Psalms 94
1 O Jehovah, thou God to whom vengeance belongs, thou God to whom vengeance belongs, shine forth.
১হে প্রতিফল দানকারী ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুু, ঈশ্বর আপনার ক্রোধ প্রকাশ করুন।
2 Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth. Render to the proud a recompense.
২ওঠ, হে পৃথিবীর বিচারকর্ত্তা, অহঙ্কারীদেরকে অপকারের প্রতিফল দাও।
3 Jehovah, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
৩দুষ্টরা কত কাল, হে সদাপ্রভু, দুষ্টরা কত কাল উল্লাস করবে?
4 They prate, they speak arrogantly. All the workers of iniquity boast themselves.
৪তারা বকবক করছে, সগর্বে কথা বলছে, অধর্মচারী সবাই অহঙ্কার করছে।
5 They break in pieces thy people, O Jehovah, and afflict thy heritage.
৫হে সদাপ্রভুু, তোমার প্রজাদেরকেই তারা চূর্ণ করছে, তোমার অধিকারকে দুঃখ দিচ্ছে।
6 They kill the widow and the sojourner, and murder the fatherless.
৬তারা বিধবা ও প্রবাসীকে বধ করছে; পিতৃহীনদেরকে মেরে ফেলছে।
7 And they say, Jehovah will not see, nor will the God of Jacob consider.
৭তারা বলছে সদাপ্রভুু দেখবেন না, যাকোবের ঈশ্বর বিবেচনা করবেন না।
8 Consider, ye brutish among the people, and ye fools, when will ye be wise?
৮হে লোকদের মধ্যবর্ত্তী নরপশুরা, বিবেচনা কর; হে নির্বোধেরা, কবে তোমাদের সুবুদ্ধি হবে?
9 He who planted the ear, shall he not hear? He who formed the eye, shall he not see?
৯যিনি কান সৃষ্টি করেছেন, তিনি কি শুনবেন না? যিনি চোখ গঠন করেছেন, তিনি কি দেখবেন না?
10 He who chastises the nations, shall he not correct, even he who teaches man knowledge?
১০যিনি জাতিদের শিক্ষাদাতা, তিনি কি ভর্ত্সনা করবেন না? তিনিই তো মানুষকে জ্ঞান শিক্ষা দেন।
11 Jehovah knows the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.
১১সদাপ্রভুু, মানুষের কল্পনাগুলি জানেন, সেগুলো সবই ভ্রষ্ট।
12 Blessed is the man whom thou chasten, O Jehovah, and teach out of thy law,
১২ধন্য সেই ব্যক্তি যাকে তুমি শাসন কর, হে সদাপ্রভুু যাকে তুমি আপন ব্যবস্থা থেকে শিক্ষা দাও,
13 that thou may give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit is dug for a wicked man.
১৩যেন তুমি তাকে বিপদের দিনের র থেকে বিশ্রাম দাও, দুষ্টের জন্য যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত কুয়ো খোঁড়া না হয়।
14 For Jehovah will not cast off his people, nor will he forsake his inheritance.
১৪কারণ সদাপ্রভুু নিজের প্রজাদেরকে দূর করবেন না, নিজের অধিকার ছাড়বেন না।
15 For judgment shall return to righteousness, and all the upright in heart shall follow it.
১৫রাজ শাসন আবার ধার্মিকতার কাছে আসবে; সরলমনা সকলেই তার অনুগামী হবে।
16 Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
১৬কে আমার পক্ষ হয়ে দূরাচারদের বিরুদ্ধে উঠবে? কে আমার পক্ষে দুষ্টদের বিরুদ্ধে দাড়াবে?
17 Unless Jehovah had been my help, my soul would have soon dwelt in silence.
১৭সদাপ্রভুু যদি আমায় সাহায্য না করতেন, আমার প্রাণ তাড়াতাড়ি নিঃশব্দ জায়গায় বসবাস করত।
18 When I said, My foot slips, thy loving kindness, O Jehovah, held me up.
১৮যখন আমি বলতাম, আমার পা বিচলিত হল, তখন, হে সদাপ্রভুু, তোমার দয়া আমাকে সুস্থির রাখত।
19 In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
১৯আমার মনের চিন্তা বাড়ার দিনের, তোমার দেওয়া সান্ত্বনা আমার প্রাণকে আহ্লাদিত করে
20 Shall the throne of wickedness have fellowship with thee, which frames mischief by statute?
২০দুষ্টতার সিংহাসন কি তোমার সখা হতে পারে? যারা সংবিধানের মাধ্যমে অন্যায় তৈরী করে?
21 They gather themselves together against the soul of a righteous man, and condemn innocent blood.
২১তারা ধার্ম্মিকের প্রাণের বিরুদ্ধে দলবদ্ধ হয়, নির্দোষের রক্তকে দোষী করে।
22 But Jehovah has been my high tower, and my God the rock of my refuge.
২২কিন্তু সদাপ্রভুু আমার উচ্চ দূর্গ হয়েছেন, আমার ঈশ্বর আমার আশ্রয়-শৈল হয়েছেন।
23 And he has brought upon them their own iniquity, and will cut them off in their own wickedness. Jehovah our God will cut them off.
২৩তিনি তাদের অধর্ম্ম তাদেরই উপরে দিয়েছেন, তাদের দুষ্টতায় তাদের উচ্ছিন্ন করবেন; সদাপ্রভুু আমাদের ঈশ্বর, তাদেরকেই উচ্ছিন্ন করবেন।
