Numbers 26
1 And it came to pass after the plague, that Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,
১মহামারীর পরে সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে ও হারোণের ছেলে ইলীয়াসর যাজককে বললেন,
2 Take the sum of all the congregation of the sons of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, by their fathers' houses, all who are able to go forth to war in Israel.
২“তোমরা ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের সমস্ত মণ্ডলীর মধ্যে নিজের পূর্বপুরুষ অনুসারে কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী লোকেদেরকে, ইস্রায়েলের যুদ্ধে যাবার যোগ্য সমস্ত লোককে, গণনা কর।”
3 And Moses and Eleazar the priest spoke with them in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho
৩তাতে মোশি ও ইলীয়াসর যাজক যিরীহোর কাছে অবস্থিত যর্দ্দনের পাশে মোয়াবের সমভূমিতে তাদেরকে বললেন,
4 saying from twenty years old and upward, as Jehovah commanded Moses and the sons of Israel, who came forth out of the land of Egypt.
৪“কুড়ি বছর ও তার থেকে বয়সী লোকেদেরকে গণনা কর, যেমন সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে ও মিশর দেশ থেকে আসা ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের আদেশ দিয়েছিলেন।”
5 Reuben, the firstborn of Israel. The sons of Reuben: of Hanoch, the family of the Hanochites; of Pallu, the family of the Palluites;
৫রূবেণ ইস্রায়েলের প্রথমজাত। রূবেণের সন্তানরা; হনোক থেকে হনোকীয় গোষ্ঠী; পল্লূ থেকে পল্লূয়ীয় গোষ্ঠী;
6 of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites; of Carmi, the family of the Carmites.
৬হিষ্রোণ থেকে হিষ্রোণীয় গোষ্ঠী; কর্ম্মি থেকে কর্ম্মীয় গোষ্ঠী।
7 These are the families of the Reubenites. And those who were numbered of them were forty-three thousand and seven hundred and thirty.
৭এরা রূবেণীয় গোষ্ঠী; এদের মধ্যে গণনা করা লোক তেতাল্লিশ হাজার সাতশো ত্রিশ জন।
8 (And the sons of Pallu: Eliab.
৮পল্লূর সন্তান ইলীয়াব।
9 And the sons of Eliab: Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram. These are that Dathan and Abiram, who were renown men of the congregation, who strove against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah when they strove against Jehovah,
৯ইলীয়াবের সন্তান নমূয়েল, দাথন ও অবীরাম। এরাই সেই দাথন ও অবীরাম যারা কোরহের দলকে অনুসরণ করেছিল যখন তারা মোশির ও হারোণের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ করেছিল এবং সদাপ্রভুর বিরুদ্ধে বিদ্রোহ করেছিল।
10 and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up together with Korah when that company died, that time the fire devoured two hundred and fifty men, and they became an example.
১০সেই দিনের পৃথিবী মুখ খুলে তাদেরকে ও কোরহকে গিলে ফেলেছিল, তাতে সেই দল মারা গেল এবং আগুন দুশো পঞ্চাশ জনকে গিলে ফেলল, আর তারা নিদর্শন স্বরূপ হল।
11 Notwithstanding, the sons of Korah did not die.)
১১কিন্তু কোরহের সন্তানেরা মারা যায় নি।
12 The sons of Simeon according to their families: of Nemuel, the family of the Nemuelites; of Jamin, the family of the Jaminites; of Jachin, the family of the Jachinites;
১২নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে শিমিয়োনের সন্তানরা; নমূয়েল থেকে নমূয়েলীয় গোষ্ঠী; যামীন থেকে যামীনীয় গোষ্ঠী; যাখীন থেকে যাখীনীয় গোষ্ঠী;
13 of Zerah, the family of the Zerahites; of Shaul, the family of the Shaulites.
১৩সেরহ থেকে সেরহীয় গোষ্ঠী; শৌল থেকে শৌলীয় গোষ্ঠী।
14 These are the families of the Simeonites, twenty-two thousand and two hundred.
১৪শিমিয়োনীয়দের এইসব গোষ্ঠীতে বাইশ হাজার দুশো লোক ছিল।
15 The sons of Gad according to their families: of Zephon, the family of the Zephonites; of Haggi, the family of the Haggites; of Shuni, the family of the Shunites;
১৫নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে গাদের সন্তানরা; সিফোন থেকে সিফোনীয় গোষ্ঠী; হগি থেকে হগীয় গোষ্ঠী;
16 of Ozni, the family of the Oznites; of Eri, the family of the Erites;
১৬শূনি থেকে শূনীয় গোষ্ঠী; ওষ্ণি থেকে ওষ্ণীয় গোষ্ঠী;
17 of Arod, the family of the Arodites; of Areli, the family of the Arelites.
