Psalms 130

1 Out of the depths I have cried to thee, O Jehovah.

Una canción de ascensos. Desde las profundidades he clamado a ti, Yahvé.

2 Lord, hear my voice. Let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.

Señor, escucha mi voz. Que tus oídos estén atentos a la voz de mis peticiones.

3 If thou, Jehovah, should note iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?

Si tú, Yah, llevaras un registro de los pecados, Señor, ¿quién podría aguantar?

4 But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou may be feared.

Pero contigo hay perdón, por lo que se le teme.

5 I wait for Jehovah. My soul waits, and in his word do I hope,

Espero a Yahvé. Mi alma espera. Espero en su palabra.

6 my soul for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, watchmen for the morning.

Mi alma anhela al Señor más que los vigilantes la mañana, más que vigilantes de la mañana.

7 O Israel, hope in Jehovah, for with Jehovah there is loving kindness, and with him is plentiful redemption.

Israel, espera en Yahvé, porque hay bondad amorosa con Yahvé. La redención abundante está con él.

8 And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

Redimirá a Israel de todos sus pecados.
