Genesis 10
1 Now this is the history of the generations of the sons of Noah and of Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Sons were born to them after the flood.
၁ရေလွှမ်းမိုးပြီးသည့်နောက်နောဧ၏သားများ ဖြစ်ကြသောရှေမ၊ ဟာမနှင့်ယာဖက်တို့မှ ဆင်းသက်သောသားစဉ်မြေးဆက်ကိုဖော်ပြ ပေအံ့။-
2 The sons of Japheth were: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
၂ယာဖက်၏သားများဖြစ်ကြသောဂေါမာ၊ မာ ဂေါဂ၊ မာဒဲ၊ ယာဝန်၊ တုဗလ၊ မေရှက်၊ ထိရတ် တို့သည်ကား သူတို့၏နာမည်ကိုခံယူကြ သောလူမျိုးတို့၏ဖခင်များဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
3 The sons of Gomer were: Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
၃ဂေါမာမှဆင်းသက်သောသားစဉ်မြေးဆက် တို့သည်ကား အာရှကေနတ်၊ ရိဖတ်၊ တော်ဂမ လူမျိုးများဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
4 The sons of Javan were: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
၄ယာဝန်မှဆင်းသက်သောသားစဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့ သည်ကား ဧလိရှာ၊ စပိန်၊ ကုပရုနှင့်ရိုဒ်တို့ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
5 Of these were the islands of the nations divided in their lands, everyone after his language, after their families, in their nations.
၅ထိုသူအပေါင်းတို့သည်ပင်လယ်ကမ်းခြေတစ် လျှောက်နှင့် ကျွန်းများပေါ်တွင်အနှံ့အပြားနေ ထိုင်သူတို့၏ဖခင်များဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ဤလူမျိုး အားလုံးတို့သည်ယာဖက်မှပေါက်ဖွားဆင်း သက်လာသောသားစဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့ဖြစ်၍ လူ အမျိုးမျိုးကွဲပြားလျက်အပြည်ပြည်တို့ ၌နေထိုင်ပြီးလျှင် လူမျိုးစုအလိုက်သီးခြား ဘာသာစကားများကိုပြောဆိုကြ၏။
6 The sons of Ham were: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.
၆ဟာမ၏သားများဖြစ်ကြသောကုရှ၊ အီဂျစ်၊ လစ်ဗြားနှင့်ခါနာန်တို့သည်ကား သူတို့၏ နာမည်ကိုခံယူကြသူလူမျိုးတို့၏ဖခင် များဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
7 The sons of Cush were: Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca. The sons of Raamah were: Sheba and Dedan.
၇ကုရှမှပေါက်ဖွားဆင်းသက်လာသောသားစဉ် မြေးဆက်တို့သည်ကား သေဘလူမျိုး၊ ဟာဝိလ လူမျိုး၊ သာဘတလူမျိုး၊ ရာဂမလူမျိုးနှင့် သတ္တေခါလူမျိုးများဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ရာဂမ၏သား စဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့မှာရှေဘနှင့်ဒေဒန်လူမျိုး များဖြစ်သည်။-
8 Cush became the father of Nimrod. He began to be a mighty one in the earth.
၈ကုရှတွင်နိမ်ရောဒနာမည်ရှိသားတစ်ယောက် ရှိ၏။ ထိုသားသည်ကမ္ဘာပေါ်တွင် ပထမဦးဆုံး နယ်ပယ်များကိုတိုက်ခိုက်အောင်မြင်သောသူ ဖြစ်၏။-
9 He was a mighty hunter before the LORD. Therefore it is said, “like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the LORD”.
