2 Corinthians 3
1 Are we beginning again to commend ourselves? Or do we need, as do some, letters of commendation to you or from you?
Dibed ni wachako pwoyorenu kendo? Koso wachako dwaro barupe mag pwoch moa kuomu, kata mwabirogo iru, kaka jomoko ohero timo?
2 You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men,
Un e barupewa, mondiki e chunywa, kendo ma ji duto ongʼeyo, kendo somo.
3 being revealed that you are a letter of Christ, served by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tablets of stone, but in tablets that are hearts of flesh.
Unyiso ni un barupe moa kuom Kristo, ma tijwa okelo, ma ok ondiki gi wino, to mondiki gi Roho Maler mar Nyasaye mangima, bende ok ma ondiki e kite mopa, to mondiki e chuny dhano.
4 Such confidence we have through Christ toward God,
Mano e chir ma wan-go kuom Nyasaye nikech Kristo.
5 not that we are sufficient of ourselves to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God,
Ok ni wan gi nyalo moro kuomwa wawegi mar tiyo tijni, to nyalowa aa kuom Nyasaye.
6 who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
Osemiyowa nyalo mar bedo jotich mag singruok manyien, ma ok otenore kuom chik mondiki, to motenore kuom chuny, nikech chik kelo tho, to Roho to chiwo ngima.
7 But if the service of death, written engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the children of Israel could not look steadfastly on the face of Moses for the glory of his face, which was passing away,
Koro ka tich mane okelo tho, mane ondike kite mopa, ne obiro gi duongʼ mondo omi jo-Israel kik ngʼi wangʼ Musa tir nikech duongʼne kata obedo ni duongʼno ne dhi ka rumo kamano.
8 will not service of the Spirit be with much more glory?
To koro tich mar Roho dibed gi duongʼ machalo nadi?
9 For if the service of condemnation has glory, the service of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.
Ka tich ma ingʼadonego ji bura nigi duongʼ kamano, to tich, maketo ji kare, nyaka bed gi duongʼ moloyo!
10 For most certainly that which has been made glorious has not been made glorious in this respect, by reason of the glory that surpasses.
Nikech gimane nigi duongʼ sani kindecha koro onge gi duongʼ minyalo pimo gi mano maduongʼ moloye.
11 For if that which passes away was with glory, much more that which remains is in glory.
To ka mano marumo nobiro gi duongʼ kamano to kara koro mano masiko nyaka bed gi duongʼ mangʼongo moloyo!
12 Having therefore such a hope, we use great boldness of speech,
Emomiyo ka koro wan gi geno machal kama, wawuoyo gi chir mathoth.
13 and not as Moses, who put a veil on his face so that the children of Israel would not look steadfastly on the end of that which was passing away.
Ok wachal gi Musa mane umo wangʼe mondo kik jo-Israel ne ka ler manie pat wangʼe rumo.
14 But their minds were hardened, for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains, because in Christ it passes away.
To pachgi nosiko kodinore, nikech nyaka chil kawuono ragengʼno pod oumo chunygi ka isomo singruok machon. Pod ok ogole nikech ragengʼno igolo mana ka ngʼato ni kuom Kristo.
15 But to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart.
Kata mana sani kisomo chik Musa to ragengʼno pod oumo chunygi.
16 But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
To sa asaya ma ngʼato olokore odhi ir Ruoth to ragengʼno igolo oko.
17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
Koro Ruoth e Rohonogo; kendo kama Roho mar Ruoth nitie, thuolo nitie.
18 But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, the Spirit.
Koro wan duto mwaonge gi ragengʼ e wengewa wachalo gi rangʼi kendo wamiyo ler mar ruoth nenore ratiro kendo lerno medore ameda pile ka kitwa medo bedo machal kode; mano en tich Ruoth ma en Roho.
