Psalms 95

1 O come, let us sing to Jehovah. Let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.

೧ಬನ್ನಿರಿ, ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಹಾಡೋಣ; ನಮ್ಮ ರಕ್ಷಕನಾದ ಶರಣನಿಗೆ ಜಯಘೋಷ ಮಾಡೋಣ.

2 Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving. Let us make a joyful noise to him with psalms.

೨ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿಯೊಡನೆ ಆತನ ಸನ್ನಿಧಿಗೆ ಸೇರೋಣ; ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಜಯಘೋಷ ಮಾಡೋಣ.

3 For Jehovah is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

೩ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮಹಾದೇವರೂ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇವರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

4 In his hand are the deep places of the earth. The heights of the mountains are also his.

೪ಭೂಮಿಯ ಅಗಾಧವು ಆತನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ; ಪರ್ವತಶಿಖರಗಳು ಆತನವೇ.

5 The sea is his, and he made it. And his hands formed the dry land.

೫ಆತನೇ ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದವನು; ಅದು ಆತನದೇ, ಒಣನೆಲವು ಆತನ ಕೈಕೆಲಸವೇ.

6 O come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before Jehovah our maker.

೬ಬನ್ನಿರಿ; ನಮ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಿಕನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸಾಷ್ಟಾಂಗವೆರಗಿ ಆರಾಧಿಸೋಣ.

7 For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today, O that ye would hear his voice!

೭ಆತನು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರು; ನಾವೋ ಆತನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಜೆಯೂ, ಆತನ ಕೈಕೆಳಗಿರುವ ಹಿಂಡೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನೀವು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ಆತನ ಶಬ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಒಳ್ಳೇಯದು.

8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, as the day of trial in the wilderness,

೮ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯರು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೆರೀಬದಲ್ಲಿ, ಮಸ್ಸಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ದಿನದಂತೆ, ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿರಿ.

9 where your fathers challenged me, proved me, and saw my work.

೯ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು; ನನ್ನ ಮಹತ್ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೋಧಿಸಿದರು.

10 Forty years long I was grieved with that generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways.

೧೦ನಾನು ನಲ್ವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷ ಆ ಸಂತತಿಯವರ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಸರಗೊಂಡೆನು; “ಈ ಜನರು ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗುವವರು, ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯರಾಗದವರು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆನು.

11 Therefore I swore in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

೧೧ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಇವರು, “ನನ್ನ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಬಾರದು” ಎಂದು ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದೆನು.
