Psalms 58
1 Do ye indeed speak righteousness in silence? Do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?
ପ୍ରଧାନ ବାଦ୍ୟକର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଲ୍-ତଶ୍ହେତ୍ ସ୍ୱରରେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗୀତ; ମିକ୍ତାମ୍। ପ୍ରକୃତରେ କି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନୀରବ ହୋଇ ଧର୍ମନୀତି କହୁଅଛ? ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କି ନ୍ୟାୟରେ ବିଚାର କରୁଅଛ?
2 No! In heart ye work wickedness. Ye weigh out the violence of your hands in the earth.
ବରଞ୍ଚ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ହୃଦୟରେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ସାଧନ କରୁଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଦେଶରେ ସ୍ୱହସ୍ତର ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ତୌଲୁଅଛ।
3 The wicked are estranged from the womb. They go astray as soon as they are born, speaking lies.
ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନେ ଗର୍ଭରୁ ବିପଥଗାମୀ; ସେମାନେ ଜନ୍ମଠାରୁ ମିଥ୍ୟା କହି କହି ବିପଥରେ ଗମନ କରନ୍ତି।
4 Their poison is like the poison of a serpent, like the deaf adder that stops her ear,
ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବିଷ ସର୍ପର ବିଷ ତୁଲ୍ୟ; ସେମାନେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣରୋଧକାରିଣୀ ବଧିରା କାଳସର୍ପିଣୀ ତୁଲ୍ୟ;
5 which hearkens not to the voice of charmers, charming ever so wisely.
ସାପୁଡ଼ିଆମାନେ ଯେତେ ନିପୁଣ ଭାବରେ ମନ୍ତ୍ର ପଢ଼ିଲେ ହେଁ, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱର ଶୁଣେ ନାହିଁ।
6 Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth. Break out the great teeth of the young lions, O Jehovah.
ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଖରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦନ୍ତ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଅ; ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୋ, ଯୁବା ସିଂହମାନଙ୍କର କଳଦନ୍ତ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଅ।
7 Let them melt away as water that runs with haste. When he aims his arrows, let them be as though they were cut off,
ସେମାନେ ବହନ୍ତା ଜଳ ପରି ତରଳି ଯାଉନ୍ତୁ; ସେ ଆପଣା ତୀର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ କରିବା ବେଳେ ତାହାସବୁ ଛିନ୍ନ ତୀର ତୁଲ୍ୟ ହେଉ।
8 as a snail which melts and passes away, as the untimely birth of a woman, that has not seen the sun.
ଯେଉଁ ଶାମୁକା ଯାଉ ଯାଉ ତରଳି ଯାଏ ଓ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ଯେଉଁ ଅକାଳଜାତ ସନ୍ତାନ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦେଖି ନାହିଁ, ତାହାରି ପରି ସେମାନେ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ।
9 Before your pots can feel the thorns, he will take them away with a whirlwind, the green and the burning alike.
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ହାଣ୍ଡି କଣ୍ଟକ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ ନ କରିବା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେ କଞ୍ଚା ଓ ପୋଡ଼ା ସମସ୍ତ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବାୟୁରେ ଉଡ଼ାଇ ନେବେ।
10 A righteous man shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance. He shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked,
ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦେଖି ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବ; ସେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ରକ୍ତରେ ଆପଣା ପାଦ ଧୋଇବ।
11 so that men shall say, Truly there is a reward for the righteous man. Truly there is a God who judges in the earth.
ତହିଁରେ ଲୋକମାନେ କହିବେ, ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲୋକ ପାଇଁ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଅଛି; ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତା ଏକ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଛନ୍ତି।
