് അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റഞ്ചു സംവത്സരം ജീവിച്ചിരുന്നു പുത്രന്മാരെയും പുത്രിമാരെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
31 All the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy-seven years, then he died.
ലാമേക്കിന്റെ ആയൂഷ്കാലം ആകെ എഴുനൂറ്റെഴുപത്തേഴു സംവത്സരമായിരുന്നു; പിന്നെ അവൻ മരിച്ചു.
32 Noah was five hundred years old, then Noah became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
നോഹെക്കു അഞ്ഞൂറു വയസ്സായശേഷം നോഹ ശേമിനെയും ഹാമിനെയും യാഫെത്തിനെയും ജനിപ്പിച്ചു.
