Psalms 104
1 Bless Jehovah, O my soul. O Jehovah my God, thou are very great. Thou are clothed with honor and majesty,
मेरो सारा जीवनले म परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर्नेछु । हे परमप्रभु मेरो परमेश्वर, तपाई अति महान् हुनुहुन्छ । तपाईं वैभव र ऐश्वर्यले विभूषित हुनुहुन्छ ।
2 who covers thyself with light as with a garment, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain,
तपाईंले आफूलाई लुगाले झैं ज्योतिले ढाक्नुहुन्छ । तपाईंले आकाशलाई पालको पर्दालाई झैं फैलाउनुहुन्छ ।
3 who lays the beams of his chambers in the waters, who makes the clouds his chariot, who walks upon the wings of the wind,
तपाईंले आफ्नो कोठाहरूका दलिनहरू बादलमा राख्नुहुन्छ । तपाईंले बदललाई आफ्नो रथ बनाउनुहुन्छ । तपाईं हावाको पखेटाहरूमा हिंड्नुहुन्छ ।
4 who makes his agents spirits, his ministers a flame of fire,
उहाँले हावालाई आफ्नो दूतहरू र आगोका ज्वालाहरूलाई आफ्ना सेवकहरू बनाउनुहुन्छ ।
5 who laid the foundations of the earth that it should not be moved forever.
उहाँले पृथ्वीका जगहरू बसाल्नुभयो र त्यो कहिल्यै हटाइनेछैन ।
6 Thou covered it with the deep as with a vesture. The waters stood above the mountains.
तपाईंले पृथ्वीलाई लुगाले झैं पानीले ढाक्नुभयो । पानीले पहाडहरू ढाके ।
7 At thy rebuke they fled. At the voice of thy thunder they hastened away.
तपाईंको हप्कीले पानीहरू पछि हटेर गए । तपाईंको गर्जनको सोरमा तिनीहरू भागे ।
8 The mountains rose, the valleys sank down to the place which thou had founded for them.
तपाईंले तिनीहरूका निम्ति तोक्नुभएका ठाउँहरूमा पहाडहरू उठे र बेसीहरू फैलिए ।
9 Thou have set a bound that they may not pass over, that they turn not again to cover the earth.
तपाईंले तिनीहरूका निम्ति सिमाना तोक्नुभएको छ, जुन तिनीहरूले नाघ्ने छैनन् । तिनीहरूले पृथ्वीलाई फेरि ढाक्नेछैनन् ।
10 He sends forth springs into the valleys. They run among the mountains.
उहाँले मूलहरूलाई बेसीहरूमा बगाउनुभयो । पहाडहरूका बिचबाट खोलाहरू बग्छन् ।
11 They give drink to every beast of the field. The wild donkeys quench their thirst.
तिनीहरूले मैदानका सबै जनावरलाई पानी दिन्छन् । जङ्गली गधाहरूले आफ्नो तिर्खा मेटाउँछन् ।
12 By them the birds of the heavens have their habitation. They sing among the branches.
नदीका किनाराहरूमा चराहरूले आफ्ना गुँड बनाउँछन् । तिनीहरूले हाँगाहरूमा गाउँछन् ।
13 He waters the mountains from his chambers. The earth is filled with the fruit of thy works.
आकाशमा भएको पानीका आफ्ना भण्डारहरूबाट उहाँले पहाडहरूलाई पानीले भिजाउनुहुन्छ । पृथ्वी उहाँको श्रमको फलले पूर्ण छ ।
14 He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and herbage for the service of man, that he may bring forth food out of the earth,
उहाँले गाईवस्तुको निम्ति घाँस र मानिसलाई खेती गर्न बिरुवाहरू उमार्नुहुन्छ, ताकि मनिसले पृथ्वीबाट खानेकुरा उत्पादन गरोस् ।
15 and wine that makes glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread that strengthens man's heart.
