2 Chronicles 8
1 At the end of twenty years, in which Solomon had built the LORD’s house and his own house,
১চলোমনে যিহোৱাৰ গৃহ আৰু নিজৰ গৃহ সাঁজোতে বিশ বছৰ লাগিল,
2 Solomon built the cities which Huram had given to Solomon, and caused the children of Israel to dwell there.
২যেতিয়া হীৰমে চলোমনক যি যি নগৰ ওভটাই দিছিল, সেই বিশ বছৰৰ মুৰত সেইবোৰ চলোমনে পুনৰায় সাজিলে আৰু সেইবোৰত ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলক বাস কৰিবলৈ দিলে।
3 Solomon went to Hamath Zobah, and prevailed against it.
৩চলোমনে হমাৎ-চোবালৈ গৈ তাক আক্ৰমণ কৰি পৰাজয় কৰিলে।
4 He built Tadmor in the wilderness, and all the storage cities, which he built in Hamath.
৪আৰু মৰুপ্ৰান্তত থকা তদ্মোৰ নগৰ আৰু হমাতত যি যি ভঁৰাল থকা নগৰ আছিল, সেইবোৰ তেওঁ নিৰ্মাণ কৰিলে৷
5 Also he built Beth Horon the upper and Beth Horon the lower, fortified cities with walls, gates, and bars;
৫ইয়াৰ ওপৰিও তেওঁ উজনি বৈৎহোৰোণ আৰু নামনি বৈৎ-হোৰোণ পুনৰায় নিৰ্ম্মাণ কৰিলে; এই দুখন নগৰ গড়, দুৱাৰ আৰু ডাং থকা সুসজ্জিত নগৰ।
6 and Baalath, and all the storage cities that Solomon had, and all the cities for his chariots, the cities for his horsemen, and all that Solomon desired to build for his pleasure in Jerusalem, in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.
৬বালৎ আৰু সামগ্ৰী সমূহ মজুত ৰাখিবৰ বাবে তেওঁ অধিকাৰত থকা নগৰবোৰ নিৰ্মান কৰিলে। তেওঁৰ ৰথ ৰাখিবৰ বাবে আৰু অশ্বাৰোহীসকল থাকিবৰ বাবে নগৰ সাজিলে; তেওঁৰ সন্তুষ্টিৰ বাবে যিৰূচালেমত, লিবানোনত, তেওঁ যি যি নিৰ্মান কৰিব বিচাৰিছিল, সেই সকলোকে কৰিলে আৰু এইদৰে তেওঁৰ শাসনাধীন সকলো দেশতে কৰিলে।
7 As for all the people who were left of the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, who were not of Israel—
৭ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ মাজৰ নোহোৱা অৱশিষ্ট থকা হিত্তীয়া, ইমোৰীয়া, পৰিজ্জীয়া, হিব্বীয়া আৰু যিবুচীয়া লোকসকলৰ,
8 of their children who were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel did not consume—of them Solomon conscripted forced labor to this day.
৮যি বংশধৰৰ সন্তান সকল দেশত অৱশিষ্ট থাকিল, যিসকলক ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলে উচ্ছন্ন নকৰিলে, তেওঁলোকৰ মাজৰ পৰাই বন্দী কামৰ বাবে চলোমনে মানুহ গোটালে; আৰু তেওঁলোকে আজিলৈকে তাকেই কৰি আছে।
9 But of the children of Israel, Solomon made no servants for his work, but they were men of war, chief of his captains, and rulers of his chariots and of his horsemen.
৯কিন্তু চলোমনে তেওঁৰ কাৰ্যৰ বাবে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ সন্তান সকলৰ মাজৰ কোনো এজনকো বন্দী-কামত নলগালে৷ বৰং তেওঁলোক তেওঁৰ ৰণুৱা, সেনাপতি আৰু সাৰথি ও অশ্বাৰোহীৰ অধ্যক্ষ হ’ল।
10 These were the chief officers of King Solomon, even two-hundred fifty, who ruled over the people.
১০তেওঁলোকৰ মাজৰ দুশ পঞ্চাশজন লোক চলোমন ৰজাৰ কাৰ্যত নিযুক্ত কৰা প্ৰধান বিষয়া আছিল; তেওঁলোকে লোকসকলৰ কাম তদাৰক কৰিছিল৷
11 Solomon brought up Pharaoh’s daughter out of David’s city to the house that he had built for her; for he said, “My wife shall not dwell in the house of David king of Israel, because the places where the LORD’s ark has come are holy.”