১৭এরি থেকে এরীয় গোষ্ঠী; অরোদ থেকে অরোদীয় গোষ্ঠী; অরেলি থেকে অরেলীয় গোষ্ঠী।
18 These are the families of the sons of Gad according to those who were numbered of them, forty thousand and five hundred.
১৮গাদের সন্তানদের এইসব গোষ্ঠী গণনা করা হলে চল্লিশ হাজার পাঁচশো লোক হল।
19 The sons of Judah: Er and Onan, and Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan.
১৯যিহূদার ছেলে এর ও ওনন; এর ও ওনন কনান দেশে মারা গিয়েছিল।
20 And the sons of Judah according to their families were: of Shelah, the family of the Shelanites; of Perez, the family of the Perezites; of Zerah, the family of the Zerahites.
২০নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে যিহূদার সন্তানরা; শেলা থেকে শেলায়ীয় গোষ্ঠী; পেরস থেকে পেরসীয় গোষ্ঠী; সেরহ থেকে সেরহীয় গোষ্ঠী।
21 And the sons of Perez were: of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites; of Hamul, the family of the Hamulites.
২১আর পেরসের এই সকল সন্তান; হিষ্রোণ থেকে হিষ্রোণীয় গোষ্ঠী; হামূল থেকে হামূলীয় গোষ্ঠী।
22 These are the families of Judah according to those who were numbered of them, seventy-six thousand and five hundred.
২২যিহূদার এইসব গোষ্ঠী গণনা করা হলে ছেয়াত্তর হাজার পাঁচশো লোক হল।
23 The sons of Issachar according to their families: of Tola, the family of the Tolaites; of Puvah, the family of the Punites;
২৩নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে ইষাখরের সন্তানরা; তোলয় থেকে তোলয়ীয় গোষ্ঠী; পূয় থেকে পূনীয় গোষ্ঠী;
24 of Jashub, the family of the Jashubites; of Shimron, the family of the Shimronites.
২৪যাশূব থেকে যাশূবীয় গোষ্ঠী; শিম্রোণ থেকে শিম্রোণীয় গোষ্ঠী।
25 These are the families of Issachar according to those who were numbered of them, sixty-four thousand and three hundred.
২৫ইষাখরের এইসব গোষ্ঠী গণনা করা হলে চৌষট্টি হাজার তিনশো লোক হল।
26 The sons of Zebulun according to their families: of Sered, the family of the Seredites; of Elon, the family of the Elonites; of Jahleel, the family of the Jahleelites.
২৬নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে সবূলূনের সন্তানরা; সেরদ থেকে সেরদীয় গোষ্ঠী; এলোন থেকে এলোনীয় গোষ্ঠী; যহলেল থেকে যহলেলীয় গোষ্ঠী।
27 These are the families of the Zebulunites according to those who were numbered of them, sixty thousand and five hundred.
২৭সবূলূনীয়দের এইসব গোষ্ঠী গণনা করা হলে ষাট হাজার পাঁচশো লোক হল।
28 The sons of Joseph according to their families: Manasseh and Ephraim.
২৮নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে যোষেফের ছেলে, মনঃশি ও ইফ্রয়িম।
29 The sons of Manasseh: of Machir, the family of the Machirites; and Machir begot Gilead; of Gilead, the family of the Gileadites.
২৯মনঃশির সন্তানরা; মাখীর থেকে মাখীরীয় গোষ্ঠী; মাখীরের ছেলে গিলিয়দ; গিলিয়দ থেকে গিলিয়দীয় গোষ্ঠী।
30 These are the sons of Gilead: of Iezer, the family of the Iezerites; of Helek, the family of the Helekites;
৩০গিলিয়দের সন্তানরা; ঈয়েষর থেকে ঈয়েষরীয় গোষ্ঠী; হেলক থেকে হেলকীয় গোষ্ঠী;
31 and of Asriel, the family of the Asrielites; and of Shechem, the family of the Shechemites;
৩১অস্রীয়েল থেকে অস্রীয়েলীয় গোষ্ঠী; শেখম থেকে শেখমীয় গোষ্ঠী;
32 and of Shemida, the family of the Shemidaites; and of Hepher, the family of the Hepherites.
৩২শিমীদা থেকে শিমীদায়ীয় গোষ্ঠী; হেফর থেকে হেফরীয় গোষ্ঠী।
33 And Zelophehad the son of Hepher had no sons, but daughters, and the names of the daughters of Zelophehad were Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.
৩৩হেফরের ছেলে যে সলফাদ, তার ছেলে ছিল না, শুধু মেয়ে ছিল; সেই সলফাদের মেয়েদের নাম মহলা, নোয়া, হগ্লা, মিল্কা ও তির্সা।
34 These are the families of Manasseh, and those who were numbered of them were fifty-two thousand and seven hundred.
৩৪এরা মনঃশির গোষ্ঠী; এদের গণনা করা লোক বাহান্ন হাজার সাতশো জন।
35 These are the sons of Ephraim according to their families: of Shuthelah, the family of the Shuthelahites; of Becher, the family of the Becherites; of Tahan, the family of the Tahanites.