၉သူသည်ထာဝရဘုရားမစတော်မူခြင်းအား ဖြင့် အစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့်ပြည့်စုံသောမုဆိုးဖြစ်ရ ကားလူတို့က``ထာဝရဘုရားသည်သင့်အား နိမ်ရောဒကဲ့သို့ အစွမ်းသတ္တိနှင့်ပြည့်စုံသော မုဆိုးကြီးဖြစ်ပါစေသော'' ဟုဆိုလေ့ရှိ ကြသည်။-
10 The beginning of his kingdom was Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
၁၀သူ၏နိုင်ငံတွင်ဦးစွာဗာဗုလုန်မြို့၊ ဧရက်မြို့နှင့် အက္ကဒ်မြို့များပါဝင်၏။-
11 Out of that land he went into Assyria, and built Nineveh, Rehoboth Ir, Calah,
၁၁သူသည်ထိုပြည်မှအာရှုရိပြည်သို့သွား၍ နိနေဝေမြို့၊ ရဟောဘုတ်၊ ဣရမြို့၊ ကာလမြို့ စသောမြို့ကြီးများကိုလည်းကောင်း၊-
12 and Resen between Nineveh and the great city Calah.
၁၂နိနေဝေမြို့နှင့်ကာလမြို့ကြီးစပ်ကြားရှိ ရေသင်မြို့ကိုလည်းကောင်းတည်လေ၏။
13 Mizraim became the father of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,
၁၃မိလရိမ်မှဆင်းသက်သောသားစဉ်မြေးဆက် တို့မှာ လုဒိလူမျိုး၊ အာနမိမ်လူမျိုး၊ လဟာဗိမ် လူမျိုး၊ နတ္တုဟိမ်လူမျိုး၊-
14 Pathrusim, Casluhim (which the Philistines descended from), and Caphtorim.
၁၄ပါသရုသိမ်လူမျိုး၊ ကာသလုဟိမ်လူမျိုးနှင့် ကတ္တောရိမ်လူမျိုးများဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ကာသ လုဟိမ်လူမျိုးမှဖိလိတ္တိလူမျိုးဆင်းသက် လာ၏။
15 Canaan became the father of Sidon (his firstborn), Heth,
၁၅ခါနာန်၏သားဦးဇိဒုန်နှင့်သားဟေသတို့သည် သူတို့၏နာမည်ကိုခံယူကြသောလူမျိုးတို့ ၏ဖခင်များဖြစ်ကြသည်။-
16 the Jebusites, the Amorites, the Girgashites,
၁၆ခါနာန်သည်ယေဗုသိလူမျိုး၊ အာမောရိလူမျိုး၊ ဂိရဂါရှိလူမျိုး၊-
17 the Hivites, the Arkites, the Sinites,
၁၇ဟိဝိလူမျိုး၊ အာကိလူမျိုး၊ သိနိလူမျိုး၊
18 the Arvadites, the Zemarites, and the Hamathites. Afterward the families of the Canaanites were spread abroad.
၁၈အာဝဒိလူမျိုး၊ ဇေမရိလူမျိုး၊ ဟာမသိလူမျိုး တို့၏ဖခင်လည်းဖြစ်သည်။ ခါနာန်အမျိုးအနွယ် အသီးသီးတို့သည်၊-
19 The border of the Canaanites was from Sidon—as you go toward Gerar—to Gaza—as you go toward Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim—to Lasha.
၁၉ဇိဒုန်မြို့မှတောင်ဘက်ရှိဂါဇမြို့အနီးဂေရာ မြို့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ အရှေ့ဘက်ရှိသောဒုံမြို့၊ ဂေါ မောရမြို့၊ အာဒမာမြို့နှင့်လာရှမြို့အနီး ဇေဘိုင်မြို့သို့လည်းကောင်းအနှံ့အပြား ရောက်ရှိနေထိုင်ကြ၏။-
20 These are the sons of Ham, after their families, according to their languages, in their lands and their nations.
၂၀ဤလူမျိုးတို့သည်ကားအပြည်ပြည်တို့၌နေ ထိုင်၍ လူမျိုးစုအလိုက်သီးခြားဘာသာ စကားများကိုပြောဆိုကြသောဟာမ၏ အဆက်အနွယ်များဖြစ်ကြ၏။
