< Psalms 33 >

1 Rejoice in Jehovah, O ye righteous. Praise is comely for the upright.
KOMAIL me pung kan polauleki Ieowa, me lelapok kan en kapinga i.
2 Give thanks to Jehovah with the harp. Sing praises to him with the psaltery of ten strings.
Danke Ieowa o kapikapinga ki men kasang o kaule ki ong i sal en arp eisok.
3 Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a loud noise.
Kauleki ong i kaul kap pot, komail kanai ong arp o ngil!
4 For the word of Jehovah is right, and all his work is done in faithfulness.
Pwe masan en Ieowa me inen o a wiawia kan karos melel.
5 He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Jehovah.
A kin kotin pok ong me pung o melel, sappa direki kalangan en Ieowa.
6 By the word of Jehovah were the heavens made, and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
Nanlang wiaui kida masan en Ieowa o audepan a karos ki ngen en silang i.
7 He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in store-houses.
A kotin kolekol pena pil en madau dueta nan dal eu, o a kotin nekidala ad akan nan wasa rir.
8 Let all the earth fear Jehovah. Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
Sappa karos en lan Ieowa o karos me kaukauson nan sappa en wauneki i.
9 For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood fast.
Pwe ma a kotin masanta, ap pan wiaui, o ma a kotin pangokada, ap pan miela.
10 Jehovah brings the counsel of the nations to naught. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.
Ieowa kin kotin kawela kapung en men liki kan, o a kin kawukila madamadaua en wei kan.
11 The counsel of Jehovah stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
A me Ieowa kileledier, pan duedueta, o me a kotin kupurada, pan kokolata.
12 Blessed is the nation whose God is Jehovah, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
Meid pai wei o, me Ieowa ar Kot, o wei, me a kotin piladang a soso.
13 Jehovah looks from heaven. He beholds all the sons of men.
Ieowa kin kotin irerong aramas akan karos sang nanlang.
14 From the place of his habitation he looks forth upon all the inhabitants of the earth;
A kotin irerong karos, me kauson sappa sang mol a tengeteng.
15 he who fashions the hearts of them all, who considers all their works.
A kotin wiadar mongiong arail karos, o a kotin mangi ar wiawia kan karos.
16 There is no king saved by the multitude of an army. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
Nanmarki amen sota pan pwai kida a karis toto, o ol komad amen sota pan dore kila a kelail.
17 A horse is a vain thing for safety, nor does he deliver any by his great power.
Os akan pil sota kak sauasa ekis o a kelail melel sota kadepa.
18 Behold, the eye of Jehovah is upon those who fear him, upon those who hope in his loving kindness,
Kilang, silang en Ieowa kin irerong ong me lan i, o me kaporoporeki a kalangan.
19 to deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
Pwen kapit ir ala sang ni mela o katekatungole ni ansau en lek.
20 Our soul has waited for Jehovah. He is our help and our shield.
Ngen atail kin auiaui Ieowa, i me sauas patail o pere patail.
21 For our heart shall rejoice in him because we have trusted in his holy name.
Pwe mongiong atail kin peren kida i, pwe kitail kin liki mar a saraui.
22 Let thy loving kindness, O Jehovah, be upon us, according as we have hoped in thee.
Maing, Ieowa, omui kalangan en mi po at duen at kaporoporeki komui.