৩৫নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে ইফ্রয়িমের সন্তানরা এই; শূথলহ থেকে শূথলহীয় গোষ্ঠী; বেখর থেকে বেখরীয় গোষ্ঠী;
36 And these are the sons of Shuthelah: of Eran, the family of the Eranites.
৩৬তহন থেকে তহনীয় গোষ্ঠী। আর এরা শূথলহের সন্তান; এরণ থেকে এরণীয় গোষ্ঠী।
37 These are the families of the sons of Ephraim according to those who were numbered of them, thirty-two thousand and five hundred. These are the sons of Joseph after their families.
৩৭ইফ্রয়িমের সন্তানদের এইসব গোষ্ঠী গণনা করা হলে বত্রিশ হাজার পাঁচশো লোক হল; নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে এরা যোষেফের সন্তান।
38 The sons of Benjamin according to their families: of Bela, the family of the Belaites; of Ashbel, the family of the Ashbelites; of Ahiram, the family of the Ahiramites;
৩৮নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে বিন্যামীনের সন্তানরা; বেলা থেকে বেলায়ীয় গোষ্ঠী; অসবেল থেকে অসবেলীয় গোষ্ঠী; অহীরাম থেকে অহীরামীয় গোষ্ঠী;
39 of Shephupham, the family of the Shuphamites; of Hupham, the family of the Huphamites.
৩৯শূফম থেকে শূফমীয় গোষ্ঠী; হূফম থেকে হূফমীয় গোষ্ঠী।
40 And the sons of Bela were Ard and Naaman: of Ard, the family of the Ardites; of Naaman, the family of the Naamites.
৪০আর বেলার সন্তান অর্দ ও নামান; অর্দ থেকে অর্দীয় গোষ্ঠী; নামান থেকে নামানীয় গোষ্ঠী।
41 These are the sons of Benjamin according to their families, and those who were numbered of them were forty-five thousand and six hundred.
৪১নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে এরা বিন্যামীনের সন্তান। এদের গণনা করা লোক পঁয়তাল্লিশ হাজার ছয়শো জন।
42 These are the sons of Dan according to their families: of Shuham, the family of the Shuhamites. These are the families of Dan according to their families.
৪২নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে দানের এইসব সন্তান; শূহম থেকে শূহমীয় গোষ্ঠী; নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে দানের গোষ্ঠী।
43 All the families of the Shuhamites, according to those who were numbered of them, were sixty-four thousand and four hundred.
৪৩শূহমীয় সমস্ত গোষ্ঠী গণনা করা হলে চৌষট্টি হাজার চারশো লোক হল।
44 The sons of Asher according to their families: of Imnah, the family of the Imnites; of Ishvi, the family of the Ishvites; of Beriah, the family of the Berites.
৪৪নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে আশেরের সন্তানরা; যিম্ন থেকে যিম্নীয় গোষ্ঠী; যিস্বি থেকে যিস্বীয় গোষ্ঠী; বরিয় থেকে বরিয়ীয় গোষ্ঠী।
45 Of the sons of Beriah: of Heber, the family of the Heberites; of Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites.
৪৫এরা বরিয়ের সন্তান; হেবর থেকে হেবরীয় গোষ্ঠী; মল্কীয়েল থেকে মল্কীয়েলীয় গোষ্ঠী।
46 And the name of the daughter of Asher was Serah.
৪৬আশেরের মেয়ের নাম সারহ।
47 These are the families of the sons of Asher according to those who were numbered of them, fifty-three thousand and four hundred.
৪৭আশেরের সন্তানদের এইসব গোষ্ঠী গণনা করা হলে তিপ্পান্ন হাজার চারশো লোক হল।
48 The sons of Naphtali according to their families: of Jahzeel, the family of the Jahzeelites; of Guni, the family of the Gunites;
৪৮নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে নপ্তালির সন্তানরা; যহসীয়েল থেকে যহসীয়েলীয় গোষ্ঠী; গূনি থেকে গূনীয় গোষ্ঠী;
49 of Jezer, the family of the Jezerites; of Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.
৪৯যেৎসর থেকে যেৎসরীয় গোষ্ঠী; শিল্লেম থেকে শিল্লেমীয় গোষ্ঠী।
50 These are the families of Naphtali according to their families, and those who were numbered of them were forty-five thousand and four hundred.
