< 2 Corinthians 10 >

1 Now I Paul, myself, entreat you by the humility and gentleness of Christ, I who in your presence am lowly among you, but being absent am bold toward you.
Bhai, nne a Pauli namwene ngunakunshondelesheyanga kwa tungamana na uguja malinga gwa a Kilishitu, nne nili jwa kwiitimalika pungubha na mmanganya, ikabheje na jwa makangala ga bheleketa, pungubha kwa talika na mmanganya
2 Yes, I beg you that I may not, when present, show courage with the confidence with which I intend to be bold against some, who consider us to be walking according to the flesh.
Ngunakunnjuganga nnamulayanje melekete kwa makangala pushing'ishepo, pabha nimumanyi kuti shindende nneyo ku bhandunji bhakutuganishiyanga kuti tunaakaguya ikubho ya pa shilambolyo.
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh;
Nankali tutama pa shilambolyo, ikabheje tukaakomana ngondo malinga shibhakomananga bhandunji bha pa shilambolyo.
4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds,
Pabha, ikomanilo ya nngondo jetu nngabha malinga ikomanilo ya pa shilambolyo, ikabhe ishikola mashili ga a Nnungu ga kombola kuangabhanya mashili ga bhamagongo. Tunaangabhanya ng'aniyo ya unami,
5 throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
na angabhanya ng'aniyo yowe ya kwiiniya, ibhishilwe nkupinga kutauka lumanyiyo lwa a Nnungu, tulikwiitenda ng'aniyo yowe yaakunde a Kilishitu.
6 and being in readiness to avenge all disobedience when your obedience is made full.
Na shitubhe tayali kuukumula shitendi shoshowe sha tauka, kukunda kwenunji kukamilikaga.
7 Do you look at things only as they appear in front of your face? If anyone trusts in himself that he is Christ’s, let him consider this again with himself, that even as he is Christ’s, so we also are Christ’s.
Mmanganyanji nnalolanga indu kwa palangape. Bhuli, apali mundu jojowe aganishiya kuti jwenejo jwa a Kilishitu? Bhai, atuganishiye na uwe kuti tubha a Kilishitu malinga shali jwenejo.
8 For even if I boast somewhat abundantly concerning our authority, which the Lord gave for building you up and not for casting you down, I will not be ashamed,
Bhai, nkali niitapaga kashoko kwa ligongo lya mashili gutupegwilwe na Bhakulungwa, ga kunshimilikanga nngulupai na nngabha ga kunng'angabhanyanga, kwa nneyo ngakola oni.
9 that I may not seem as if I desire to terrify you by my letters.
Ngapinga nnganishiyanje kuti ngunapinga kunnjogoyanga kwa bhaluwa yangu.
10 For, “His letters”, they say, “are weighty and strong, but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech is despised.”
Pabha bhananji bhakutinji, “Bhaluwa ya a Pauli inakalipa na ishikola malobhe ga topa, ikabhe bhayene bhabhaga na uwe bhakakola makangala, nkali malobhe gabho gakakola mashili.”
11 Let such a person consider this, that what we are in word by letters when we are absent, such are we also in deed when we are present.
Mundu jwa nneyo amumanye kuti, itujandika mmaluwa tubhaga kwatalika, yoyo peyo itutenda putuika kunngwenunji.
12 For we are not bold to number or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves. But they themselves, measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves with themselves, are without understanding.
Kwa kweli tukalinga kwiibhika eu kwiilinganya na bhandunji bhakwiiniyanga ashaayenenji. Ikabheje bhakwiipimanga na kwiilinganya ashayenenji kwa ashayenenji ni bhangumba.
13 But we will not boast beyond proper limits, but within the boundaries with which God appointed to us, which reach even to you.
Nkali nneyo, uwe tukakwiiniya kwa punda, ikabhe kwiiniya kwetu shikubhe nniengo libhatupele a Nnungu, kwa liengo litutenda mpaka kunng'ishilanga mmanganyanji.
14 For we do not stretch ourselves too much, as though we did not reach to you. For we came even as far as to you with the Good News of Christ,
Twangaiiniya kwa punda, pabha putwaishe kungwenunji kulunguya Ngani ja Mmbone ja a Kilishitu, twangapunda mipika.
15 not boasting beyond proper limits in other men’s labors, but having hope that as your faith grows, we will be abundantly enlarged by you in our sphere of influence,
Bhai, tukakwiiniya kwa liengo libhatendilenje bhananji, ikabhe tunaakulupalila kuti ngulupai jenunji shijipunde, na liengo lyetu shilipunde kujenjesheka munkumbi gwenunji, gwangali pelenganya mipika jitubhishilwe na a Nnungu.
16 so as to preach the Good News even to the parts beyond you, not to boast in what someone else has already done.
Penepo shitulunguye Ngani ja Mmbone mwilambo ina, kwa nneyo shitwiiniye kwa ligongo lya liengo lyetu na nngabha libhatendilenje bhananji.
17 But “he who boasts, let him boast in the Lord.”
Ikabheje, malinga shigakuti lugula Majandiko ga Ukonjelo, “Jwene apinga kwiiniya, aiiniye kwa ligongo lya Bhakulungwa.”
18 For it is not he who commends himself who is approved, but whom the Lord commends.
Pabha mundu apingwa, nngabha akwiilumbilila nnyene, ikabhe alumbililwa na Bhakulungwa.
