< Psalms 109 >
1 Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise,
MAING Kot, me i kin kapikapinga, kom der kotin sapaimokid!
2 for they have opened against me the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit. They have spoken to me with a lying tongue.
Pwe au en me doo sang Kot, o me kin kotaue sara dong ia, re lokelokaia ong ia ki lo likam;
3 They have also encompassed me about with words of hatred, and fought against me without a cause.
Re lokaia sued ong ia wasa karos, o pei ong ia ni so karepa.
4 For my love they are my adversaries, but I make prayer.
Ni ai pok ong ir, re kin imwintiti ong ia; a ngai kin poten kapakap.
5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
Irail depukki ai me mau me sued, o re kin tata kin ia ni ai pok ong ir.
6 Set thou a wicked man over him, and let an adversary stand at his right hand.
Kotin kasapwiladang i me doo sang Kot amen, pwen a saunkapung o me palian i, en mi ni pali maun a.
7 When he is judged, let him come forth guilty, and let his prayer be turned into sin.
Ma a pan pakasau, a pan pakadeikada, o pil a kapakap en kadipala i.
8 Let his days be few, and let another take his office.
A ran akan en malaulaula, o a koa en ko ong amen.
9 Let his sons be fatherless, and his wife a widow.
Na seri kan en sapoupou, o a paud en li odi amen.
10 Let his sons be vagabonds, and beg, and let them seek out of their desolate places.
Na seri kan en sansarwaru sili o wia poekipoek, o ren rapaki kan ar manga, doo sang nan moan im arail.
11 Let a creditor exact all that he has, and let strangers make spoil of his labor.
Me norok moni en pitia sang i a meakaros, o men wai en kulia sang i a dipisou kan.
12 Let there be none to extend kindness to him, nor let there be any to have pity on his fatherless sons.
O sota me pan kadek ong i, o sota me pan sauasa na sapoupou kan.
13 Let his posterity be cut off. In the generation following let their name be blotted out.
Kadaudok a en kokoka sang; o mar arail en niki sang nin di kaieu.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah, and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.
Sapung en sam a ko en sansal mon Ieowa, o dip en in a ender lapwada.
15 Let them be before Jehovah continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth,
Ieowa en kotin masamasan irail ansau karos, o kataman parail en niki sang nin sappa.
16 because he did not remember to show kindness, but persecuted the poor and needy man, and the broken in heart, to kill.
Pweki a sota man kadek, pwe a pakipaki me luet o samama, o me insensued, pwen kamela i.
17 Yea, he loved cursing, and it came to him. And he did not delight in blessing, and it was far from him.
O a inong iong en riala; ari, en lel ong! O a sota insenoki kapai, ari, en doo sang i!
18 He also clothed himself with cursing as with his garment, and it came into his inward parts like water, and like oil into his bones.
A kapwateki me sued dueta a likau, ari, me sued en kolong lole dueta pil o nan kokon akan dueta le.
19 Let it be to him as the raiment with which he covers himself, and for the belt with which he is girded continually.
Me sued en rasong a likau pup, me a kin likauwiada, o rasong men pirapir me a kin pirapireki.
20 This is the reward of my adversaries from Jehovah, and of those who speak evil against my soul.
Iduen Ieowa pan kotin pwain ong me palian ia, o me kin lokaia sued duen ngai.
21 But deal thou with me, O Jehovah the Lord, for thy name's sake. Because thy loving kindness is good, deliver thou me,
A komui, Maing Ieowa ai Kot kotin wiawia ia, pweki mar omui; pwe omui kalangan kasampwal, dore ia la!
22 for I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.
Pwe ngai me luet o samama, o nan mongiong i olar.
23 I am gone like the shadow when it declines. I am tossed up and down as the locust.
I kin tangwei dueta mota, o i pan kamasak wei dueta mansiek amen.
24 My knees are weak through fasting, and my flesh fails of fatness.
Nä i kat luete kilar kaisesol, o uduk ai tikitikilar;
25 I also have become a reproach to them. When they see me, they shake their head.
O i wialar men lalaue re’rail; ni ar kilang ia, re kin dueduälok!
26 Help me, O Jehovah my God. O save me according to thy loving kindness,
Maing Ieowa, ai Kot, kom kotin dore ia la duen omui kalangan!
27 that they may know that this is thy hand, that thou, Jehovah, have done it.
Pwe ren asa, mepukat tapi sang ni lim omui, me komui Ieowa kotin wiadar mepukat.
28 Let them curse, but bless thou. When they arise, they shall be put to shame, but thy servant shall rejoice.
Menda, ma re lalaue, kom kotin kapai ia da. Ma re palian ia, ren namenokala, pwe sapwilim omui ladu en pereperen.
29 Let my adversaries be clothed with dishonor, and let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe.
Re kotin wiai ong ai imwintiti, ren likau kida namenok, o ren puriong nan me sued dueta likau pup.
30 I will give great thanks to Jehovah with my mouth. Yea, I will praise him among the multitude.
I pan danke Ieowa melel ni au ai, o i pan kapinga i nan pung en me toto.
31 For he will stand at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those who judge his soul.
Pwe a kotikot ni pali maun en me samama, pwen dorela i sang ir, me kadeikada i, en kamela.
