< Psalms 47 >
1 O clap your hands, all ye peoples. Shout to God with the voice of triumph.
Koramma dwom. Amanaman nyinaa, mommɔ mo nsam; momfa anigye nteɛ mu mfrɛ Onyankopɔn.
2 For Jehovah Most High is awesome. He is a great King over all the earth.
Awurade Ɔsorosoroni no ho yɛ nwonwa, Ɔyɛ Ɔhene kɛse wɔ asase nyinaa so!
3 He subdues peoples under us, and nations under our feet.
Ɔde amanaman hyɛɛ yɛn ase, na ɔde nnipa hyɛɛ yɛn anan ase.
4 He chooses our inheritance for us, the glory of Jacob whom he loved. (Selah)

5 God has gone up with a shout, Jehovah with the sound of a trumpet.

6 Sing praise to God, sing praises. Sing praises to our King, sing praises.
To ayeyi nnwom ma Onyankopɔn, to ayeyi nnwom; to ayeyi nnwom ma yɛn Hene, to ayeyi nnwom.
7 For God is the King of all the earth. Sing ye praises with understanding.

8 God reigns over the nations. God sits upon his holy throne.
Onyankopɔn di hene wɔ amanaman no so; Onyankopɔn te nʼahengua kronkron so.
9 The nobles of the peoples are gathered together, the people of the God of Abraham. For the shields of the earth belong to God. He is greatly exalted.