मानिसलाई खुसी राख्न दाखमद्य, त्यसको अनुहार चम्किलो पार्न तेल र त्यसको जीवन बचाउन खानेकुरा उहाँले बनाउनुहुन्छ ।
16 The trees of Jehovah are full, the cedars of Lebanon, which he has planted,
परमप्रभुका रूखहरूले प्रशस्त पानी पाउँछन् । लेबनानको देवदारु जसलाई उहाँले रोप्नुभयो ।
17 where the birds make their nests. As for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
चराहरूले त्यहाँ गुँड बनाउँछन् । सारसले सल्लाका रूखहरूलाई आफ्नो घर बनाउँछ ।
18 The high mountains are for the wild goats. The rocks are a refuge for the conies.
घोरलहरू उच्च पहाडहरूतिर बस्छन् । पहाडका टाकुराहरू खरायोहरूका शरणस्थान हुन् ।
19 He appointed the moon for seasons. The sun knows his going down.
उहाँले चन्द्रमालाई ऋतु चिनाउनलाई तोक्नुभयो । सुर्यले आफ्नो अस्ताउने समय जान्दछ ।
20 Thou make darkness, and it is night, during which all the beasts of the forest creep forth.
तपाईंले रातको अँध्यारो बनाउनुहुन्छ, जब वनका सबै पशुहरू बाहिर निस्किन्छन् ।
21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from God.
जवान सिंहहरू आफ्ना शिकारको निम्ति गर्जिन्छन् र परमेश्वरबाट आफ्नो खानेकुरा खोज्छन् ।
22 The sun arises; they get away, and lie down in their dens.
जब सूर्य उदाउँछ, तिनीहरू फर्कन्छन् र आफ्ना खोरहरूमा सुत्छन् ।
23 Man goes forth to his work and to his labor until the evening.
यसबिच मानिसहरू आ-आफ्ना काममा बाहिर जान्छन् र साँझसम्म नै परिश्रम गर्छन् ।
24 O Jehovah, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom have thou made them all. The earth is full of thy riches.
हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंका कामहरू कति धेरै र फरक किसिमका छन्! बुद्धिले तपाईंले तिनीहरू सबै बनाउनुभयो । पृथ्वी तपाईंको कामहरूले भरिन्छ ।
25 Yonder is the sea, great and wide, in which are innumerable creeping things, both small and great beasts.
त्यहाँ गहिरो र फराकिलो, साना र ठुला दुवै असंख्या प्राणीले भरिएको समुद्र छ ।
26 There go the ships. There is leviathan, whom thou have formed to play in it.
पानी जहाजहरू त्यहाँ यात्रा गर्छन् र लिव्यातन पनि त्यहाँ छ, जसलाई तपाईंले समुद्रमा खेल्नलाई बनाउनुभयो ।
27 These all wait for thee, that thou may give them their food in due season.
यी सबैले समयमा आफ्नो खाना पाउनलाई तपाईंतिर हेर्छन् ।
28 Thou give to them, they gather. Thou open thy hand, they are satisfied with good.
तपाईंले तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहुँदा, तिनीहरूले बटुल्छन् । तपाईंले आफ्नो हात खोल्नुहुँदा, तिनीहरू सन्तुष्ट हुन्छन् ।
29 Thou hide thy face, they are troubled. Thou take away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.
तपाईंले आफ्नो मुख लुकाउनुहुँदा, तिनीहरू संकष्टमा पर्छन् । तपाईंले तिनीहरूको सास लिनुभयो भने, तिनीहरू मर्छन् र धूलोमा फर्किन्छन् ।
30 Thou send forth thy Spirit, they are created, and thou renew the face of the ground.
तपाईंले तपाईंको आत्मा पठाउनुहुँदा तिनीहरू सृष्टि हुन्छन् र तपाईंले गाउँलाई नयाँ तुल्याउनुहुन्छ ।
31 Let the glory of Jehovah endure forever. Let Jehovah rejoice in his works,
परमप्रभुको महिमा सदासर्वदा रहिरहोस् । परमप्रभु आफ्नो सृष्टिमा आनन्दित हुनुभएको होस् ।
32 who looks on the earth, and it trembles. He touches the mountains, and they smoke.
उहाँले तल पृथ्वीमा हेर्नुहुन्छ र त्यो हल्लिन्छ । उहाँले पहाडहरूलाई छुनुहुन्छ र तिनीहरूमा धूवाँ निस्कन्छ ।
33 I will sing to Jehovah as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.
आफ्नो सारा जीवनभरि म परमप्रभुको निम्ति गीत गाउनेछु । म बाँचुन्जेल आफ्नो परमेश्वरको स्तुति गाउनेछु ।
34 Let thy meditation be sweet to him. I will rejoice in Jehovah.
मेरो विचारहरू उहाँलाई मन पर्दो होस् । म परमप्रभुमा आनन्दित हुनेछु ।
35 Let sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless Jehovah, O my soul. Praise ye Jehovah.
पापीहरू पृथ्वीबाट लोप होऊन् र दुष्टहरू कदापि नरहून् । आफ्नो सारा जीवनभरि म परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर्छु । परमप्रभुको स्तुति होस् ।
