Revelation 21
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and the sea is no more.
१आणि मी नवे आकाश आणि नवी पृथ्वी ही बघितली कारण पहिले आकाश व पहिली पृथ्वी ही निघून गेली होती आणि समुद्रही राहिला नव्हता.
2 And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, having been prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
२आणि मी ती पवित्र नगरी, नवे यरूशलेम, देवाकडून स्वर्गातून खाली येत असलेली बघितली. ती वरासाठी साज चढवून सजविलेल्या वधूप्रमाणे दिसत होती;
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them.
३आणि मी राजासनातून एक मोठी वाणी ऐकली; ती म्हणालीः “पाहा, देवाचा मंडप मनुष्यांत आहे, तो त्यांच्याबरोबर वस्ती करील; ते त्याचे लोक होतील आणि देव स्वतः त्यांच्याबरोबर राहील
4 And he will wipe away every tear from their eyes. And there will not be any more death, nor grief, nor crying, nor will there be any more anguish, because the former things are gone.
४तो त्यांच्या डोळ्यांतले सर्व अश्रू पुसेल; आणि ह्यापुढे मरण राहणार नाही; दुःख, आक्रोश, किंवा क्लेशही होणार नाहीत; कारण पहिल्या गोष्टी होऊन गेल्या आहेत.”
5 And he who sits upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he says to me, Write, because these words are true and faithful.
५तेव्हा राजासनावर बसलेला म्हणालाः “पाहा, मी सर्वकाही नवीन करतो आणि तो मला म्हणाला, लिही; कारण ही वचने विश्वसनीय आणि खरी आहेत.”
6 And he said to me, I have become, I, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to him who is thirsty of the fountain of the water of life freely.
६आणि तो मला म्हणालाः “या गोष्टी झाल्या आहेत. मी अल्फा आणि ओमेगा, आरंभ आणि शेवट आहे. जो तान्हेला असेल त्यास मी जीवनाच्या झऱ्याचे पाणी फुकट देईन.
7 He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be God to him, and he will be a son to me.
७जो विजय मिळवतो तो या सर्व गोष्टी वारशाने मिळवील; मी त्यांचा देव होईन आणि तो माझा पुत्र होईल.
9 And there came one of the seven agents who had the seven bowls containing the seven last plagues, and he spoke with me, saying, Come, I will show thee the woman, the bride of the Lamb.
९मग ज्या सात देवदूतांनी त्या सात शेवटल्या पीडांनी भरलेल्या, सात वाट्या घेतल्या होत्या त्यांच्यातला एक येऊन माझ्याशी बोलला आणि मला म्हणाला, “इकडे ये, मी तुला वधू, कोकऱ्याची नवरी दाखवतो.”
10 And he carried me away in spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, holy Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,
१०तेव्हा त्याने मला आत्म्याने एका मोठ्या उंच डोंगरावर नेले आणि त्याने मला ती पवित्र नगरी यरूशलेम देवाकडून स्वर्गातून खाली उतरतांना दाखवली.
11 having the glory of God, the light of it similar to a most precious stone, like a jasper stone being crystal clear,
११यरूशलेमेच्या ठायी देवाचे तेज होते; आणि तिचे तेज अतिमोलवान खड्यासारखे; स्फटिकाप्रमाणे चमकणाऱ्या यास्फे रत्नासारखे होते.
12 which has a great and high wall having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve agents, and names inscribed, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel:
१२तिला मोठा आणि उंच तट होता; त्यास बारा वेशी होत्या आणि वेशींपुढे बारा देवदूत होते आणि त्यावर नावे लिहिलेली होती; ती इस्राएलाच्या बारा वंशजांची नावे होती,
13 from the east, three gates, and from the north, three gates, and from the south, three gates, and from the west, three gates.
१३पूर्वेकडे तीन वेशी; उत्तरेकडे तीन वेशी; दक्षिणेकडे तीन वेशी आणि पश्चिमेकडे तीन वेशी होत्या.
14 And the wall of the city having twelve foundations, and on them the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
१४आणि नगरीच्या तटाला बारा पाये होते; त्यावर कोकऱ्याच्या बारा प्रेषितांची नावे होती.
