< Psalms 13 >
1 How long, O Jehovah? Will thou forget me forever? How long will thou hide thy face from me?
Kuom jatend wer. Zaburi mar Daudi. Nyaka karangʼo, yaye Jehova Nyasaye? Wiyi biro wil koda nyaka chiengʼ koso? Ibiro pandona wangʼi nyaka karangʼo?
2 How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart all the day? How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?
Abiro dhi nyime ka an gi pek manie pacha kod kuyo manie chunya odiechiengʼ kodiechiengʼ nyaka karangʼo? Wasika biro locho kuoma nyaka karangʼo?
3 Consider and answer me, O Jehovah my God. Lighten my eyes, lest I sleep the death,
Para kendo idwoka, yaye Jehova Nyasaye Nyasacha. Chiw ler ne wengena, nono to dipo ka nindo otera mi atho;
4 lest my enemy say, I have prevailed against him, lest my adversaries rejoice when I am moved.
nikech mano nyalo miyo jasika wach niya, “Aseloye,” kendo wasika biro bedo mamor ka apodho.
5 But I have trusted in thy loving kindness. My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
Anto ageno kuom herani mosiko; chunya oil kuom warruok mari.
6 I will sing to Jehovah because he has dealt bountifully with me.