১১পাছত চলোমনে ফৰৌণৰ জীয়েকৰ বাবে সজা গৃহলৈ, দায়ূদৰ নগৰৰ পৰা তেওঁক অনালে; কিয়নো তেওঁ কৈছিল, “মোৰ ভাৰ্য্যা ইস্ৰায়েলৰ দায়ুদ ৰজাৰ গৃহত বাস নকৰিব; কাৰণ যি যি ঠাইলৈ যিহোৱাৰ নিয়ম-চন্দুক আহে, সেই ঠাইবোৰ পবিত্ৰ।”
12 Then Solomon offered burnt offerings to the LORD on the LORD’s altar which he had built before the porch,
১২তাৰ পাছত চলোমনে বাৰাণ্ডাৰ আগত নিজে নিৰ্ম্মাণ কৰা যিহোৱাৰ যজ্ঞবেদীৰ ওপৰত যিহোৱাৰ উদ্দেশ্যে হোম-বলি উৎসৰ্গ কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে৷
13 even as the duty of every day required, offering according to the commandment of Moses on the Sabbaths, on the new moons, and on the set feasts, three times per year, during the feast of unleavened bread, during the feast of weeks, and during the feast of booths.
১৩প্ৰতিদিনৰ বিধি অনুসাৰে, তেওঁ মোচিৰ আজ্ঞামতে বিশ্ৰামবাৰত, ন-জোনত, আৰু নিৰূপিত পৰ্বৰ দিনত, যেনে খমীৰ নিদিয়া পিঠাৰ পৰ্ব্ব, সাত সপ্তাহৰ পৰ্ব আৰু পঁজা-পৰ্ব্বৰ দিনবোৰত এই বলি তিনিবাৰকৈ বছৰৰ ভিতৰত উৎসৰ্গ কৰিলে।
14 He appointed, according to the ordinance of David his father, the divisions of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their offices, to praise and to minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required, the doorkeepers also by their divisions at every gate, for David the man of God had so commanded.
১৪তেওঁ পিতৃ ৰজা দায়ূদৰ নিৰ্দেশ অনুসৰণ কৰিলে, চলোমনে মন্দিৰৰ সেৱা কাৰ্য আৰু প্ৰতিদিনৰ বিধি অনুসাৰে ঈশ্বৰৰ প্ৰশংসা কৰিবলৈ পুৰোহিত আৰু লেবীয়াসকল তেওঁলোকৰ নিজ নিজ পদত নিযুক্ত কৰিলে। ইয়াৰ উপৰিও তেওঁ দুৱাৰবোৰত বিভাগ অনুসৰি দুৱৰীবোৰ নিযুক্ত কৰিলে আৰু তেওঁলোকক নিৰ্দেশবোৰো দিলে।
15 They did not depart from the commandment of the king to the priests and Levites concerning any matter or concerning the treasures.
১৫এই লোকসকলে পুৰোহিত আৰু লেবীয়াসকলক বা ভঁড়াল ঘৰৰ বিষয়ত ৰজাই দিয়া আজ্ঞাৰ পৰা কেতিয়াও বিপথে যোৱা নাছিল।
16 Now all the work of Solomon was accomplished from the day of the foundation of the LORD’s house until it was finished. So the LORD’s house was completed.
১৬এই দৰে যিহোৱাৰ গৃহৰ ভিত্তিমূল স্থাপন কৰা দিনৰ পৰা তাক নিৰ্ম্মাণ কৰি শেষ কৰালৈকে চলোমনৰ সকলো কাৰ্য নিয়মিতৰূপে চলিল। এইদৰে যিহোৱাৰ গৃহ সম্পূৰ্ণকৈ সমাপ্ত কৰা হ’ল আৰু কার্যত লগোৱা হ’ল।
17 Then Solomon went to Ezion Geber and to Eloth, on the seashore in the land of Edom.
১৭সেই কালত চলোমন ইদোম দেশৰ সাগৰৰ তীৰত থকা ইচিয়োন-গেবৰলৈ আৰু এলতলৈ গ’ল।
18 Huram sent him ships and servants who had knowledge of the sea by the hands of his servants; and they came with the servants of Solomon to Ophir, and brought from there four hundred fifty talents of gold, and brought them to King Solomon.
১৮আৰু হীৰমে নিজৰ দাসবোৰৰ দ্বাৰাই তেওঁৰ গুৰিলৈ জাহাজ আৰু সামুদ্ৰিক কাৰ্যত নিপুণ দাসবোৰক পঠিয়ালে; আৰু তেওঁলোকে চলোমনৰ দাসবোৰৰ লগত ওফীৰলৈ গ’ল। তাৰ পৰা তেওঁলোকে চাৰিশ পঞ্চাশ কিক্কৰ সোণ লৈ চলোমন ৰজাৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিল।
