< Psalms 130 >
1 Out of the depths I have cried to thee, O Jehovah.
Kasang laa. Aw Angraeng, kathuk ahmuen hoiah nang khaeah ka hangh.
2 Lord, hear my voice. Let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
Aw Angraeng, ka lok hae tahngai ah; tahmen kang hnikhaih lok bangah na naa to patueng ah.
3 If thou, Jehovah, should note iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?
Angraeng, nang, zaehaihnawk to na pakuem soe nahaeloe, Aw Angraeng angdoe thai koi mi maw om tih?
4 But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou may be feared.
Toe nang to zit thai hanah, kaicae hae nang tahmen boeh.
5 I wait for Jehovah. My soul waits, and in his word do I hope,
Kai loe Angraeng ni ka zing, ka hinghaih mah anih to zing, a lok ah oephaih to ka suek.
6 my soul for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, watchmen for the morning.
Khodai zing kaminawk, khodai zing kaminawk pong kamthlai ah, ka hinghaih mah Angraeng to zing.
7 O Israel, hope in Jehovah, for with Jehovah there is loving kindness, and with him is plentiful redemption.
Angraeng ah palungnathaih hoi pop parai pahlonghaih oh pongah, Israel mah a oephaih to Angraeng ah suem nasoe.
8 And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
Anih mah Israel to zaehaihnawk boih thung hoiah akrang tih.