15 And he who spoke with me had a measure, a golden reed, so that he might measure the city, and the gates of it, and the walls of it.
१५आणि जो माझ्याशी बोलत होता त्याच्याजवळ त्या नगरीचे, तिच्या वेशींचे व तिच्या तटाचे माप घ्यायला एक सोन्याचा बोरू होता.
16 And the city lies foursquare, and the length of it is as great as the breadth. And he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs, the length and the breadth and the height of it being equal.
१६ती नगरी चौकोनी बांधलेली होती; आणि तिची लांबी जितकी होती तितकीच तिची रुंदी होती; आणि त्याने बोरूने माप घेतले ते साडेसातशे कोस भरले; तिची लांबी, रुंदी आणि उंची या समसमान होत्या.
17 And he measured the wall of it, a hundred and forty-four forearms, a measure of a man, that is, of an agent.
१७आणि त्याने तटाचे माप घेतले ते मनुष्याच्या म्हणजे त्या दूताच्या हाताप्रमाणे एकशे चव्वेचाळीस हात भरले;
18 And the structure of its wall was jasper. And the city was pure gold, similar to clear glass.
१८तिच्या तटाचे बांधकाम यास्फे रत्नाचे होते; आणि नगरी स्वच्छ काचेप्रमाणे, शुद्ध सोन्याची होती.
19 And the foundations of the wall of the city adorned with every precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second, sapphire, the third, chalcedony, the fourth, emerald,
१९आणि नगरीच्या तटाचे पाये अनेक प्रकारचे मोलवान पाषाण लावून सजविले होते. पहिला पाया यास्फे, दुसरा नीलमणी, तिसरा शिवधातू चौथा पाचू,
20 the fifth, sardonyx, the sixth, sardius, the seventh, chrysolite, the eighth, beryl, the ninth, topaz, the tenth, chrysoprase, the eleventh, jacinth, the twelfth, amethyst.
२०पाचवा गोमेद, सहावा सार्दि, सातवा लसण्या, आठवा वैडूर्य, नववा पुष्कराज, दहावा सोनलसणी, अकरावा याकीथ आणि बारावा पद्मंराग.
21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls apiece, each one of the gates was of one pearl. And the thoroughfare of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
२१आणि बारा वेशी बारा मोत्यांच्या होत्या; प्रत्येक वेस एका मोत्याची केली होती. नगरीचा रस्ता शुद्ध सोन्याचा, पारदर्शक काचेसारखा होता.
22 And I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God Almighty is the temple of it, and the Lamb.
२२आणि मी तेथे भवन बघितले नाही; कारण सर्वसमर्थ प्रभू देव आणि कोकरा हेच तिचे भवन आहेत.
23 And the city has no need of the sun, nor of the moon, so that they might shine in it, for the glory of God illuminated it, and the light of it is the Lamb.
२३आणि त्या नगरीला प्रकाश द्यायला सूर्याची किंवा चंद्राची गरज नव्हती; कारण देवाचे तेज तिला प्रकाश देते आणि कोकरा तिचा दिवा आहे,
24 And the nations will walk by the light of it. And the kings of the earth bring to them the splendor and worth of the nations into it.
२४राष्ट्रे तिच्या प्रकाशात चालतील; आणि पृथ्वीचे राजे आपले वैभव तिच्यात आणतील.
25 And the gates of it will, no, not be locked by day, for there will be no night there.
२५तिच्या वेशी दिवसा कधीही बंद केल्या जाणार नाहीत; आणि तेथे रात्र होणारच नाही.
26 And they will bring the splendor and the worth of the nations into it.
२६त्या राष्ट्रांकडून वैभव आणि मान तिच्यात आणतील;
27 And there will, no, not enter into it anything profane, and doing an abomination and a lie, since they are not written in the Lamb's book of life.
२७तेथे कोणतीही अशुद्ध गोष्ट किंवा अमंगळपणाची कृती करणारा अथवा लबाडी करणारा कोणीही मनुष्य, कोणत्याही प्रकारे प्रवेश करणार नाही पण कोकऱ्याच्या जीवनाच्या पुस्तकात ज्यांची नावे लिहिण्यात आली आहेत त्यांनाच प्रवेश करता येईल.
