Psalms 25
1 To thee, O Jehovah, do I lift up my soul.
A ti, oh SEÑOR, mi alma enaltece.
2 O my God, in thee I have trusted. Let me not be put to shame. Let not my enemies triumph over me.
Oh Dios mío, he puesto mi fe en ti, no me avergüences; no permitas que mis enemigos se glorien sobre mí.
3 Yea, none who wait for thee shall be put to shame. They shall be put to shame who deal treacherously without cause.
No se avergüence ningún siervo tuyo que en ti confía; serán avergonzados aquellos que se rebelan sin causa.
4 Show me thy ways, O Jehovah. Teach me thy paths.
Muéstrame tus caminos, oh Señor; enséñame tus senderos.
5 Guide me in thy truth, and teach me. For thou are the God of my salvation. For thee do I wait all the day.
Sé mi guía y maestro de la manera verdadera; porque tú eres el Dios de mi salvación; Estoy esperando tu palabra todo el día.
6 Remember, O Jehovah, thy tender mercies and thy loving kindness. For they have been ever of old.
Oh Señor, ten en cuenta tu compasión y tus misericordias; que son perpetuas.
7 Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. According to thy loving kindness remember thou me, for thy goodness' sake, O Jehovah.
No tengas en cuenta mis pecados cuando era joven, o mi maldad: deja que tu recuerdo de mí esté lleno de misericordia, oh Señor, por tu gran amor y bondad.
8 Good and upright is Jehovah. Therefore he will instruct sinners in the way.
Bueno y justo es el Señor: entonces él enseñará a los pecadores el camino.
9 The meek he will guide in justice, and the meek he will teach his way.
Y guía para los pobres en espíritu: enseñará a los mansos el camino.
10 All the paths of Jehovah are loving kindness and truth to such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
Todos los caminos del Señor son misericordia y verdad para aquellos que mantienen su pacto y su testimonio.
11 For thy name's sake, O Jehovah, pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
Por tu nombre, oh Señor, permíteme tener perdón por mi pecado, que es muy grande.
12 What man is he who fears Jehovah? Him he shall instruct in the way that he shall choose.
Si un hombre tiene temor del Señor, el Señor le enseñará el camino que debe seguir,
13 His soul shall dwell at ease, and his seed shall inherit the land.
gozará de bienestar, y su simiente tendrá la tierra por su herencia.
14 The friendship of Jehovah is with those who fear him, and he will show them his covenant.
La comunión íntima de Jehová es con los que le temen, con aquellos en cuyo corazón está el temor de él; y a ellos hará conocer su pacto.
15 My eyes are ever toward Jehovah, for he will pluck my feet out of the net.
Mis ojos se vuelven al Señor todo el tiempo; porque él sacará mis pies de la red.
16 Turn thee to me, and have mercy upon me, for I am desolate and afflicted.
Mírame Señor ten misericordia de mí; porque estoy solo y preocupado.
17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged. O bring thou me out of my distresses.
Los problemas de mi corazón aumentan: Oh sácame de mis dolores.
18 Consider my affliction and my travail, and forgive all my sins.
Mira mi penas y mi dolor; y perdona todos mis pecados.
19 Consider my enemies, for they are many. And they hate me with cruel hatred.
Mira cómo aumentan los que están en mi contra, con su odio violento me aborrecen.
20 O keep my soul, and deliver me. Let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in thee.
Guarda mi alma, y arráncame fuera de peligro; no me avergüences, porque he puesto mi fe en ti.
21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for thee.
Que mis caminos limpios y rectos me protejan, porque mi esperanza está en ti.
22 Redeem Israel, O God, out of all of his troubles.
Dale a Israel salvación, oh Dios, de todas sus angustias.
