< Nehemiah 13 >
1 On that day they read in the book of Moses in the audience of the people, and in it was found written that an Ammonite and a Moabite should not enter into the assembly of God forever,
Shu künde Musaning kitabi jamaet aldida oqup bérildi, kitabta: Ammoniylar bilen Moabiylar menggü Xudaning jamaitige kirmisun,
2 because they did not meet the sons of Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, to curse them. However our God turned the curse into a blessing.
Chünki ular Israillarni ozuqluq we su ekilip qarshi almay, eksiche ularni qarghashqa Balaamni yalliwalghan; halbuki, Xudayimiz u qarghashlarni bext-beriketke aylanduriwetken, dep yézilghan sözler chiqti.
3 And it came to pass, when they had heard the law, that they separated from Israel all the mixed multitude.
Shundaq boldiki, jamaet bu qanun sözlirini anglap barliq shalghut kishilerni ilghap chiqiriwetti.
4 Now before this, Eliashib the priest, who was appointed over the chambers of the house of our God, being allied to Tobiah,
Bu ishtin awwal, Xudayimizning öyining xezinisini bashqurushqa mes’ul kahin Eliyashib Tobiyaning tughqini bolup,
5 had prepared for him a great chamber, where formerly they laid the meal offerings, the frankincense, and the vessels, and the tithes of the grain, the new wine, and the oil, which were given by commandment to the Levites, and the singers, and the porters, and the heave offerings for the priests.
uninggha kengri bir öyni teyyarlap bergenidi. Shu öyde ilgiri ashliq hediyeler, mestiki, qacha-qucha, shuningdek Lawiylar, ghezelkeshler we derwaziwenlerge bérishke buyrulghan ashliq öshriler, yéngi sharab we yéngi zeytun méyi, shundaqla kahinlargha atalghan «kötürme qurbanliq»lar saqlinatti.
6 But in all this time I was not at Jerusalem, for in the thirty-second year of Artaxerxes king of Babylon I went to the king. And after certain days I asked leave of the king,
Bu waqitlarda men Yérusalémda emes idim; chünki Babil padishahi Artaxshashtaning ottuz ikkinchi yili men padishahning yénigha qaytip ketkenidim; bir mezgildin kéyin men yene padishahtin ruxset élip
7 and I came to Jerusalem, and understood the evil that Eliashib had done for Tobiah, in preparing him a chamber in the courts of the house of God.
Yérusalémgha qaytip barsam, Eliyashibning Xudaning öyidiki hoylilarda Tobiyagha öy hazirlap bergenlikidek rezil ishni uqtum.
8 And it grieved me greatly. Therefore I cast forth all the household stuff of Tobiah out of the chamber.
Bu ish méni qattiq azablidi, men Tobiyaning öyidiki barliq öy jahazlirini qoymay talagha tashlatquziwettim.
9 Then I commanded, and they cleansed the chambers. And there I brought again the vessels of the house of God, with the meal offerings and the frankincense.
Men yene emr qilip, u öylerni paklatquzup, andin Xudaning öyidiki qacha-qucha, ashliq hediyeler bilen mestikni u yerge ekirgüzüp qoydum.
10 And I perceived that the portions of the Levites had not been given them, so that the Levites and the singers, who did the work, had fled each one to his field.
Men yene xeqlerning Lawiylarning élishqa tégishlik ülüshlirini bermigenlikini, hetta wezipige qoyulghan Lawiylar bilen ghezelkeshlerning herbirining öz yer-étizliqigha qéchip ketkenlikini bayqidim;
11 Then I contended with the rulers, and said, Why is the house of God forsaken? And I gathered them together, and set them in their place.
shunga men emeldarlar bilen soqushup, ularni eyiblep: — Némishqa Xudaning öyi shundaq tashliwétildi?! — dep, [Lawiylarni] yighip ularni ilgiriki ornigha yéngiwashtin turghuzdum.