৫০নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে এই সকল নপ্তালির গোষ্ঠী। এদের গণনা করা লোক পঁয়তাল্লিশ হাজার চারশো জন।
51 These are those who were numbered of the sons of Israel, six hundred one thousand seven hundred and thirty.
৫১ইস্রায়েল সন্তানের মধ্যে গণনা করা এইসব লোকের সংখ্যা ছয় লক্ষ এক হাজার সাতশো ত্রিশ জন।
52 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
৫২পরে সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে বললেন,
53 To these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.
৫৩“নাম সংখ্যা অনুসারে অধিকারের জন্য এদের মধ্যে দেশ বিভক্ত হবে।
54 To the many thou shall give more inheritance, and to the few thou shall give less inheritance: to each one according to those who were numbered of him shall his inheritance be given.
৫৪যার লোক বেশি, তুমি তাকে বেশি অধিকার দেবে ও যার লোক অল্প, তাকে অল্প অধিকার দেবে; যার যত গণনা করা লোক, তাকে তত অধিকার দেওয়া যাবে।
55 Notwithstanding, the land shall be divided by lot. They shall inherit according to the names of the tribes of their fathers.
৫৫তবে দেশ গুলিবাঁটের মাধ্যমে বিভক্ত হবে; তারা নিজেদের পূর্বপুরুষের বংশ অনুসারে অধিকার পাবে।
56 According to the lot their inheritance shall be divided between the many and the fewer.
৫৬অধিকার বেশি কি অল্প হোক, গুলিবাঁটের মাধ্যমেই বিভক্ত হবে।”
57 And these are those who were numbered of the Levites according to their families: of Gershon, the family of the Gershonites; of Kohath, the family of the Kohathites; of Merari, the family of the Merarites.
৫৭নিজেদের গোষ্ঠী অনুসারে লেবীয়দের মধ্যে এইসব লোক গণনা করা হল; গের্শোন থেকে গের্শোনীয় গোষ্ঠী, কহাৎ থেকে কহাতীয় গোষ্ঠী, মরারি থেকে মরারীয় গোষ্ঠী।
58 These are the families of Levi: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, the family of the Korahites. And Kohath begot Amram.
৫৮লেবীয় গোষ্ঠী এই গুলি; লিবনীয় গোষ্ঠী, হিব্রোণীয় গোষ্ঠী, মহলীয় গোষ্ঠী, মূশীয় গোষ্ঠী, কোরহীয় গোষ্ঠী।
59 And the name of Amram's wife was Jochebed, the daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt. And she bore to Amram, Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister.
৫৯ঐ কহাতের ছেলে অম্রাম। অম্রামের স্ত্রীর নাম যোকেবদ, তিনি লেবির মেয়ে, মিশরে লেবির ঔরসে তাঁর জন্ম হয়। তিনি অম্রামের জন্য হারোণ, মোশি ও তাদের বোন মরিয়মকে প্রসব করেছিলেন।
60 And to Aaron were born Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
৬০হারোণ থেকে নাদব ও অবীহূ এবং ইলীয়াসর ও ঈথামর জন্মেছিল।
61 And Nadab and Abihu died when they offered strange fire before Jehovah.
৬১কিন্তু সদাপ্রভুর সামনে ইতর আগুন নিবেদন করার জন্য নাদব ও অবীহূ মারা পড়ে।
62 And those who were numbered of them were twenty-three thousand, every male from a month old and upward, for they were not numbered among the sons of Israel, because there was no inheritance given them among the sons of Israel.
৬২এই সবার মধ্যে এক মাস ও তার থেকে বেশি বয়সী পুরুষ গণনা করা হলে তেইশ হাজার জন হল; ইস্রায়েল সন্তানের মধ্যে তাদেরকে কোন অধিকার না দেওয়াতে তাদের ইস্রায়েল সন্তানের মধ্যে গণনা করা হয়নি।
63 These are those who were numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the sons of Israel in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.
৬৩এইসব লোক মোশি ও ইলীয়াসর যাজকের কর্তৃত্বে গণনা করা হল। তাঁরা যিরীহোর কাছে অবস্থিত যর্দ্দনের পাশের মোয়াবের উপভূমিতে ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের গণনা করলেন।
64 But among these there was not a man of them who was numbered by Moses and Aaron the priest, who numbered the sons of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.
৬৪কিন্তু মোশি ও হারোণ যাজক যখন সীনয় মরুপ্রান্তে ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের গণনা করেছিলেন, তখন যাদের তাঁদের কর্তৃত্বে গণনা করা হয়েছিল, তাঁদের একজনও এদের মধ্যে ছিল না।
65 For Jehovah had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness. And there was not a man of them left, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
৬৫কারণ সদাপ্রভু তাদের বিষয়ে বলেছিলেন, তারা মরুপ্রান্তে মারা যাবেই; আর তাদের মধ্যে যিফূন্নির ছেলে কালেব ও নূনের ছেলে যিহোশূয় ছাড়া একজনও অবশিষ্ট থাকল না।
