< 2 Corinthians 7 >

1 Having therefore these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Hinu, valongo vangu, tikavya tipewili gala goha getalaganili, ndi tijinyambisa na chindu chochoha chechihotola kutihakasa higa na mipungu yitu, tivya vamsopi neju na kutama kumtopesa neju Chapanga.
2 Open your hearts to us. We wronged no one. We corrupted no one. We took advantage of no one.
Tiyupa mtipela fwasi mumitima yinu! Timuhokili lepi mundu yoyoha kumyoka amala kumkonga mundu yoyoha.
3 I say this not to condemn you, for I have said before that you are in our hearts to die together and live together.
Nijova lepi lijambu lenili ndava ya kumuhamla mundu. Muni ngati cha nakalongolili kujova, nyenye muvi mumitima yitu, tifwai pamonga na kutama pamonga.
4 Great is my boldness of speech toward you. Great is my boasting on your behalf. I am filled with comfort. I overflow with joy in all our affliction.
Nene nikuvasadika neju na kumeka panani yinu! Mumang'ahiso gitu goha, nipoliswi mtima na luheku neju.
5 For even when we had come into Macedonia, our flesh had no relief, but we were afflicted on every side. Fightings were outside. Fear was inside.
Hati patahikili mulima wa Makedonia nakuhotola kupumulila. Tapatili mang'ahiso, kuhuma kila upandi, patavi na mhutanu na vandu vangi mewawa tavi na wogohi mumitima yitu.
6 Nevertheless, he who comforts the lowly, God, comforted us by the coming of Titus,
Nambu Chapanga, mwakuvapolesa mtima vangolongondi, avapolisi mtima mukubwela kwa Tito.
7 and not by his coming only, but also by the comfort with which he was comforted in you while he told us of your longing, your mourning, and your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced still more.
Lepi ndu mukubwela kwaki Tito, nambu ndava ya kujova pemwamkangamalisi mtima. Mwene atijovili chamwinogela kunilola na chamvii ngolongondi na chamwigana kunikengelela. Lijambu lenili litihekesa neju.
8 For though I grieved you with my letter, I do not regret it, though I did regret it. For I see that my letter made you grieve, though just for a while.
Hati ngati kwa balua yangu yila yavaletili ungolongondi, nambu hinu niviniswa lepi mtima. Ena naviniswi mtima panamanyili balua yila yivapeli ungolongondi pamonga yavi mulukumbi ndu.
9 I now rejoice, not that you were grieved, but that you were grieved to repentance. For you were grieved in a godly way, that you might suffer loss by us in nothing.
Hinu nivii na luheku, lepi ndava mngolongoniswi, nambu ndava ngolongondi yinu yivakiti muleka matendu gahakau na kumuwuyila Chapanga. Mngolongoniswa ngati cheaganili Chapanga, ndava yeniyo tete tavavinisi lepi nyenye kwa loloha.
10 For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, which brings no regret. But the sorrow of the world produces death.
Kuvya na ungolongondi cheigana Chapanga kukuvahenga vandu vang'anamuka mumtima yavi na kunang'amuka kwenuko ndi kuleta usangula. Ndava yeniyo kawaka lijambu la kuvinisa mtima penapo, nambu ungolongondi wa vandu va pamulima wewileta lifwa.
11 For behold, this same thing, that you were grieved in a godly way, what earnest care it worked in you. Yes, what defense, indignation, fear, longing, zeal, and vindication! In everything you demonstrated yourselves to be pure in the matter.
Hinu mlola chechihengiwi muungolongondi winu ngati Chapanga cheaganili, hinu nyenye yevakiti mkangamalayi neju, kulangisa kuvya mubudili lepi. Mwaviniswi mtima na kukenyemuka, chemvii na mnogo uvaha wa kunilola, na mukumlekela Chapanga ahukumwayi. Nyenye mulangisi mukila njila kuvya mubudili lepi mulijambu lenili.
12 So although I wrote to you, I wrote not for his cause that did the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered the wrong, but that your earnest care for us might be revealed in you in the sight of God.
Hinu, pamonga nayandiki balua yila yavili lepi ndava ya mundu mweabudili, amala ndava ya mundu mweabudiwi. Nayandiki muni yilolekana hotohoto palongolo ya Chapanga, nyenye chemujiwusili ndava yitu.
13 Therefore we have been comforted. In our comfort we rejoiced the more exceedingly for the joy of Titus, because his spirit has been refreshed by you all.
Ndava yeniyi tete tapoliswi mtima neju. Lepi tapoliswi mtima ndu, ndi mewa Tito atisangalwisu kwa kusangalusa wa avili nawu muni nyenye chemwamsangalwisi mtima.
14 For if in anything I have boasted to him on your behalf, I was not disappointed. But as we spoke all things to you in truth, so our glorying also which I made before Titus was found to be truth.
Nene nivalumbalili neju palongolo yaki, na mu lijambu lenilo nakunikola soni. Tivajovili uchakaka magono goha, na kula kuvalumbalila nyenye palongolo ya Tito kuvi lijambu la chakaka.
15 His affection is more abundantly toward you, while he remembers all of your obedience, how with fear and trembling you received him.
Hinu uganu waki wa mtima kwinu nyenye uyonjokesa neju akakumbukayi, ndi mwavoha nyenye chagayidakila malagizu gaki, na chamwampokili mumtima na utopesa neju.
16 I rejoice that in everything I am confident concerning you.
Nina luheku neju kuvya nihotola kuvahuvalila nyenye mukila lijambu loloha.