12 Then all Judah brought the tithe of the grain and the new wine and the oil to the treasuries.
Andin barliq Yehudiye xelqi ashliq öshrisini, yéngi sharab we yéngi zeytun méyini xezine-ambarlirigha élip kélip tapshurdi.
13 And I made treasurers over the treasuries, Shelemiah the priest, and Zadok the scribe, and of the Levites, Pedaiah, and next to them was Hanan the son of Zaccur, the son of Mattaniah. For they were counted faithful, and their business was to distribute to their brothers.
Men xezine-ambarlargha mes’ul bolushqa xezinichi-ambarchilarni teyinlidim; ular kahin Shelemiya, tewratshunas Zadok bilen Lawiylardin bolghan Pidaya idi; ularning qol astida Mattaniyaning newrisi, Zakkurning oghli Hanan bar idi; chünki bularning hemmisi sadiq, ishenchlik dep hésablinatti; ularning wezipisi qérindashlirigha tégishlik ülüshlerni üleshtürüp bérish idi.
14 Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and do not wipe out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God, and for the observances of it.
— «Ah Xudayim, mushu ish yüzisidin méni yad eyligeysen, Xudayimning öyi we uninggha ait xizmetler üchün körsetken méhrimni öchürüwetmigeysen!»
15 In those days I saw in Judah some men treading wine-presses on the sabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and loading donkeys therewith, as also wine, grapes, and figs, and all manner of burdens, which they brought into Jerusalem on the sabbath day. And I testified against them in the day in which they sold foods.
Shu künlerdimu men Yehudiyede bezilerning shabat künliride sharab kölcheklirini cheylewatqinini, önchilerni baghlap, bularni we shuningdek sharab, üzüm, enjür we herxil yüklerni ésheklerge artip, toshup yürgenlikini kördüm; ular bularni Yérusalémgha shabat künide élip kirdi; ularning mushu ash-tülüklerni sétip yürgen küni men ularni guwahliq bérip agahlandurup qoydum.
16 There dwelt men of Tyre also in it who brought in fish, and all manner of wares, and sold on the sabbath to the sons of Judah, and in Jerusalem.
Yene Yehudiyede turuwatqan bezi Turluqlar béliq we herxil mal-tawarlarni toshup kélip shabat küni Yehudiyeliklerge satidiken, yene kélip bularni Yérusalémda satidiken!
17 Then I contended with the ranking men of Judah, and said to them, What evil thing is this that ye do, and profane the sabbath day?
Shu sewebtin men Yehudiye emirliri bilen soqushup, ularni eyiblep: — Silerning shabat künini bulghap, rezil ish qilghininglar némisi?
18 Did not your fathers thus, and did not our God bring all this evil upon us, and upon this city? Yet ye bring more wrath upon Israel by profaning the sabbath.
Ilgiri ata-bowanglar oxshash ishni qilghan emesmu, shuning bilen Xudayimiz bizning béshimizgha we bu sheherge hazirqi bu balayi’apetni yaghdurghan emesmu? Emdi siler shabat künini bulghap, Israilning béshigha Xudaning ghezipini téximu yaghduridighan boldunglar, dédim.
19 And it came to pass that, when the gates of Jerusalem began to be dark before the sabbath, I commanded that the doors should be shut, and commanded that they should not be opened till after the sabbath. And I set some of my servants over the gates that there should be no burden brought in on the sabbath day.
Shunga, shundaq boldiki, shabat künidin ilgiri, gugum sayisi Yérusalém qowuqlirigha chüshken waqtida, men sheher qowuqlirini étishni buyrudum we shuningdek shabat küni ötüp ketküche qowuqlarni achmasliq toghrisida buyruq chüshürdum. Men yene héchqandaq yükning toshulup qowuqlardin kirgüzülmesliki üchün xizmetkarlirimning bezilirini sheher qowuqlirigha közetchi qilip turghuzup qoydum.
20 So the merchants and sellers of all kind of wares lodged outside Jerusalem once or twice.
Shundaq bolsimu sodigerler we herxil mal-tawar satidighanlar bir-ikki qétim Yérusalémning sirtida tünidi.
