Psalms 122

1 I was glad when they said to me, Let us go to the house of Jehovah.

Davudun ziyarət nəğməsi. Mənə «Rəbbin evinə gedək» deyilərkən sevindim.

2 Our feet are standing inside thy gates, O Jerusalem.

Ey Yerusəlim, sənin darvazalarından keçdim, Torpağına qədəm qoydum.

3 Jerusalem, that is built as a city that is compact together,

Bu, Yerusəlim şəhəridir, Çox sıx tikilmişdir.

4 where the tribes go up, even the tribes of Jehovah, for an ordinance for Israel, to give thanks to the name of Jehovah.

İsrail üçün verilən şəhadət naminə Qəbilələr, Rəbbin qəbilələri Rəbbin isminə şükür etmək üçün Buranı ziyarət etməyə gəlirlər.

5 For there thrones are set for judgment, the thrones of the house of David.

Hökm üçün burada taxtlar qurulub, Bu taxtlarda Davud sülaləsi oturub.

6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. They shall prosper who love thee.

Hamı Yerusəlim üçün sülh diləsin: «Qoy səni sevənlər dinc həyat sürsün!

7 Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.

Qoy qala divarlarının içində sülh olsun! Qoy saraylarındakılar dinc yaşasın!»

8 For my brothers and companions' sakes I will now say, Peace be within thee.

Yoldaşlarıma, dostlarıma görə «Səndə sülh olsun!» deyirəm.

9 For the sake of the house of Jehovah our God I will seek thy good.

Allahımız Rəbbin evinə görə Sənə bəxtiyarlıq diləyirəm.
