< Psalms 35 >
1 Strive thou, O Jehovah, with those who strive with me. Fight thou against those who fight against me.
MAING, kom kotin pei ong ir, me kin pei ong ia; o kotin palian ong ir, me kin u ong ia.
2 Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help.
Re kotin ale pere o tatan mauin ap kotida, pwen sauasa ia.
3 Draw out the spear also, and stop the way against those who pursue me. Say to my soul, I am thy salvation.
Ngapekida katieu sauasa ia ong ai imwintiti kan. Kotin masan dong ngen i: Ngai sauas pam!
4 Let them be put to shame and brought to dishonor who seek after my soul. Let them be turned back and confounded who devise my hurt.
Me men kame ia la, en namenokala o kankaururala; o me men wia sued ong ia, en pure wei o sarodi.
5 Let them be as chaff before the wind, and the agent of Jehovah driving them on.
Ren wiala dueta dip en kisin war akan mon kisiniang, o tounlang en Ieowa sikin irail wei.
6 Let their way be dark and slippery, and the agent of Jehovah pursuing them.
Al arail en rotorotala o kitentel la, o tounlang en Ieowa en kotin pakipaki irail.
7 For without cause they have hid their net for me in a pit. Without cause they have dug a pit for my soul.
Pwe re insensara ia, pwen kame ia la, ap sota karepa, o re wia por ong ia, a sota karepa.
8 Let destruction come upon him unawares, and let his net that he has hid catch himself. Let him fall in it with destruction.
A en seseinlek lodi ong kalokolok; o insar me a wiadar, pein i en lodi ong; o mela en lel ong i wasa o.
9 And my soul shall be joyful in Jehovah. It shall rejoice in his salvation.
A ngen i en perenki Ieowa o polauleki a kotin sauasa ia.
10 All my bones shall say, Jehovah, who is like thee, who delivers a poor man from him who is too strong for him, yea, a poor and needy man from him who robs him?
Kokon ai kan karos pan inda: Maing, is me rasong komui? Pwe kom kotin sauasa me luet o ong me a sota itar ong, o kom kotin sauasa me luet o samama ong me lolap akan.
11 Unrighteous witnesses rise up, they ask me of things that I know not.
Saunkadede likam kai u ong ia, kalelapok re i, me i sota asa due.
12 They reward me evil for good, to the bereaving of my soul.
Re kin depukki me mau me sued, pwen kainsensuede kin ia.
13 But as for me, when they were sick my clothing was sackcloth. I afflicted my soul with fasting, and my prayer returned into my own bosom.
A ngai, ni ar somau, i puri ong nan tuk en likau, o kaloke pein ngai ni ai kaisesol, o kapakap sang mongion i.
14 I behaved myself as though it had been my friend or my brother. I bowed down mourning, as he who bewails his mother.
Ngai wiai ong ir dueta ong kompoke pa i o udan ri ai; ngai insensued dueta amen, me kin loleitki in a.
15 But in my adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together. The wretches gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not. They tore me, and ceased not.
A irail peren kida ai sikilikel o pokon pena. Men lalaue pokon penang ia o song en aramas, me i sasa, kin lalaue ia ansau karos.
16 Like the profane mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.
Re ngi tete ong ia, irail, me kin sansalmau o lalaue pweki kisin manga.
17 Lord, how long will thou look on? Rescue my soul from their destructions, my darling from the lions.
Maing, arai da, me kom pan kotin masani mepukat? Dorela ngen i sang arail mesued, o maur ta ieu sang laien pulepul akan.
18 I will give thee thanks in the great assembly. I will praise thee among much people.
I pan kapinga komui nan momodisou laud, o nan pung en aramas toto i pan danke komui.
19 Let not those who are my enemies wrongfully rejoice over me. Neither let them wink with the eye who hate me without a cause.
Der mueid ong ai imwintiti nin sokarepa, ren peren kin ia, o me kin kailong kin ia nin sokarepa, ren der lalaue ia ki mas arail.
20 For they speak not peace, but they devise deceitful words against those who are quiet in the land.
Pwe ar lokaia sota kin kareda popol, o re kin madamadaua, en dipi ong me lelapok kan nan sap o.
21 Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me. They said, Aha, aha, our eye has seen it.
O re sar pasang au arail ong ia indada: Io io, pein kit kilanger.
22 Thou have seen it, O Jehovah. Keep not silence. O Lord, be not far from me.
Maing, kom kotin mangi mepukat, kom der kotin nenenla, Maing, kom der doo sang ia!
23 Stir up thyself, and awake to the justice to me, to my cause, my God and my Lord.
Kotin opala wasa o kipada, pwen kapung ia la o ai dodok, ai Kot o ai Kaun.
24 Judge me, O Jehovah my God, according to thy righteousness, and let them not rejoice over me.
Maing, ai Kot, kotin kapung ia la duen omui pung, pwe ren der peren kin ia.
25 Let them not say in their heart, Aha, so would we have it. Let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
Der mueid ong, ren inda nan mongiong arail: Io, io, i me se men! Der mueid ong, ren inda: Kitail katalalar i.
26 Let them be put to shame and confounded together who rejoice at my hurt. Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor who magnify themselves against me.
Irail karos, me peren kida ai apwal akan, en namenokala o kankaurura la, ir me poponmaso ong ia, en likau kida namenok o kankaurur.
27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, who favor my righteous cause. Yea, let them say continually, Jehovah be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
Irail me kin peren kida ai pung en ngisingis o pereperen, o ren inda ansau karos: Meid kapinga ong Ieowa, me kin perenki sauasa sapwilim a ladu o,
28 And my tongue shall talk of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.
O lo i en kapakaparok duen omui pung, o kapinga komui ran karos.