21 Children were also born to Shem (the elder brother of Japheth), the father of all the children of Eber.
၂၁ယာဖက်၏အစ်ကိုရှေမသည် ဟေဗြဲလူမျိုး အပေါင်းတို့၏ဖခင်ဖြစ်သည်။-
22 The sons of Shem were: Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, and Aram.
၂၂ရှေမ၏သားများဖြစ်ကြသောဧလံ၊ အာရှုရ၊ အာဖာဇဒ်၊ လုဒနှင့်အာရံတို့သည်ကားသူတို့ ၏နာမည်ကိုခံယူကြသောလူမျိုးတို့၏ ဖခင်များဖြစ်ကြ၏။-
23 The sons of Aram were: Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash.
၂၃အာရံမှပေါက်ဖွားဆင်းသက်သောသားစဉ်မြေး ဆက်တို့သည်ကား ဥဇလူမျိုး၊ ဟုလလူမျိုး၊ ဂေသာလူမျိုးနှင့်မာရှလူမျိုးများဖြစ်ကြ သည်။-
24 Arpachshad became the father of Shelah. Shelah became the father of Eber.
၂၄အာဖာဇဒ်၏သားရှာလသည်ဟေဗာ၏ဖခင် ဖြစ်၏။-
25 To Eber were born two sons. The name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided. His brother’s name was Joktan.
၂၅ဟေဗာတွင်သားနှစ်ယောက်ရှိ၏။ သားတစ်ယောက် ကိုဖာလက်ဟုနာမည်မှည့်၏။ ထိုသား၏လက်ထက် တွင်ကမ္ဘာလောက၌နေထိုင်ကြသောလူတို့သည် ကွဲပြားသွားခြင်းကြောင့်ထိုနာမည်ကိုပေးခြင်း ဖြစ်၏။ အခြားသောသားကိုယုတ္တန်ဟုနာမည် မှည့်ခေါ်၏။-
26 Joktan became the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,
၂၆ယုတ္တန်မှဆင်းသက်သောအဆက်အနွယ်တို့ သည်ကားအာလမောဒဒ်လူမျိုး၊ ရှေလပ်လူ မျိုး၊ ဟာဇာမာဝက်လူမျိုး၊ ယေရလူမျိုး၊-
27 Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,
၂၇ဟဒေါရံလူမျိုး၊ ဥဇလလူမျိုး၊ ဒိကလ လူမျိုး၊-
28 Obal, Abimael, Sheba,
၂၈သြဗလလူမျိုး၊ အဘိမေလလူမျိုး၊ ရှေဘလူမျိုး၊-
29 Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
၂၉သြဖိရလူမျိုး၊ ဟဝိလလူမျိုးနှင့်ယောဗပ်လူမျိုး များဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ထိုလူမျိုးအားလုံးတို့သည်ယုတ္တန် မှဆင်းသက်လာကြသည်။-
30 Their dwelling extended from Mesha, as you go toward Sephar, the mountain of the east.
၃၀သူတို့နေထိုင်ရာအရပ်သည် မေရှမြို့မှအရှေ့ဘက် တောင်ထူထပ်သောဒေသရှိသေဖာမြို့တိုင်အောင် ကျယ်ပြန့်သည်။-
31 These are the sons of Shem, by their families, according to their languages, lands, and nations.
၃၁ဤလူမျိုးတို့သည်ကားလူအမျိုးမျိုးကွဲပြား လျက် အပြည်ပြည်တို့၌နေထိုင်၍ လူမျိုးစုအလိုက် သီးခြားဘာသာစကားများကိုပြောဆိုကြ သောရှေမ၏အဆက်အနွယ်များဖြစ်ကြ၏။
32 These are the families of the sons of Noah, by their generations, according to their nations. The nations divided from these in the earth after the flood.
၃၂ဤလူမျိုးအားလုံးတို့သည်သူတို့၏အဆက် အနွယ်နှင့် လူမျိုးအသီးသီးအလိုက်ဖော်ပြ ထားသောနောဧ၏သားစဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့ဖြစ် သတည်း။ ရေလွှမ်းမိုးပြီးနောက်ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီး ပေါ်တွင်ရှိသမျှသောလူမျိုးတို့သည် နောဧ ၏သားများမှဆင်းသက်လာသောအဆက် အနွယ်များပင်ဖြစ်ကြ၏။