21 Then I testified against them, and said to them, Why do ye lodge outside the wall? If ye do so again, I will lay hands on you. From that time forth they came no more on the sabbath.
Men ularni agahlandurup: — Siler némishqa sépilning aldida tüneysiler? Yene shundaq qilidighan bolsanglar, men üstünglargha qol salimen, déwidim, ular shuningdin bashlap shabat künide kelmidi.
22 And I commanded the Levites that they should purify themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember to me, O my God, this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy loving kindness.
Andin shabat künining muqeddeslikini saqlash üchün, men Lawiylargha: — Özünglarni paklanglar; andin kélip sépil derwazilirini béqinglar, dédim. — «I Xudayim, mushu ish yüzisidinmu méni yad eyligeysen, Özüngning zor özgermes muhebbiting bilen méni ayighaysen!»
23 In those days also I saw the Jews who had married women of Ashdod, of Ammon, and of Moab.
Shu künlerde men yene Ashdod, Ammon we Moab qizlirini xotunluqqa alghan bezi Yehudalarni bayqidim.
24 And their sons spoke half in the speech of Ashdod, and could not speak in the Jews' language, but according to the language of each people.
Ularning perzentlirining yérimi Ashdodche sözleydiken (we yaki yuqiriqi ellerning birining tilida sözleydighan) we Yehudiy tilida shözliyelmeydiken.
25 And I contended with them, and cursed them, and smote certain of them, and plucked off their hair, and made them swear by God, saying, Ye shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor take their daughters for your sons, or for yourselves.
Men ularni [soqushup] eyiblidim, ularni qarghidim, bir nechchisini urup chach-saqallirini yuldum, Xudaning nami bilen qesem ichküzüp: — Silerning qizliringlarni ularning oghullirigha bermeysiler, oghulliringlarghimu, özünglarghimu ulardin qiz almaysiler!
26 Did not Solomon king of Israel sin by these things? Yet there was no king like him among many nations, and he was beloved of his God, and God made him king over all Israel. Nevertheless foreign women caused even him to sin.
Israil padishahi Sulayman mushundaq ishlarda gunah sadir qilghan emesmu? Nurghun eller arisida uninggha oxshash héchqandaq padishah yoq idi; u öz Xudasi teripidin söyülgen, Xuda uni pütkül Israil üstige padishah qilip tikligen bolsimu, lékin hetta unimu yat ellik ayallar azdurup gunahqa patquzghan.
27 Shall we then hearken to you to do all this great evil, to trespass against our God in marrying foreign women?
Emdi silerning gépinglargha kirip bundaq chong rezillik qilip, yat ellik qizlarni élip Xudayimizgha wapasizliq qilimizmu? — dédim.
28 And one of the sons of Joiada, the son of Eliashib the high priest, was son-in-law to Sanballat the Horonite. Therefore I chased him from me.
Bash kahin Eliyashibning newrisi, Yoyadaning oghulliridin biri Horonluq Sanballatning küy’oghli idi; men uni yénimdin qoghliwettim.
29 Remember them, O my God, because they have defiled the priesthood, and the covenant of the priesthood, and of the Levites.
— «I Xudayim, Sen ularni yadingda tutqaysen, chünki ular kahinliqqa dagh tegkügüchiler, kahinliq hem Lawiylargha tewe ehdinimu bulghighuchilardur!».
30 Thus I cleansed them from all foreigners, and appointed charges for the priests and for the Levites, each one in his work,
Shuning bilen men ularni yat elliklerning bulghashliridin néri qilip paklandurdum we kahinlar bilen Lawiylarning wezipilirinimu [yéngiwashtin] belgilep, herkimni özining ishigha ige qildim.
31 and for the wood offering, at times appointed, and for the first-fruits. Remember me, O my God, for good.
Men yene öz waqtida otun-yaghach élip kélinishi we deslepki hosulni yetküzüp turushqimu adem orunlashturdum. «Ah Xudayim, méni yadingda tutup, manga shapaet körsetkeysen!».
