< 2 Timothy 3 >
1 But know this: that in the last days, grievous times will come.
To ngʼe malongʼo ni kinde mag chandruok nobedie e ndalo giko.
2 For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Ji nobed koherore kendgi kendo kohero pesa. Ginibed josunga, jongʼayi, joma yanyo ji, joma ok winj jonywolgi, joma ok go erokamano, kendo joma ok ler,
3 without natural affection, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, not lovers of good,
jogi nobed joma onge hera kendo joma ok wene ji richogi, joma ketho nying ji; joma ok ritre, jo-mahundu, kendo joma ok ohero ber,
4 traitors, headstrong, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
ginibed andhoke, joma mwomore, josunga, joma ohero mor moloyo Nyasaye,
5 holding a form of godliness but having denied its power. Turn away from these, also.
gitimo gik manenore ni gin joma oluoro Nyasaye to ngimagi nyiso ni gionge gima luoro Nyasaye kelo. In to nyaka ipogri chuth gi joma kamago.
6 For some of these are people who creep into houses and take captive gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts,
Joma kamago ema donjo e miech ji kendo gihoyo mon ma pachgi yomyom mogangore gi kit richo mayoreyore kendo ma gombo maricho ywayo pachgi koni gi koni,
7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
mon makamagi oikore mar winjo puonj to kata kamano ok ginyal chopo e okangʼ mar rwako adiera.
8 Even as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so these also oppose the truth, men corrupted in mind, who concerning the faith are rejected.
Mana kaka Janes gi Jambre nokedo gi Musa e kaka jogi bende kedo gi adiera, gin joma pachgi osekethore kendo jogo ma osekwedi kaluwore gi yie.
9 But they will proceed no further. For their folly will be evident to all men, as theirs also came to be.
To ok ginidhi mabor nikech fupgi biro nenore ni ji duto mana kaka notimore ni jogo.
10 But you followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, steadfastness,
In iseluwo puonjna duto, gi kit ngimana, kod gik machano timo e ngimana; iseneno gi yiena, gi kindana, kod herana gi dhilna,
11 persecutions, and sufferings—those things that happened to me at Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. I endured those persecutions. The Lord delivered me out of them all.
kod sand gi chandruok mara. Ingʼeyo gik moko duto mane otimorena Antiokia gi Ikonio kod Lustra, kendo ingʼeyo kaka ne adhil e sand mager! To Ruoth noresa kuom sandgo duto.
12 Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.
Chutho, ochunore ni ngʼato angʼata madwaro dak e ngima maler moluoro Nyasaye ka en e achiel gi Kristo Yesu, nyaka ne sand,
13 But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.
kata kamano, joma richo kod joma wuondore nomed bedo joma richo moloyo, ka gi wuondo ji to gin bende iwuondogi.
14 But you remain in the things which you have learned and have been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them.
In to nyaka isik kimako weche misepuonjori kendo mingʼeyo ni adier chuth, nikech ingʼeyo kit ngima joma nopuonji,
15 From infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
bende ngʼe ni nyaka ia e nyathi isebedo kingʼeyo weche manie Muma Maler manyalo miyi rieko makeloni warruok kuom yie Kristo Yesu.
16 Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness,
Weche duto manie Muma oa kuom much Nyasaye kendo konyo kuom puonjo ji, kendo kuom kwero gik maricho, kendo kuom rieyo ji, kendo kuom tiego ji mondo ji obed joma kare,
17 that each person who belongs to God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
eka ngʼat Nyasaye obed molony chuth ne tich moro amora maber.
